My husband and I just ate here for the first time in a while. Truthfully Wendys is not my first choice for a good burger, however they have a new cheesy bacon sandwich which is pretty doggone good specially if its hot and fresh. (we like the classic hand breaded chicken) Here is the real deal though the fries are off the chain good, way better than any of the other fast food restaurants!!! I like my fries just a little bit more crispy, brown than Loganville Wendys does thiers but all in all they are great!

Used to work in this store so I stopped in. A few friends were still there and remembered me from fifteen years ago. Laura was running the front of the house that day and she was the first to greet me with open arms. Then there was Barbara, Linda and the sweet Julie. Called the Publix bakery to make a coconut cake for my moms birthday and its was the most moist, delicious cake (and we are bakers). Very nice job and we will be back soon. Thank you!

I love shopping at Publix. This particular Publix has very friendly and helpful store staff. The produce section is right in front where it should be and not off to the left in the back.

Publixs produce use to be the best, not anymore! They put fruit & vegetables out that go bad in a day. I have found Mold every week on the oranges &grape tomatoes. Their prices have skyrocketed so its not a pleasure to shop there anymore. I like the employees the best; they are friendly and helpful.

Staff is really helpful and nice! I hadnt been to this location yet so I was bit lost looking for certain items and the employees practically read me and asked if i needed help. Its also very clean!

Referred from eight miles away, this store excelled over the phone with Rebekah and Daniel both with great phone and personal skills to verify my items were there and have them at service desk. Store seemed great. Commendations to these two.

I’ve been using the Publix Pharmacy in Winder for 20 years. My family and I moved to Loganville a year ago and had to move our pharmacy to the Publix in Loganville. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve had to come pick up prescriptions they are either NOT ready and there will be a two hour wait OR my medication is not in stock and it will take DAYS! I take blood pressure medicine that I get filled each month and each month it is NOTHING but the biggest hassle and days of irritation. Tonight I asked about medication that was sent over electronically from my doctor AND had 3 paper prescriptions to fill. The wait would be an hour and a half. After only receiving a text that the 3 I brought were ready I called the store checking to see that the other two electronically were sent were ready as well. The pharmacy tech tells me those two won’t be ready until MONDAY!!! Then when I decided to ask why that was when I got there, I’m told they had to have it shipped. So I asked if the Grayson Publix might have them. All of a sudden they actually DO have them in stock and it would be just a few minutes. The lady was rude saying that I didn’t tell her I was waiting on those prescriptions as well. What the actual?? That pharmacy is AWFUL and I will be moving to the Grayson one. When I told her that she said ‘That is a good idea since they aren’t NEAR as busy as we are!’ TERRIBLE!!!

I love Publix because of 2 things I never leave without when I go there....deli chicken tenders and a pre-made salad made with spinach strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, blackberries, then when I get home I add goat cheese, walnuts and craisins and top with Kens Walnut Raspberry Vinegarette dressing and ohhh my it is soooo goood.

Been mildly shopping here for years. If your in a rush… probably not the best store to go to. I believe they’ve taken out all the self check outs. So long lines is expected. Moves fairly quick.

The Worst Publix! The workers at this location arent friendly at all! Customer service desk & seafood is by far the worst! Deli people are the only nice & friendly workers there at this publix & the deli is full of flies you cant sit & Noy your meal. lines are always long! Get it together Loganville publix. Publix is a bit pricey, but their products are good quality and their customer service is excellent. During the pandemic, more shoppers at Publix were willing to mask and distance than in other grocery stores. I find it a good place to shop.

Went here with my family to get some lunch and was delighted with the cozy atmosphere. The staff is very polite and their sandwiches are delicious! 10/10 would go again.

Im late in leaving my review but they deserve the good review. I gave the manager 2 different pictures for inspiration for my daughters 1st birthday and their staff delivered! I provided the ducks and they placed them adorably around the cake. The cake was a deliciously moist marble sheet cake big enough to feed 40. They also made a free smash cake to match the theme of the party(I dont have a picture of the smash cake before she got ahold of it but I attached a picture that shows she approved of it). Thank you to the ones who made these wonderful cakes for my babys 1st birthday!

Most employees were not wearing facial coverings this evening. In the future I will be ordering from Walmart, without additional fees for curb side pick up when I order $35 or more. When it comes to covid we are not out of the woods. I am completely disappointed in your service.

This Publix is still a Publix, which makes it better than most grocery stores by default, but if you compare it to OTHER Publix stores, its kind of meh....The problems it has are easily fixable I think.1. The Deli is SLOW! Especially frustrating is that you often see other deli workers cleaning, or doing random tasks in the back while one poor employee is overwhelmed at the Sandwich counter. I dont know what their policy is, but whenever I have worked service jobs, a waiting customer is ALWAYS a higher priority than side work.2. Checkout is also really slow. They dont have a Self Checkout which is pretty rare for these stores these days. They do have the room to install one. I think if they did it would expedite the large number of people who come in for just a few things.Other than those issues, I enjoy shopping here and they offer a good selection.

Not a good selection at the bakery. I went to buy deserts and was very disappointed. Not a great bakery at this location. And the staff wasnt at all helpful.

Clean environment, helpful staff very knowledgeable of where to find items. Lots of healthy selections especially for the alternative eater (gluten free, vegan, lactose intolerance, no corn, etc.). Bakery great at doing custom orders.

I visited Publix’s on 10/12/2020 at 3:59pm and my cashier name was Linda, she never spoke not one time. I had to ask her the amount of my groceries, she didn’t even tell me that. The person that bagged my groceries name is Drake and he had excellent customer service!
