I dealt with Craig who was very helpful initially. I ordered from him a compressed air dryer and some pre filters. The filters arrived fine and as expected. However, the shipper chosen must have used the $ 1,400.00 dryer as a soccer ball because it was several days late and was severely damaged on all 6 sides of the device. The shippers driver had the front desk clerk sign the B.O.L. without her inspecting the package. I notified Craig that the device was severely damaged and he told me to notify the shipper immediately and that he would call me the next business day. I filed the claim (which was later denied) and never got a call back from Craig. I still needed a dryer. I reached out to Craig again, but he never responded again. Hadnt heard from in over a month. I ordered another dryer from another company. Felt like I got screwed over. Turned into a waste of time and money. BOTTOM LINE: Great before the sale. Terrible after the sale. Will not contact or order from this place again.

Our new air compressor not only looks and fits great, but it operates like a dream. This place definitely has their act together and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great price and great people to work with. NO BS!!!
