I love this doctor and her staff!!! They are just fabulous! Not only as an audiologist and her employees, but as Christian people that truly care about the people that come through their office!! Ive never heard better in my life, and its all because of Dr. Thomas and her ability to not only identify my problem, but to put me in the best hearing aids available in the price range I can afford. Dr. Thomas and her staff are A#1in my book!!!!

My visit was good. I currently wear hearing-aids,so this type of visit is not new to me.I was referred to them by my ENT doctor. When I purchase new hearing aide it will probably be through them.

When I first called this office Inasked if they accepted Medicare and they said Medicare would only pay if I got a referral from my Dr. which I did. I made an appt and when I arrived I was informed my appt had been changed to the next week. I came back the following week, checked in and was told the normal Medicare charge was $150 but since I had a gotten a referral it would only be 1/3 that amount. I said I was not told that but was given some explanation and just said ok and then was charged $62.00. If my math is correct 1/3 of $150 is $50 but again I was given some explanation. I was already frustrated at this point and just said whatever. I had not had a hearing exam in a long time and I guess procedures have changed because that was a mighty quick exam. The results chart I was given was eerily similar to that in a book I was given to explain test results. It was just not a good experience for me at all. I would not go back nor would I recommend this business.

Do your research PRIOR to going. This is NOT an ENT. I had some issue with buildup in my ear so I googled ENT Loganville and this was on this list. Needless to say I just spent $150 for a 5 minute hearing test......only to be told what I already knew and referred to an ENT to actually do the cleaning. Look elsewhere or understand what this place does first.Edit: when I called I made mention that I had what I believe was a wax buildup. I never said the word tinnitus nor used the words hearing loss. Maybe the girls up front should do a little more question asking before just scheduling an appointment. And yes I agree that this isn’t your fault you’re listed as an ENT on google, but you have to understand the layperson won’t know the difference between an ENT and an audiologist and just google ENT. But again I think your office should dig a little deeper to find out if the persons problem is an audiology issue, or ENT issue. Your website even says “We’ll investigate your hearing problems and unplug your ears if wax is the culprit”. Seems pretty straight forward there.

Very professional test and review of results. New versions of hearing aids include rechargeable built-in batteries and a phone app to modify sound profiles for different settings like, dining and outdoors as well as the general setting. I have been wearing them for a few months now and they are a big improvement over my 6 year old hearing aids I was wearing.
