DO NOT GO HERE! Disorganised will cancel your appointment without letting you know. Doesnt leave messages or voicemails letting you know. Informed us that doctor wasnt available for my appointment on the 13th had it rescheduled to that day the 11th. So we rush up there to be told that hes not there to take our appointment even after being told 10 minutes prior that he was available today. Acted like it was my fault that their office assistant didnt leave me a voicemail. Tried to tell me that their next appointment is 2 weeks from my original appointment wheres they should be making it sooner since they canceled our appointments twice and lied to us twice. Terrible place do yourself a favor and take the drive elsewhere. They dont deserve to have customers treating them that way.
Had such a great experience with the employees, they were so helpful and answered any questions I had. Super friendly and kind. Would recommend 100%.Kristy and the manager were also top notch!
Worthless. I can see better with 2 yr old prescription. I still have to squint at times to see. And the bifocals, worthless. I have to take glasses off to read it fo anything up close. I had my eye exam here and everyone was just wonderful. But my glasses are worthless, maybe they used my prescription from about 8 years ago instead of the new one. I see about like I did with the ones from that time.So my I insurance wont pay for another exam and give me a credit to help pay for glasses for a year at the least. So I will just have to be partially blind till then but I will be sure not to go here. I have told some people on social media about this and ask advice but they a say stay home and dont watch tv. Gee thanks guys!
Warning!!! Dont go blind. If you cant afford to get a glaucoma test PLEASE PLEASE GO TO GRADY!!! Dont sleep in this one yall. Glaucoma is making eye doctors rich. Stop it before it happens. PLEASE GO TO GRADY AND GET EYE DROPS TO LOWER YOUR EYE PRESSURE!!!
