Got what I needed. Man helping me did not use proper fire arm safety. Even though a gun is not loaded, you dont point it around towards people. Guy thought because I was a woman I knew nothing about firearms. Over priced guns and ammo.

No desire to assist. Walked in and asked two questions and both were answered with head shakes only. Not a word was spoken to me. Needless to say, I walked out with more questions than I arrived with.

Excellent experience at this shop. Everyone was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Prices were reasonable and selection was good. Thanks again!

My husband and I walked in here and no one greeted us, never asked us if we wanted to look at anything, the old white haired heavy set man just stared at us the whole time. As we were walking out, I heard a voice say to us thanks for coming in guys and then in a lower but audible voice not very much I dont know if they were against my husband being Hispanic, us being an interracial couple or that we were the only ones wearing face masks. But I felt they were rude and I would not be willing to do business with them. This was a stark contrast to the other gun store down the street on 78, that treated us with polite and attentive customer service.

This place is excellent. Good prices and the best customer service. I cant say enough good things about thos place and the people here. We will definitely do all our shopping here.

They never answer the phones nor return your calls. Be careful of using this store as your FFL. Your item may have arrived, but they wont let you pick it until they call you.

This gun shop has a good selection of firearms and supplies. A staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. If you don’t see what need or want, just ask. Of course this is the view from my saddle. I find it a great place to visit.

Guns are over priced, and the employees are very quick to take advantage of anyone who doesnt know much about firearms. Youre better off going to hilltop pawn, deatons guns, or that gun range/store in Lawrenceville, ALL much better options

He is a wealth of knowledge and experience as a firearms instructor for decades, yet possesses genuine humility and respect! I visited the other gun shops in Loganville too. X3 Firearms stands head & shoulders above the rest! They earned a new customer today even though I’ve not made a purchase yet.

I bought a gun lesson with Howard. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The knowledge I learned in just those couple of hours made me hit the center target almost every time. I also learned gun safety and proper technique of how to hold a gun. Thank you Howard!

This is my second time visiting the X3 store and I have been impressed with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable. Both times I was simply bored and not looking for anything exact and based upon conversation and recommendations made a purchase each time. My latest purchase of Glock branded night-sights installed and looking great on my Glock 43 as I waited and conversed. This is a very friendly and professional neighborhood firearms store with very reasonable pricing.
