Having a great grilling experience so far with my new Napoleon grill from The BBQ Element. We got a natural gas version that connects directly, so no need to ever worry about running out of propane. Quick and easy to ignite, with clear indicators to show when a burner is turned on (that also look cool). Great customer service from The BBQ Element, happy to answer any questions and even followed up after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
