The customer service has dropped significantly in the past year. I get a text that one script is ready for pickup. Two days later, I get another text that there are multiple scripts ready and this is a reminder to pick up today.A few days later when I can make it, I go to pickup my scripts. I sit in the drive thru line behind 5 cars for 50 minutes!!! I can’t get out of the line because they have a high curb that prohibits me from getting out of line and there are cars behind me.4 of the 5 cars in front of me are there for COVID testing. It takes the pharmacy 5 minutes to provide the test and the customer takes another 5 minutes to provide the sample! There MUST be a better way!!When I get to the window, I can’t hear the clerk on the phone. I’m waiving my credit card and he refuses to open the drawer. Finally I hear the clerk and I tell him to take the card as I’m paying with it and it has everything he needs except my birthdate. He goes to look for my order and I see him in one spot looking. He sits on the floor and almost gives up looking! As he gets up he sees something, it’s my order! An hour later and I have what I came for, unbelievable!!!!I haven’t seen the pharmacist, Kristen in a while. She is a star there, but the rest of the staff has changed and act like the customer is an inconvenience!
Have called 3 times and had to hang up due to no response. Will have to move my prescription to another location
Came to the store after my daughters medical apt to get the prescription the dr ordered. They didn’t have it ready. I had to pick up kids from school and go back to work. I returned to This CVS store that evening when I rushed home from work. It was 7:55. I went to the pharmacy and the women closed the gate in my face. I said I just need to get important medication for my dr and she said “sorry closed!” Snd shut the gate in my face! They are now holding this very important steroid medicine for my daughter hostage until 9 am tomorrow! Besides the very rude women shutting the gate in my face with no regard to medical need or understanding of feeling for another human being this store needs to realize they are a DRUG STORE where people have their doctors send their prescriptions in to be filled. Important prescriptions that the doctor diagnosed the need for. Shameful ! CVS not good!
I waited in line (behind 3 cars) for 30 minutes, only to be told the prescription that was supposed to be filled yesterday will take another 20 minutes and that I should come back later. This is not the first time this has happened and I am positive it will not be the last. I have a very important prescription to pick up and I have been delayed two days now. I was forced to use this pharmacy based on a change to my insurance and I can honestly say I think I would rather not have insurance at all than ever deal with CVS again. Clarification: it is not just this location. I switched to this location after finding that the closer CVS closes its pharmacy at 6pm, earlier than my doctor’s office closes. Another thing is that the refill prescription section on the app DOES NOT work. You have to call or go in to have your prescription filled and there what’s been no effort to fix the app. CVS overall is a terrible corporation who doesn’t care about its clientele and does not work.
Call the pharmacy and after 23 minutes of waiting I just hung up. Called the stores general number and I finally got ahold of someone. This store has very poor customer service. I know its all because of covid.
Poor online scheduling. Walk-ins for vaccines are only after 6pm. Expect a ~20 minute wait for any appointment you make.
Bad customer service in pharmacy. Am switching to a different CVS.
The drive-thru pick up window is very slow everytime I come here its a 20 minute wait or longer. CVS could do better if they want to.
Always a line to pick up medication.
Sat on hold for 25 minutes while my girlfriend was sobbing her eyes out with anxiety trying to find out if they had a certain anti anxiety supplement. No one ever answered the call. Now I have their terrible hold music stuck in my head and now I have anxiety. Jesus Christ how hard is it to pick up a phone?
My prescriptions...all 10...are never ready on time even tho I have auto fill. Ive gone 3 days without medication at times. Then they claimed at one point none got sent in even tho I was sitting right by the doc when she sent them. Turns put CVS had me under another persons file with a similar name even tho I created my own file with the right information when I was forced to switch to them. How does that even happen? I never get notified when things are ready. But I sure get enough texts to fill discontinued scripts. My one script that has to be called in every month sits in limbo for 3-5 days before someone gets to it.. I need that med 3 times a day.. I sat on the phone for a hour with no one picking up. Drive thru is a mess. Then they close super early making it very inconvenient cuz good luck getting any help before 5pm. I shouldnt be driving at night.. Deliveries canceled. If they are not equipped to handle COVID-19 testing then either dont do it or hire someone to assist. Or give the person the testing kit and have the drop box around the corner so it doesnt hold up the line. And go back to designated times like in the beginning. I get we have a pandemic but we still need our meds and dont have days to wait. Especially those of us with preexisting conditions. Theres other places to get tested but not to get medication. If my insurance didnt force me to use this pharmacy I would never set foot on the property. They are not friendly unless youre elderly either. Ive had nothing but terrible experiences with CVS. I miss Walgreens! Only giving 2 stars because they promote the recycling of the bottles and for their brand choices for certain medications.
First things first...this staff does an AMAZING job handling the volume of work they have to deal with. I hope someone at corporate reads this and takes a hint that you cant ask the same staff who is processing prescriptions to then also administer Covid testing, all with a ONE LANE drive thru. I was the 3rd car in line and figured that there could be a wait as the sign indicates as you pull in, what I didnt expect was to still be in line, 34 minutes later. What I learned, I have continued to share with others is just avoid the drivethru between 9-5 M-F right now.If the employees at the starbucks can have a tip jar out, I think these men and women deserve the chance to try. Unfortunately, I could be part of the frequent flyer club here, so I have witnessed endless amounts of customers who are waiting in line and unleash anger on the staff, when you can actually just take a step back and see what the 2- 4 people behind the counter have to deal with and take a breath. My orders are always ready when they are promised and I have never received a mix-up, (which has actually happened a few times at other pharmacies) When I go to pickup my scripts sometimes I get a nice surprise, because their system scans and finds me the lowest price on my med which can be lower than my plan price. So if you currently need your script filled immediately, I would try somewhere else, but if you need it within a typical time period I recommend them, because the excellent customer service I receive each time is worth waiting for.
Fast in and out. The order was perfect
Horrible! Went to get a covid test, which I needed to return to work after having been sick. I was told both by my doctor and the clinic that the tests are free. I work with children as a school bus driver, so we wanted to make sure I hadnt been exposed to anything. Today I got home to a bill for the free test! Well, they wont be getting ANY money out of me!
Came here looking for a product that I was told did not exist at another pharmacy, had to ask two different employees to find where it was located. Price was a bit high, will try walgreens next time.
Great store to shop at
I have found that they are a bit overpriced. The staff doesn’t seem to be very personable and helpful.
Scheduled a COVID test online. After failing to provide the COVID test at the schedule date/time and then failing to answer any phone calls when I tried to follow up, the pharmacy had the nerve to actually bill me for the test, which I never got. Avoid this pharmacy.
Pharmacist said, will get my prescription in 1 hour. Went there after 3 hours.Pharmacist said, to pick up tomorrow.
The manager does not treat people well as he’s supposed too. I worked there for a year so I’d know.
Terrible phone call with the Pharmacy. The technician was not patient and seemed in a rush. I wanted to ask a quick question after confirming my medication order and she said, I have no time for a question. She then hung up on me. Well CVS I get hundreds sometimes thousands of views on my reviews so good luck at this location.
Items are ridiculously over pricedRude staffYou have to wait several minutes for someone to realize youre waiting to check outI was next in line after two people and the indian lady asked me (didnt catch her name) asked me was I using foodstamps when i didnt have not one food item
What a great staff especially in the pharmacy they all seem to my name and my wifes name too. Always going out of the way to help out even offered to call cdc for me in regards to reaction to a shingles shot I recieved else where. I think of the staff as friends and family
I love this cvs,good atention !
Amazing service! Great deals too! If you get a free cvs card you can save soo much money. Its great for getting anything from party supplies to snacks to eat while you chill to basic groceries like milk. Highly suggest this store.
I went in to buy a couple things tonight and this was a terrible experience. The employee Tequilla was the rudest person I have ever talked to at a CVS. She was never at the register, customer constantly called for an employee, and when I went to go check-out, her attitude was rude, and she seemed very annoyed. If she isnt happy, why is she working for CVS? Working for CVS should be a reward not forced. Please do something about this.
They do not price match their products from their own website. The pharmacy employee, Wally, exact words were, “well they don’t pay our rent...”.
My girlfriend called to ask if she could do a return without a receipt because she lost it and they said yeah thats fine as long as you have a valid ID. So we went in and the manager declined the return. He was very rude about it and wouldnt allow us to return anything. All he said was sorry, you can talk to the store manager but shes not here right now. So they lied to my girlfriend and made us waste our time and gas. Very disappointed and unprofessional.
Wouldnt accept my debit card with my photo on it, chip was damaged and refused to run it a different way. Demanded a state id for him to run the card in a different way.. Manager was rude and clueless, will not be going here again.
Today July 4th 2018 I visited this CVS around 1:56 PM and the door was locked, there are at least two more customers came at the same time and was surprised that how can it be closed too early...please fix your door.
They dont keep up with restocking product. Ive been there weeks later and they have still not restocked items such as baby formula. Staff dont seem to care.
Very bad pharmacy staff very rude and no customer service training, not considerate at all
Unfriendly and whatever the posted pharmacy hours are, expect them to close early and tell you they cant help you. Thanks CVS really looking out for your customers!
Slow and employees seem stressed and over worked.
Rude and never help
