Phenomenal Customer service from the entire team. My mom purchased a truck from them which, by the way, was extremely well kept. While I was waiting for my mom I made an appointment to have my tire plugged at Discount Tires. I told my mom I would be back and Tim said there was no need to do that and he plugged my tire himself. Its small gestures like that that stand out because he didnt have to do it. They made us feel comfortable, welcomed and not rushed. These things have been forgotten in sales, so its good to experience such kindness.

Making a long distance, sight unseen purchase can be difficult, but not with the crew at Graham Automotive. From the first call to Ansley, then working with Tim to get through all the details, us in Hawaii, our son on the military base in Georgia, license, tax, checks, carfax, photos and even had Tim put it on a rack and video the underneath of the vehicle for us. When that was all done, Mark came into the picture and made the delivery extra special, he made sure the car was clean, and drove it up to the visitors center to deliver to our son, couldnt have asked for a better experience. Watched my friend have transmission and motor issues 4 months after buying a car from here, and the toll it is taking on her life since she is a young woman and its her first car that shes bought alone, and obviously cant have her car in the shop needing repairs once a week. then come and see multiple reviews dating back years of their cars having major issues a couple months after buying them just to have owners saying theyre fabricated reviews not really sure why publicly calling people liars knowing that this actually happened seems like a good choice to them, just really shows their poor customer service. really shady and weird that theres so many good reviews for a small used car dealer when theres obviously multiple people who have bought cars from here just to have to replace them or spend thousands on repairs within six months.

Replies from the owner on this review thread state that reviews are “fabricated” and they “tried to help”. Owner was able to provide over the phone the name of a mechanic that isn’t even on site, to look at the car. Basically just providing a connect with someone. This is after them stating that they would fix any big issues if they happened when the car was purchased.There was no “help” that was provided. There is no reason a business should be posting unprofessional responses and personal phone calls because of Google reviews. A car was sold that ended up with a faulty transmission, regardless of the alleged help they claim they would provide. This is something that warrants a bad review. This help was rescinded because of that, along with the embarrassing phone calls.Do not trust this place, very shady practice. Replying with claims of fabrication doesn’t change the fact that this is a real situation that happened to a young girl just wanting to buy a car. Reviews are meant to let customers know of these things, which is what this is.Also how convenient is it that in the midst of receiving major backlash in reviews, this businesses response isn’t to immediately contact the person again and try to figure it out, it is to be this unprofessional in the replies and claim lies.And how convenient is it as well that 2 random 5 star reviews from accounts with no photos or reviews are posted at the same time in the midst of negative ones. My wife and I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Tim and Ansley. Customer service is their top priority! Shortly after we bought the car, one of the interior door handles broke. Made a call to Tim to see if he could recommend someone to fix it and he said he would have it fixed for us free of charge. I’ve bought multiple cars from this dealership and all of these negative reviews are completely false information. One of my vehicles did have an issue and I was sent to their mechanic to resolve the issue and I had no out of pocket expenses. Sometimes you just can’t please everyone as I’m sure a resolution was offered.

Ansley and Tim were fantastic. They knew we were coming from a few hours away and told us up front the vehicle I was interested in had to make a quick trip to the shop before it could be sold. We loved the vehicle and stopped to see it anyway. The cars were all nice and clean, and their offices were tidy. Ansley had a great attitude, a friendly smile, and was helpful. When we came back to test drive/purchase it both her and Tim were just as polite. There was no pressure like some dealerships, and they both went out of their way to let me know if I needed anything or had any problems to just give them a call. This is what really sets them apart in my mind... Just about 2 weeks later I was out running some errands and when I got back in and started my Jeep the radio/navigation screen had just gone black! No radio, no nothing! I called Ansley and told her what happened. She went out of her way to see if or what they could do from one state away. In just a few minutes I had a response. They offered to pay for it to be looked at here, saving us a three hour trip. When it was declared the radio went out, Tim had one sent to me, at no cost. Tim even walked me through how to change it out (it was surprisingly easy). They truly have been fabulous folks. I would recommend Graham Automotive to anyone.

There was a rear differential issue, a 1700 repair bill, took care of it. The entire buying experience, from the conversations, to the financing, to his friendly demeanor, made the purchase worthwhile. I am extremely satisfied and will purchase from Graham again.

I have purchased three vehicles from Graham Automotive since October 2018, the first was a Honda Civic which was and still is a great car, but it just wasnt a good fit for me and I sold it to a woman who is very happy with the car.The second vehicle I purchased was a Ford Expedition, it is a beautiful SUV, clean inside and out and runs perfectly. The day I purchased it the temperature outside was in the upper 50s to low 60s, so I never really ran the heater. The next day it was cold outside, and the heat did not work in the SUV, I called Tim and he had me take it to West Walton Automotive, they determined the heater core was clogged, they tried to flush it but to no avail. Tim instructed West Walton to install a new heater core, it was done at Grahams expense, the cost for that job is in excess of $800.00. They took care of the problem, Tim and Ansley are a pleasure to do business with.A month later my fiancee was sitting in a turn lane to turn left and her car was rear ended, her car was totaled. So once again I needed a car and went to Grahams. We found her a very clean and a great running Mustang that she loves, and so far not the first problem with the car. Once again it was a painless and pleasant experience dealing with Tim and Graham Automotive. When I need another car I will definitely go back to Grahams.

I purchased a vehicle from Graham Automotive in October of 2019. In November of 2019 the AC went out in the truck and cost me over 400.00 to get it repaired. Two weeked later I had to replace the front rotors cost me another 300.00. In March of 2020 the engine start knocking and I took it to two auto repair shops and they told me the engine was bad, I called Tim at Graham Automotive an explained to him the problem I was having with the truck. Two months prior before the engine start knocking, he assured me if I had any problems with the truck to let him know. After I told him about the engine was knocking he said the engine should be okay because it only had 63,000 miles on it.I call him back later, the girl that sold me the truck answered the phone, I explained to her the problems that I was having with the truck she said she will have Tim to call me back. He never retured my call. Now I am stuck with a truck I paid over 14,000.00 for. Graham Automotive give car dealerships a bad name. Stay as far away from Graham Automotive as you can because they will rip you off.

Consumers please be aware of your car shopping, I purchased vehicle from this sales lot about 2 years ago. I was young and was taken advantage of even having good credit. Graham Auto Sales told me to financed with a shady company; they claimed it was my only option. The car I had was financed for 43 months; I was very blessed to have been able to pay the car off in 4 months after signing for it. The finance company they assigned to me would not let me pay it off as early and I had to keep fighting with them to do so. After I paid the car off the finance company still kept their tracking device in my car, I had to fight for them to take it out of my car. The time the device was taken out equaled to the anniversary of the car being purchased from Graham Auto Sales. So it took 4 months to pay the car off and 8 months for the finance company to take out the tracking device out of the car. The car was in a wreck before I brought it but it was never repaired it was half done. The car was in bad shaped even after being blessed to pay the car off in 4 months after financing it; a lot of work still had to be done the tires given to me were dry rotted and bald. I had to get an transmission flush done to the car it was whining before. The control arm bushing ball joint is busted from the wreck it was in that was never repaired after I brought it, not being repaired means it makes an annoying squeaky sound every time I go over a speed bump or down a hill even bumps in the road. This was the worst first time buyer experience for me to ever experience. I wish I had just gone to Car Max, being young and a college student limits you from many choices that you have to make. My advice to all... consumers shopping around is to please be mindful and careful and dont hesitate to shop around for other cars. Dont get me wrong the car is very nice and runs great it has a lot of maintenance that has to be done from Graham Auto Sales not doing it. I wanted to inform Consumers about this Sales place back in September of 2013 which was the month that I paid off the car, but several things conflicted with my time schedule.
