Fantastic store! The Boss family are great people and over 20 years have become good friends. Their dedication to the business reflects in their staff, who are all very courteous and helpful. You never have to worry about getting your purchase loaded...they are always there. Great place to shop for all your farm and livestock needs. Love this place!

This was my first visit ever and I was impressed with how they operate their business. Their prices are very reasonable we saved 40% compared to Tractor Supply. It was worth the drive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall nice experience the lady at the front wasnt very knowledgeable when it came to hay or horse feed its not exactly her department because she works up front but was very nice and polite still just not very informative on any questions I had for the most part

Man! Ive never had such a good experience in an outdoor supply store, maybe even a store, than i had here. Some young guy came and helped my grandma and I and i wish i would have caught his name to give him the credit he deserves. But they were all very friendly and he went out of his way to ask if we needed help and went even farther out of his way to help us is more ways than we could have asked.I dont really have any reason to go here often, but if I need to I will definitely be back! And the prices seemed good, too! I mean i dont know a bunch about a lot of that stuff and what the prices should be, but i didnt cringe at the prices for the stuff we got so.11/10!!

Ive only been in here a couple of times, but in my experience, the staff at Boss Brothers have consistently been amazing! They have answered my questions, helped me find the items Im looking for, and they always quickly load my vehicle with whatever heavy things Ive purchased. Its also a very relaxing place to window shop for creative ideas, etc. The art/decor area has a sort of Cracker Barrel gift shop appeal to it. I highly recommend them!!

I have been an occasional shopper at Boss Brothers, since before they built their current building (15 years?) This spring I decided to start raising chickens again, and with COVID, decided to shop local, instead of chain stores or online. I went to Boss Bros, got chicks, feeder, feed, waterer, bedding, and became a regular purchaser of feed. I got my seeds, seed potatoes, fertilizer, and spring bedding plants there, and still continued getting my corn and deer feed there too. During this entire time, I have been dissatisfied with the level of customer service in the store. The ladies who work there are indifferent, distracted by their own conversations, and have a habit of standing next to whatever register is closed, until I approach with a heavy load and then they want me to walk to the other side... Sorry Boss Brothers, Tractor Supply is closer to me, and their employees are friendlier. Plus they have multiples of anything I need. I can choose brands, sizes, and more. Ill be shopping the chain store from here on out. Shopping local is overrated when the local store doesnt want my business.

Super cute store! I love the different salsas they have. Try the peach and while youre at it grab some peach pecan preserves. You wont be disappointed.

I love going to this store for all of my animal feed needs. They have quality feed at reasonable prices. It also helps that they are not far from my home. They also have healthy chicks in the springtime. The chicks are breeds that are desirable for raising backyard chickens. Another bonus is that they load your feed into your car for you too.

They have a little bit of everything. My brother shops there once a month to get corn for his deer feeders. They have all sorts of deer feed n seed for planting food plots. If youve never been there, stop in and check them out. Youll be surprised as to all the things they have.

We travel here for dog food, its over an hour away from us. No other vender sells the type of dog food we use, besides Boss Brothers. Nice quaint country store...

Fantastic selection, good pricing, and the most agreeable and pleasant staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I am amazed at the number of people who gave this extraordinary company a 1-star review and didnt bother to explain why. The one complete explanation was customer error and they admitted as much. Just because you dont like a health and safety policy doesnt mean you should slam the people looking out for the safety and health of my livestock. I appreciate the diligence and oversight. I would stop shopping here if they DID accept returns and exchanges on medicines and vaccines. So unsafe. If you are a reasonable consumer with reasonable expectations the crew here will exceed them.

Staff are helpful and they always seem to have what I need for my animals. They also have bee keeping supplies, which is convenient for local bee keepers. Prices are reasonable as well.

Went to Boss Brothers today for pet day. We have not been in a long time, for no reason, just havent thought about it in a while. Very pleased with how friendly and helpful employees were, along with pet food reps and veterinarian that was there giving rabies shots. FFA were there also giving doggie baths. They had goats for sale and baby pigs. They also were selling hamburgers and hot dogs to raise money. There till 2:00 today. A great country store for your farm needs, pet needs, western wear or just go to browse the cool stuff for home.

I visit the store weekly and the staff is always helpful and attentive. They even offer to take my big bags go dog food to my car and they greet me by my name. Nine years of the best customer service ever.

I have been a regular customer with Boss Brothers since their inception. I remember the old days when Michael would bring feed to the truck from the chicken house. I highly recommend that you get to meet these folks and know them as I have. Their Christmas selection is incredible. The last several years Ive been able to do the majority of my Christmas season shopping right here at Boss Brothers. Cant say enough good. I know Im not their only customer but they sure make me feel like it.

Too much kitch and not enough actual product. What they do gave is ok but over priced. Best if you just need feed and larger ranch needs.

This is a store that listens to their customers, because i have found them in the past year that we have frequented them, to be friendly, helpful, and the quality of their supplies is excellent. When asking for them to carry specialty feeds, they are willing to work with the customer, or at least take the time to give you an understandable reason why they cannot. Their prices are a little higher than id like, but the consistent quality of the feed and of the customer service is worth going back, especially for someone new to the area! Love this store!

Young lady was very helpful looking up info on the current food and comparing to what they carry. I got a couple free samples to ensure the babies like the food first. Ample stock of usual and extraordinary goods, however prices are high for small animal supplies. Seed and fertilizer prices are not bad. The young teenage girls at the register are never friendly or seem to care that you are a customer. With some good service staff this would be a great place to shop.

Got 2 Carpenter bee traps. Going to have to get some more. They are out in droves this year.

The young guy that works in the back in the loading area does a great job. He has a very good attitude no matter how HOT are COLD the weather is. Keep up the good work.

Good variety of clothes, gifts and resources. Good honeybee area for products, but doesnt have everything for those more experienced in beekeeping, but great place to get the basics.

Went for the first time, I did not feel welcomed at all.I asked for HAY and the girl had no idea what I was talking about I had to show her a picture then she said ohhhh HAY! mmm yes H.A.Y.I asked another employee about a display product he had no clue told me to go back inside and ask. Finally got my H-A-Y and left as soon as I could. Never going back there.And now theyre saying she was on training?? Sure! She knew exactly what I was talking about.

Ive been supporting this store for almost ten years but I can say that came to an end after my experience today. I purchased vaccinations today and inadvertently got the wrong one. They clearly have a no refund sign posted but I called to explain what Id done two hours after purchasing asking to EXCHANGE them and was told no. No explanation or reasoning given. The vaccines were not opened and kept refrigerated the entire time in my possession. Considering the circumstances an even exchange wouldve been appropriate. WARNING: dont buy vaccines unless your 100% positive youve got the correct one!
