The salesman my wife and I worked with, Bill Withrow, was pleasant and easy to work with and unbelievably knowledgeable about today’s bed technology. He showed us around, explained, compared and contrasted for us, but not once was pushy or aggressive. In fact he encouraged us to make the decision that was best for us. Mattress Firm was absolutely a dream experience for our recent mattress purchase. We were greeted upon entering and told we could look around while sales person finished with other customers. We didn’t have to wait very long and were given options for firmness and price ranges. We weren’t pressured into a purchase and were allowed to take time to determine exactly what we wanted. Denise was also excellent guiding us through set up of delivery and payment.Delivery was made on dat scheduled. The delivery team was very prompt and on time for two hour window given to us. Wonderful (and unexpected) shopping experience at the Lombard Mattressfirm. I live right in the apartment complex next door, and had just gotten something to eat at Pinched. On my walk home, I decided to just step into Mattressfirm, do a quick circle to browse (as I was only mildly interested in getting a new mattress), and then be on my way. However, upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted, and welcomed with a friendly hello, by Muhammad Madni. I told Muhammad that I was just browsing, and so we he said sure no problem, and just made small talk... until eventually I asked questions regarding the mattresses. Muhammad did not simply answer ALL of my questions... he provided me a 1st hand experience for ALL of my questions... so I could make my own informed decisions. He guided me to lay on all mattresses as he shared his own experiences and knowledge of the products, and both interactively and visually showed me the differences between each type and brand, until finally I was sold! I can honestly say, I had zero expectation to buy a new mattress and adjustable frame this night, and the number one reason was Muhammad’s excellent personality, extensive product knowledge, and masterful salesmanship (in a good way) to give me a truly comfortable and great buying experience.
