Excellent customer service. I walked in on Saturday before closing time and all personnel were very friendly asking if I needed help. Answered all my silly questions and made my transaction a breeze.

Came here to order a set of RealFyre gas logs and the staff was very helpful. The next day we realized that we forgot to order something while we were there and they were able to add it to our order over the phone. I had no idea that it is a mini hardware store inside! Its not just rocks and landscape materials. This is a no nonsense place and shoppers are mostly contractors or laborers that know what they need. I would come here again if looking for gardening tools or other specific things and I didnt want to deal with the massive amounts of people at the big box hardware stores.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman who took my call was rude, kept rushing me off the call when I was asking questions, and LIED that she had what we needed in stock. I waited on hold for her to check inventory, then sent my guys down to buy the stone she confirmed they had (which was 30 minutes away) only to find they didn’t have what we needed. Thumbs down to this place 👎

Great place for natural and manufactured landscaping products. I wanted a particular color natural stone in a specific size and Brian went to work and found exactly what I wanted. Wasted no time in getting me the rest of what I needed.Great service, good people.

If your contractor you like, if you dont know what your doing and have money come here. If your a diyer and have no money go to a store where you can return stuff with receipts.

Came in to order thousands of dollars of stack stone, so I ordered a sample of what we were looking for. I had to call them 2 twice to find out status of the sample and they eventually told me that someone must have thrown it (the order) away. Of course they did. You wrote it on the back of a piece of scrap paper.Totally unprofessional way to treat someone that is willing to spend a huge chunk of money at your business.

I have had materials delivered and I have picked them up for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have the best sales staff and yard crew. Never have to wait to get out of there

They claim to be open at 8:00 AM but when i went there they were closed, no sign of anyone even working. Why say your open at a specific time but your not there.

I called this morning at 9:15am to get some prices on parts and to see if they were in stock. Once I was transferred I was immediately hung up on. Called back again and said, I think I was disconnected, (giving them the benefit of the doubt) only to be transferred again, this time with music in the background for about 30 sec before I was hung up on again. Off to find another company that wants the business.

The customer service on the frondesk is very very bad, seems like the guys heated their job

The store is ok but the service outside is terrible guys dont pay attention when theres people waiting to get loaded, we do have a schedule.
