Sarah is the best! 👍 Came in for a new phone but it was an issue with the number transferring. She was very patient & tried different avenues to get it resolved but I had to come back another day. Sarah remembered what I needed as soon as I walked in a few days later & I had the new phone and great service in under an hour. Cricket give her a mid year bonus! 👌

What a great and speedy experience with Aaryn. Had over 500 contacts and 500 pictures transfered in a matter of seconds it seemed like. Took time to backup everything from my old phone and educated me on there features. By far the greatest experience Ive had in a Cricket Store! 10/10 for Aaryn

The young lady tried her best. Then she called customer support, spoke to Joanne who was no help and dumb as a rock. Kept saying Apple and thats not the phone we told her.

This is minus 1 because the store is there but its closed and I called and they said it was open I showed up the store was empty in few words this store is closed..not exist

Sarah was extremely down to earth and helpful.. in, phone purchased, number created and home within a half hour. Granted no one else was in there but it was a good experience.

Left a 5 Star Review a couple of months back without any feedback but have received such INCREDIBLE service from Chris Johnson that he needed to be specifically encouraged and recognized. Every time I walk into the store I am welcomed and acknowledged and Chris goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my Cricket Service. Joined Cricket for the good deals but am staying because Chris and his service at this store. He is doing such a great job that I am going on record to say that he deserves a raise! :) Have never publicly said that on a Google Review before on any review I left before so that is how GREAT I think Chris is!!!! Only reason they got 1 star is because I had to choose it. Terrible location the girl didn’t wanna help me she just stood there texting on her phone for the entire time I was there and kept saying I don’t know sorry. Don’t come to this location if you can help it.

I called the store and some guy that says he is a manger answered. I asked a very simple question and he got upset because it was about switching to T-Mobile and he told me maybe they are unlocked, good luck and then he hung up. Every time I have a issue they dont want to help you. Advise you to go somewhere else. There service sucks and workers are very very rude.
