Nice clean location. Not understaffed well not during our visit. Greeter at the Grocery entrance was very friendly when we went in and when we exited. Plenty of self serve registers

Not my favorite. The food shelves are never stocked. The clothes sections are always full. The electronics department is normally half stocked. The beauty section stays stocked.

Retro Lounge is a cool place to play board games, retro and New Gen systems. They even have a basketball and air hockey table. I cant wait for this weekend to go hang at the flea and play at Retro Lounge.

This store was just ok to me. In remaining fair and honest, the shelves were lacking but I am sure that is a result of the delays in shipments due to the pandemic.

Salespeople are overwhelmed as a result it shows in how they interact with customers. Good luck trying to get a cashier as they are trying to FORCE self check outs, thus cutting out on employees. These savings on not hiring personnel is not even passed on to their customers yet enlarging the company s pocket! I didnt sign on to be a cashier!!

Walmart is a global corporation that is committed to offer us affordable merchandise and good quality, this store has a good variety of products deli and bakery have fresh and delicious options to choose from.Location however need some improvements, restrooms are usually dirty and out of toilet paper, assuming that this store can be crowded it seems that is hard to keep up with cleaning.Definitely not fan of Wednesdays afternoon and weekends, its really crowded.

Always a great place to get what you are looking for. Love the driveable carts. Im getting older and have rheumatoid arthritis. Always a great place to shop.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️🙏🙏 Everything in there is a reasonable price and they have self checkouts so you dont have to stand in in long lines

The store was clean, staff was courteous and helpful, however, quite a few thing was missing from the shelfs. The new medical section is great the doctors know their areas of expertise, the vision department took their time to make sure I was satisfied with the service. All and all I was satisfied with my visit.

Cant believe the big difference in prices from Puerto Rico to Georgia... Much much cheaper in Georgia. Visit the one in Loganville GA.. Wish i had the same prices here in Puerto Rico.. Better assortment

HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE GROCERY delivery and pick up staff. This is my first time ordering delivery and it’s 3 hours late and no sign of them . I’ve called twice and they said they have it on the way and on my third call they said they had no driver ! Screenshot is of my email and the timestamp of the current time ! They said I would possibly receive the groceries sometime today :/ I’m so upset …. Also both times I’ve had a pick up I’ve sent my husband the app doesn’t notify them my husband is there because it’s connected on my phone ! Bogus! I’d like to add that TARGET DELIVERY IS EXCEPTIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME !

This Walmart is always packed. They have riding chairs for disabled/elderly but they are always dead or broken.

Great, got what I needed, and was asked 2 different times if I needed any help. Went to the cash register and I was thinking... this is going to take forever. Then a walmart employee opened up a register right beside us. We were in and out a lot quicker than I had hoped.

Store was nice and clean and orderly. I was able to find what I needed.I didnt wait long on the line to pay.

It was great convince. Didnt have everything I needed but it was because of short supply and I truly understand that. Other than that it was great.

Izzy in electronics was honestly so helpful. She was ab to get off work and she tried her hardest to hold an item I NEEDED BADLY. She deserves a raise because I know Walmart customers can suck sometimes and the fact she was so calm and collected really made things easy and made my day better. Good job Izzy!!

Waited 20 mins for someone to even show up at bakery to write on a cake (after asking more than one person to get someone) and this is what we got..... “Birthaay” and overall just sloppy get it together smh. At least the family had a sense of humor but still.

Walmart always had everything I need. The new health and vision center is lovely. I also liked the new look at the pharmacy.

Had a television i needed to return ro get the correct size for a project. Because of covid missed the return window. Item was purchased on my store credit card but was denied an exception. Will probably cancel my account with them.

Pickup order was supposed to be ready between 5 & 6. At 8, an employee told me we hadnt placed an order. Show them the confirmation. He states all the pickers quit and I should come back tomorrow. No thank you, I have things to do. I gave up and went to Kroger. Walmart corporate, you dont care about this kind of thing, but there was a line of people at this location with the same issue. It adds up......

I went to the deli to get lunch meat( sundried tomatoe Turkey) and cheese. They are the only place that carries it,and it is the best Turkey ever. The young man behind the counter was very courteous,very helpful and with a smile. He said he was only there for two weeks so far. That short of time and he knew the answers to everything that I asked him. He needs a raise already. I dont know your name but Good Job!

This store is organized better than most Walmarts Ive been in, but they are very understaffed in the cashier department as they never have but 1 or 2 lines open so check out times are excessively long.

Its OKFood section was pretty well stocked-even the meat section.Parking lot can be a zoo to get into depending on time of day. A good number of handicapped spots for cars and vans.

Good place Only thing Ive noticed is some of the staff talks about management and things that go on with employees in front of or where customers can hear. Not the place to be gossiping negative things out in the open. Although have had some employees that were very helpful and nice. Pick up service is good so far havent used in a while though. Havent had an issues there, noticed that time slots are different though since covid. So I wish it would go back to what it was.

I moved to Loganville not too long ago and Im sorry to see that the Loganville Walmart does not have the gluten-free selections that other Walmarts do. Ill have to travel miles out of my way to get things Im used to purchasing at Walmart.

In spite of the pandemic they have gotten a lot better with keeping the shelves stocked. The store was clean and overall it was well organized too. The workers were also pleasant.

Its Wal-Mart..baby Sams club..move to Loganville less than a year now..I go in get what I need & out..Ive ask a few questions & got help..luckily they were on the 🕙..just kidding..lol

Most of the employees are very sweet, and take customer service seriously. The store usually has what I’m looking for.The only thing I’m uncomfortable with is how crowded it is sometimes. That’s just Walmart, I suppose.

Boy-O-Boy did the Pick-Up department tested my patients today. I was supposed to pickup between 4-5 PM today. Got a text message to say my order wAs ready at 4:28 PM. I was already there and checked in. Well its 8:45PM. I just left the store. Poor service, no communication and conflicting information on what the problem was. If I could walk I would have done it inside myself. Shame on you for treat not just me, but all of us like this. Other customers had the same problem. We were all waiting. 😏

Oil change:I go here for the quick oil change. Anyone other than Kathy, I drive away! 4 stars for Kathy. Others that “help” her tend to do a lazy job; vacuuming, tire pressure.

The staff is never any help at finding things, they’re out of stock on a lot but probably because covid so whatever on that. Stood for way too long at the deli while the guy behind the counter flirted with some girl who wasn’t even ordering and was told to hold on and I eventually left and just went to Kroger down the road and honestly haven’t gone back to that Walmart since

This place is an abyss of customer service and care. Associates do not acknowledge you as a paying customer. If you stop one to ask for help; you can see that they are annoyed to stop because they have do or die deadlines on their work. And half the time they lack the knowledge to answer a basic question. If this isnt the case some of them have really smart mouths on them and dont deserve to be working in roles dealing with the public customer base. This is consistent Everytime I go into the Loganville Walmart.

Tried walmart delivery for the first time. My order was suppose to be delivered between 3-4 today 7/31. Never received my order. False advertisement. Im done using walmart . I wasted my whole Saturday waiting for a delivery. I could have done the shopping myself. This review gives walmart no stars do to poor communication.

This location is closer and I hate going because I usually end up going to the better one on Scenic Hwy. Talked to other customers we all said the same thing, the one in Loganville needs to do better with restocking!!!!

Can’t shop without having to maneuver around tons of pallets located in the middle of every aisle, making it impossible to get around them. I understand supply and demand, and demand is higher than supply right now, so of course stocking needs to be done. However, Operations / Logistics / Corporate Officials and other Management & Team Personnel, who work for one of the largest corporate chains in the country, are MORE than qualified to design new procedures & protocols to create an efficient stocking system. And, if they’re not, before changing it to be done when the customer traffic is at its PEAK, they could have gone back to the old system ... Night shift employees stock & perform inventory AT NIGHT while NO CUSTOMERS ARE SHOPPING.

Pricing incorrect. Items misplaced. Poor quality merchandise. Inside of store messy. Hard to find what you need.Honestly save yourself the trouble and time and go to Target. Shop smart with a list, look for sales and save money.Even CVS for cosmetics and or pharmacy items. You get coupons.Use Target or Amazon for clothing, etc. Simple office supplies, Dollar General.Very hot in store. Minimal AC. Employees said it is unbearable. My backyard in the shade is cooler!

Walmart had the best St Louis style slab ribs ever at the best price I was surprised this time 10.99 it was a better price than food Depot at $25 a slab they were cant wait to clean them up rub them up marinate them and some Jack Daniels and grill them for the 4th of July two thumbs up for Walmart

Walmart on hwy 78 in Loganville, never enough cashiers, Im not getting paid to ring up and pay for my merchandise; people restocking the shelves have no courtesy the just push pass you with their stock carts, no excuse me just push on.

We got cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and when we got them home we realized some were tipped over and messed up. We went back to the store and JoJo from the bakery not only remade the cupcakes on site for us she didn’t charge. This lady went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day special! Amazing associate Walmart has with her!!! Great job, she is amazing and extremely talented!!

The bakery NEVER seems to be able to keep the sour dough bread in stock. I visit the store on different days and they have no sour dough bread on the shelf 90% of the time. I guess Im going yo start going to Kroger. They ALWAYS have their brand in stock. I like Wal-Marts brand better, but if its not there, Ill have to start taking my business to them.

I just attended a walmart Drive in theatre and it was 10/10. Social distancing was great. Great workers and service with giving out bags. Movie was clear and radio sounded perfect. A great way to lay back and really enjoy a movie. My sisters birthday was spent well tonight.

The store was not stocked. No cashiers. Disappointed ☹️
