Find another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Heres my experience: small condo renovation. I looked for other companies, settled for APF. Installers literally glued two broken pieces together and installed, then hoped I wouldnt catch it. But I did. Photos attached. Piece was cracked all the way through. Then the epoxy they used discolored and stained the piece green.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If I hadnt caught it, they would have been fine with it. I will NEVER use this company again.

Ms. Marissa was the experience! She is a natural with people and conversation! She knows the product as well and is extremely able and eager to help! I would highly recommend A Polished Finish and do yourself a favor and ask for Marissa! If you dont see a short girl with a pretty smile and blue eyes that sparkle at you then they are NOT the one!

Granite is beautiful but install a nightmare! This company subs out the installation - not their own employees. The guys who came spoke little English. One of them pulled out my dishwasher and BROKE THE SINK WATER LINES in the wall…. Flooded my house. What a nightmare! Nine months later - my kitchen and house are repaired…. Their insurance was also a nightmare to deal with! RUN, FOREST RUN away from this company! 😮

3 stars only because the ladies at the office were really nice, if it wasnt because they were nice this review would have been 1 star.They need to get their sh*t together:1. They dont have a way to track down your material.2. They tell you something and the guys who install the material tell you something different.3. They had my quote wrong more than twice.4. If you have time to wait then is no problem, but they said 3 days to get the material and it took 2 weeks plus an extra week to install it.5. They cut the material wrong which was another whole situation.After dealing with all this mess they gave me a discount at least and it turned out really good, but it was a pain in the a*s throughout the process.

Recently had APF install new countertops and bar area and we couldnt be happier!! From the beginning of the process to the end - customer service was spot on. Super Experience! Top notch service all around. As soon as I made the first call, the ball started rolling. There were no lulls in communication, call backs and scheduling were prompt. The gentleman that templated the job was the first in person interaction, and he was great. He was thorough in explaining the process, he guided our expectations of what was to come, and he offered recommendations on styling around our sink which was a little out of the ordinary. Thumbs up to him! Next was the picking out the counter top process, and Brittany was awesome! She was so patient with my husband and I, and she was incredibly knowledgeable on the different styles and colors and guided us to the right choice. She spent a ton of time with us, and answered all of questions. Then, before we knew it they were calling to install the final product. The install crew was SUPER! They were mindful of where they were working, put down protective sheets on the floors, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to talk with us and go over everything before leaving. Im mostly grateful for the experience that each person had, they were informed and knowledgable and Im so appreciative of that. WE LOVE OUR COUNTERTOPS!!! I was not looking forward to this process, but APF made this such a wonderful experience. I cant thank them enough!!!!

APF completed a HUGE project for us, going above and beyond just a cabinet+countertop experience. They finished out 1300+ sq. ft. of our basement, including a full kitchen and a full bathroom, taking unfinished space with only studs to a fully finished apartment. Steven, the project manager, was a saint, handling all of my requests, questions, and designs professionally and in a timely manner. Everyone in the office was wonderful, too: Heather and Megan were always quick to respond, helpful, and friendly during the initial quote process and during the project when I had questions. The only downside was that the project took longer to complete than expected, but it was a very big, involved project, and we are very happy with the finished product. It looks and functions so well! We also felt that their pricing was fair and competitive. Thanks, APF!

My counter tops are beautiful! APS showed up early for every appointment and did a quick and through job. I had a small issue with one of the seams and they came back out on a Saturday and fixed it. I highly recommend APS and I am partial to the Leathered Black Pearl... if you dont want shiny counter tops, the Leathered look is the way to go!

I just had A Polished Finish install new countertops in my kitchen. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Megan helped me select the slab and gave suggestions based on the colors of my back splash and cabinets. She was quick to answer any questions and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Johnathan came and made the template and was very knowledgeable about what the next steps would be and answered any questions I had. The whole process was less than a week!! This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

An amazing job. Not only can I not even see the seams, but when we asked them to come back and work on a small rounded exterior corner, they did so right away, rounded it to our tastes, and made us very happy. Good prices, excellent service. Definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with the new roof on my house, installed by the team at A Polished Finish. These folks did more than I could have ever asked for, making the job as effortless for me as possible. They took care of everything, including helping me file the claim with my insurance company and staying in contact with them after the claim had been filed. They worked with my wife and I on every part of the job, including a free upgrade from three tab shingles to architectural shingles. The team of six that did the installation were amazing. I could not get over how hard they worked and how there was no mistake that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very good at it. I was very impressed, to say the least. By the way, it was apx +90° on the day of the install. That didnt slow them down a bit. There was a representative from A Polished Finish on site for the entire duration of the project, making sure all was going as it should and to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend A Polished Finish to anyone in need of a roofing job. Great job guys and thanks very much!

I bought my gorgeous quartz counter tops from APF and they were a complete dream to work with. They answered all of my questions, got the counter tops cut ahead of schedule, and even worked with me when I had to do a last minute sink change due to shipping issues from another company. The ladies at APF were exceedingly kind and the installers were professional and more helpful than any I’ve encountered before. I can’t recommend APF enough! If you are in need of counter tops, do yourself a favor and choose A Polished Finish.

They did a great job helping me find a matching sink for my bar project and gave some color advice that really made the granite pop. The installers even made a field cut on my countertop after we discovered the refrigerator (my fault for not telling them in advance during measurement) would not fit. Very satisfied with their work.
