With me being new to the area I get lost pretty easily. I ordered my Starbucks at a different location and the young lady at the counter Ashley was more than willing to help. She gladly made my drinks that I had ordered through the app to another location and understood they had just gotten turned around. She did service with a smile and a wonderful attitude greatly appreciated.

Great location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Long line of cars moved quickly. Enjoyed my 1st pumpkin spice latte of the season 😋 👌🏾

I’ve always loved this Starbucks location! I go there 2-3 times a week after dropping my daughter off at soccer. Now the hours have changed and you close at 6 (I always get there at 6:30) I will no longer be able to go until your hours change back. While I sat in the parking lot to read the new hours (only 3-5 mins), 8 cars came in doing the same thing. Losing a lot of business!!

Got a white mocha with no flavor, I don’t mind black coffee, but I paid for more so heavily disappointed

This store is very unreliable. Go to Dunkin instead, atleast if youre in loganville. Dont take my word for it, try to go to this location and most likely it will be closed for some unknown reason.

Typically I would give this place 5 stars, but I bumped it down to 4. Let me tell you why though—so I usually use my app to pay for my food/drinks, but on this lovely Saturday morning I had physical cash. So I paid with that. I get the the drive thru and there was no line, so that was amazing. And the girl that helped me was very pleasant. *disclaimer—part of this is my fault because I should’ve been paying attention* I got my app scanned and I gave her exact change. I got my food back. But I didn’t get my change. I work in Snellville and didn’t realize until I was walking into work that they shorted me by $8.00. Again—I should’ve been paying attention as well, but I probably won’t pay with cash again. I do see on the app where I scanned and got my points, but I didn’t go back and get my change (even after I called) because it’s no way I could have proved that. It is what it is. But 4 stars for the carelessness on my end and the young lady’s end as well. But nice staff and pretty quick too.

The best employees and service always!! whenever a drink is made wrong (or even not to your absolute liking) they remake it happily and so kindly! all the workers deserve a huge raise. love this location

I come here pretty much daily. I always have a good experience. I suggest making a mobile order because the drive thru is always long. Love starbucks

Wonderful service, great coffee and my Puppy always gets her pup cup.

Perhaps a stroke of luck, but I have not a single negative experience at this Starbucks. Every single time Ive had to wait a long time in the drive thru, theyve given me the drink for free without me asking or complaining. They know the value of good customers and get all my spare change as tips as a result.

Employees are supwr nice and service great. The only problem for me is that they are doing away with seasonal flavors. Boo! Im a peppermint mocha fanatic and only went there because they have what no other ciffee shop has. I hope they change that decision.

My order was pumpkin cooler, and pumpkin loaf slice. Pumpkin loaf was sold out and pumpkin cooler ordered was positively made incorrect.

Staff is very polite and kind but I wish corporate would better label their products and ingrident list. I have food allergies and figuring out whats in everything is almost impossible.

The nitro brew with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla is LIFE!!!! CAFFEINE AND SUGAR FREE!!! YESSSS!! All of the vibes!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 4 frappes and practically threw them all away, nothing but water/ ice and whipped cream. Not to mention waiting for 5 minutes to be acknowledge in drive thru then another 30 waiting on drinks after I paid *nobody was there before me.... Will never be going back

Love Starbucks but drive thru line was long. If your rushing I would suggest to download app, put your order in and pick it up.

Service has been wonderful many times but sometimes the drinks are not made to your exact liking.

This Loganville Starbucks is typically quicker in the drive-through than a lot of the other locations I visit. I’ve never had a bad experience but I’ve been there.

Great midway location for those traveling between the Perimeter and UGA. All the coffee-house feels you would expect from a Starbucks. Clean, fast & ample seating inside and on the patio.

Customer service is always awesome when you visit. I always order the Grande(coffee lover) White Chocolate Mocha Coffee with three shots of expresso.(Dont judge me, lol)

My first time there the coffee had a burnt taste. Assuming it was an isolated incident, i returned and my caramel macchiato still had a burnt taste. Im a little hesitatant about returning to this location.

Usually I like this Starbucks but when I ask for extra sweet cream, and I emphasize on extra extra extra, I expect to have extra sweet cream in my coffee.

Always have great and fast service. Always order a Trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream. There’s a little inconsistency with what “extra” means some days, but not a huge deal. (Some days it’s not exactly sweet enough for me.) Always being greeted with a smile and my coffee practically waiting in the window when I pull up more than makes up for it!

Very busy and making perfect drinks.

I really enjoy this place. Mostly visit the drive through part of it but the baristas are always the best. Have never had a bad issue nor been disappointed with my drink.

If not for location, i would never get coffee here. Love Starbucks but the quality of service and drink prep is severely lacking. Each time I visit this particular location there is always an issue. I even order from the app to alleviate the problem of not getting what I ordered and nope same issue each time. Not sure if it’s just a training issue but staff seems to change often as well so that could account for the quality or lack thereof. My last visit I ordered 3 drinks and each drink was prepared incorrectly. If this location was the sole representative of what Starbucks offers I probably would never be a patron. Customer service is also non existent. Zero stars in my book.

I dont do Starbucks often. But one morning, I got an especially early start to work and my regular breakfast spot was still closed (didnt open until six am). I stopped at the Starbucks. $8 and some change later I enjoyed an average breakfast sandwich (I suspect microwaved, meh) and an amazing iced coffee. The staff was nice enough, but I could have used a bit more guidance in my coffee selection as a drinker of free and black because Im so #!&@?$*# exhausted and still have 9 more hours of 12 hour day to go when I do drink coffee, I was a bit overwhelmed with the wide array of options. Id come back.

I usually get the blonde flat whites but its a hit or miss on the quality. Some days it can be very bitter and some days it just taste like hot milk. If it were more consistent, I would definitely up the rating!

I have only been here once, but they left a great impression. The coffee was great and the staff was friendly. The driveway is a little hard to find, but once you know, its easy to remember.

Ill give it a 4 because Im a die hard fan, but Im also from Seattle and I find the people not as nice and the coffee does not taste the same. I need to come up with a new regular drink for the workers here. Also my birthday was last week and I missed my free drink because I could not get in to the store that day and I was told the very next day when I went Oh Well and encouraged to use my stars instead...... not happy about that.

Ordered through drive-Thur 1 white chocolate CREAM Frappuccino and 2 white chocolate MOCHA Frappuccinos all with caramel drizzle. I left and then realized that they were ALL cream. So I go back And go inside and explain that I said 2 were suppose to be MOCHA and the girl was nice enough to remake them for me. She asked both of these have coffee? I said yes. I get back to me car and take a sip and there is NO white chocolate syrup. UGH 😑! I will be going to a different location next time!

I really like this Starbucks because of the fast service in the morning. They almost always have the breakfast items that I like in stock. The coffee is typical Starbucks quality and can vary with the barista. I wished that my Latte would have a bit more foam but it is Starbucks after all. As far as these coffee shops go this one is my favorite in the area.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, consistently. You’re better off going to the on inside Kroger. Even with the parking and having to go to the Kroger, and the usual Starbucks line, you still get coffee in your hand faster.

I love Starbucks and this is a convenient location for me but this location often run out of my favorites or new items quickly so you may want to call ahead to avoid being disappointed. Coffee was perfect but they ran out of cream cheese for my bagel and didn’t even tell me when I made the order then offered me butter., see what I mean?

If youre shopping at Target and want a quick bite to eat or get some coffee, this Starbucks is s good place for that. The Starbucks is going inside the Target store as soon as you walk in. Friendly attentive staff and an overall clean place for your family.

I am there for there for the internet. For some reason the Exceptance Page is not popping up. I had to reasearch on my phone to find it.The reasearch indicated there was a problem that corporate should address.

Starbucks is Starbucks but the staff was really friendly. Needs more tables.All in all a pleasant experience.

The slowest drive through of any Starbucks I’ve been to. I understand that all Starbucks have slow drive throughs but each car sits at the window for rarely less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately the wait inside takes even longer. They either need more employees or employees that will work faster. As fare as the drinks go, they are always on par with the average Starbucks. Unimpressed with the service.

Not sure about the new renovation but the coffee is great!! Always a great treat and the cranberry bliss bar is wonderful!! Definitely better service in the drive thru than in store. They only want to prepare your drinks and get an attitude when you say you ordered a food item.

No real complaints. Get what I ordered. Sometimes I find my espresso shots taste burnt.

More than once, I have come inside and stood at the register, waiting to be addressed, and employees standing directly in front of me have completely ignored me, even when not helping anyone or doing anything work-related. If youre working drive-thru or you dont have a register, thats fine, but be courteous and acknowledge a waiting customer! There is one shorter young man who has on multiple occasions avoided eye contact with me, and has even called to someone else to attend to me, when he was literally standing there doing nothing, and the person assigned to the front register was working hard on other tasks. The coffee often tastes old, as well. I usually visit in the evening, so it is likely brewed less often, but it should be fresh anyway.

The last 3 times I been there the cappuccinos have been very watery. Every time there is new people trying to be trained so it takes forever!! And they messed up on 2 out of my 3 drinks this time and when I told them they said “ oh well is they going to be a problem?” If it wasn’t a problem I wouldn’t tell u about it!!!!!!

I miss the old barista‘s that knew what they were doing and were not making fun of customers for correcting an order and making customer not want to come back. The new workers are now too busy play social hour and getting orders wrong. I highly suggest rethinking who you hire and have a staff that knows how to listen plus knows how to actually make coffee. Thank you for making me not want to come back to this location

This location is like no other location Ive visited. They greet you as if they have known you for years. They know many customers by name. This is the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks Ive ever gone to. I am a regular at this one because of the service.

Usually you cant go wrong with Starbucks, but this one was pretty awful. The guy got my drink wrong and when I corrected him he acted miffed, then quickly apologized but the remake on my drink was mostly ice. Gross. I get that you were busy and didnt want to remake my drink, but you could have listened the first time and saved us both the aggravation. Making my frappe 70% ice was just rude.

I come here multiple times a week! I love it. Always friendly with good service. Sometimes they slightly mess up on my frappicino orders but its not a big deal I still drink it. Still very good.

A pretty standard experience that you would expect from Starbucks. Always packed, always a bit of a wait. The staff is friendly and usually gets your order right, though there are exceptions to this rule its an okay place to grab a cup of coffee.

We love this location. Our ONLY complaint is the new closing time on Saturday night of 9pm. The web site still shows open till 10pm. Tonight we opted to make another stop prior to Starbucks since it showed they were open till 10pm. Pulled up at 9 and the only notice showing the new closing time is a small sticker on the posted hours on the front door. They prepared a coffee for us but we were told this change happened weeks ago! Again, my only issue is to please update online!

I have stopped at this Starbucks frequently for a long time, and as someone who travels, it is the absolute slowest location I have ever encountered with lackadaisical staff. A fifteen minute wait inside and a twenty-five minute wait in line (the latter of which you cannot escape due to a curb) is atrocious.

I love to go their and get my favorite Black and White Mocha Frappuccino as a little treat from time to time!! Alway good and service is pleasant.

Everyone seemed all over the place and they were out of caramel drizzle (wth!). The line moved kind of slow for a Sunday at 3p. Also, I ordered a French vanilla latte and noticed the last rang it up as just vanilla. When I asked her about it, she told me that they dont have French vanilla. I then told her that French vanilla = hazelnut syrup + vanilla syrup. This is the 1st Starbucks where someone didnt know that. The drink turned out ok though. Eh....

I am an avid fan of Starbucks cold brew coffee, and I pass by this particular location on my way to work each day. I have ordered ahead of time from this location via the Starbucks app twice, the first time a couple of months ago. When I arrived my order was not ready, and I was informed that they were out of cold brew. (How can you be out of cold brew at 6:00 a.m., when youve only been open for an hour, and there are no other customers in sight?) I settled for an iced coffee, but it wasnt the same--plus the store made no adjustment for the cost difference between the cold brew and the iced coffee. (The cold brew costs a bit more than the iced coffee, but I was charged the price of the cold brew.) I decided to try again today and ordered a cold brew (venti with hazelnut syrup, stevia, and a spash of heavy cream) ahead of time via the app. When I arrived, my drink was ready--however, it tasted very watered down with almost no flavor. Needless to say, I was very disappointed, and this is not what I expect from Starbucks. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I had their tea and I have never had it before. Something called white tea and I thought it was very good.
