I took my daughters iPad mini in because the tip of the lightning cable broke off and got stuck in the charging port. They fixed it quickly and without any other issues.

Good screen repair. Beware of the guys trying to push their products on you! Their cases are dangerously overpriced! I could probably get the exact same cases from Chinatown for less than half the price of theirs!

Was shopping with my 14 year old daughter, one of the employees here asked my child for her phone, put a new phone case on it and kept asking her if she liked it, trying to make a sale. Shady! Especially trying to make a sell through a kid! All while the other guy was talking to me, trying to distract me.

I came into this store to get my screen fixed and since it was just a little crack he charged me a little. The service was amazing and the wait as well, but I don’t know why my finger ID won’t work because I’m trying to put in my finger ID but it won’t let me and I don’t know if it’s because of when they fixed my phone screen. I’m a little upset but I’m going to keep trying and see if they didn’t do anything that makes my finger ID not work.

Will not be going back. My iPhone 6S screen was cracked so I took it in to get it fixed. Said it would take 15-20 minutes, but it took closer to 40 minutes. When I got the phone back, the screen they put on did not fit the phone (the case would not fit back on it). The next day the home button stopped working correctly and apps continuously closed immediately after opening them.Took the phone to the Apple Store the day after and they fixed everything in an hour and a half for basically the same cost.

I brought in a refurb iPhone I had just bought. The screen was a little loose on one corner but it was working fine otherwise. I just wanted it reattached. I know it wasn’t in the best shape, but I left with it pretty much nonfunctional. The battery level no longer registered with the phone - totally new problem. I pleaded with them to take it apart and recheck it but they wouldn’t. I seriously get there’s not always anything you can do with a banged up phone but I felt pretty crummy that:1) I had to go buy a new $600 phone today when I came into the mall with a totally 100% working one and,2) They wouldn’t take another go at fixing it and,3) They didn’t refund the $20 case I bought with the repair that I can never use, now.Not much I can do, but a pretty horrible day for me.

Dont get your screen replaced here!! Nothing but issues, ( screws not screwed in all the way. I cant talk on the phone I have to have it on speeker else my cheek pushes all the buttons since the screen is cheap, I cant see my screen unless my brightness put all the way up!!) PLEASE save the 100 bucks and go to apple and pay the 150 for the right screen.
