I get all my artwork framed there. Carol is great with helpful suggestions and does a wonderful job framing. Its a bit expensive but well worth it.

I like their floral arrangements for decorating headstones ~ the pop of color is simply amazing. I added real pumpkins .🎃🧡

The shelving seem kind of sparse. And the things that I was looking for that or other Michaels give her talents were not there. Might be better off just shopping online.

Good store for craft items but a couple more customer service people on the floor would be helpful.

Michaels is the only place in Lompoc that has craft supplies for just about any type of craft. I personally shop for beads and jewelry making supplies. They are a bit pricey unless you buy things on sale. They do have an app that you can download. The app offers various discount coupons.

Got plenty of items everything I needed

I go to this Michaels frequently. The employees are very willing to help, friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I waited in line to go inside. As we waited the girl letting us in and out was very nice and kept us entertained with conversation. I am sorry if I get her name wrong but I think it was Etsy. The store was clean and the cashier was also very nice.

Its a great store. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. They have a good selection and great seasonal stuff. Only complaint is they are a smaller store so while they usually have what you need, there are definitely times they dont.

Good store has most of the items I need

I love Michaels, any crafter would. Sadly, this time they were out of the UV Resin jewelry kits with the light included. I looked on line they had had them but that was last month. Also, some store are bigger than others. This one is a smaller store so they have much less inventory. But what is most important is the service, the young men that worked at this store went above & beyond the call of duty to help me. That was very nice. Keep up the good work! The store is clean & well laid out.

Great place for craft and art projects. Crazy amount of stuff to choose from. Also does custom framing. Customer service is solid and incredibly helpful. Which is pretty amazing due to the amount of products they carry. If youre looking for a craft project, for yourself or your kids, what a great place to start.

I wandered around the store for about 10-15 min. trying to find the item I was looking for before someone asked if we needed help. My daughter had to pull an Amazon photo up of what we were looking for only to be told it was seasonal. As I stared at her phone I was thinking....oh, right! Thats why I shop at Amazon now instead of here. That wouldve already been at my house and I wouldnt have had to drive down here.Then I saw a book I cld use in my classroom. When I went to check out, I asked if my teachers discount worked. I was told that all books are Every Day Value items and do not qualify for discounts.Oh.....right!!, I thought on the way out, the OTHER reason I stopped shopping here....when I bought an Elf in the Shelf for my classroom at Christmastime a few yrs ago and found out THAT was also an Every Day Value.I have saved myself so much time and hassle by shopping online and going anywhere else. I only use Michaels as a last resort.Sad.

There is a young lady by the name of Princess who is an absolute doll. She was very helpful and very courteous. When we walked in she didnt just say the canned welcome to Michaels blurb but she actually waved at us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was very helpful when my daughter asked for help and honestly made our day.

This comment is more on management than anything. I had brought my wife on her lunch break today just to look around we ended up doing a little early Halloween shopping. The lady who rang us up was very nice she asked if we needed help and we said no we got it but as we were about to head out the store with the cart to our car she notified us we can not remove the cart from the store no problem I just brought the car to the front to load our items in the car no biggie. As my wife was bringing items to the car one of the items fell and hit the grown but the lady who rang us up ask us if we would want to grab a new one since the one we purchase broke. I said thank you and ran back and got one came to the front make sure everything was okay as soon as I approach the counter the manager on the walkie talkie was saying no to charge us after she said already said to grab a new one she was just being nice. If you go to other stores most places are considerate accidents do happen but not here the lady who rang us up did give me a little discount to try and be helpful. The broken was left on the counter already paid for and I felt it rude to ask for it back and I kinda was upset that after I was already told I could grab a new one and than turned around and charged for it instead of the manager being courteous and backing the employee decision they made it sound like the employee made a huge mistake. I like going for the things they have to offer but with people like that running the store I think Ill just avoid this one from now on.

Michaels in Lompoc is the best craft store in the area. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable on a variety of arts and crafts and provide excellent customer service. If I need assistance with art or crafting supplies I can rely on Michaels to help and give advice on best practices!

After running all over town looking for fall themed cookie cutters and finding out that three weeks before Thanksgiving was too late(Christmas has officially arrived) James at the Lompoc store went above and beyond to help me find a solution. I couldnt be happier with the service I received in this store! Thank you James for saving the day!

Staff is friendly and helpful, last 2 times my Wife couldnt find the color yarn she wanted, or size, but she made due with a smaller/thinner size. Over all, She loves the store and will keep going back. I like getting there picture frames.

This Michaels has your average amount of stuff for a Michaels. Its. It as big as Santa Maria but its decent. The staff are always super nice and helpful though so big plus for them.

I feel smothered everytime I go in there. The employees talk to each other through an ear piece. And usually are complaining about customers. Honestly just walk a few spaces down and go to Five Below. They have the same type stuff AND CHEAPER. Employees let you shop and dont bug the piss put of you.COME ON, 15$ plus for a few ink pens? THIS town aint BALLIN LIKE THAT YALL!

Lots of great crafting speciality items. I went specifically for parachute 550 cord - paracord. I got 100 ft black cord for $9.99. They have an assortment of paracord colors for your crafting needs. The staff was awesome with knowledge, especially Mary - who has helped me on more than one occasion to find a variety of things.

The needlework supplies are wanting. The DMC embroidery floss selection is complete but thats about all they have. No books, no kits. Other sections are great, and staff is wonderful - kind and helpful.

If I could give this zero stars then I would. I walked in with a return and was told I couldnt return my unopened cricut heat press. So the cashier gets the manager. The manager proceeds to tell me that I couldnt return it and that has always been the policy. I repeated that I always shop there and have never had an issue before. The manager seemed to get frustrated and she stormed off. So I waited. Then the cashier said oh my manager is going to call the district manager to see if we can do the return. She comes back roughly 10 minutes later and says the district manager said no they dont return electronic items but they could take down my phone number and have someome from lost prevention call me next week. She said I checked the policy in the back and it says we can not return it. I said so can I see this policy because my receipt says return policies are available online and in store at the register. She said no you can not. I said so if I go to another store, I wont be able to return it either? She said no. Our policy is the same. So I drove 20 miles and was able to return it with no issues. But because of this manager in lompoc, I now will be returning everything I have purchased in the last week including my new silhouette. Michaels will never get another dime of my money. I will make sure all my friends start shopping at Joann. Ive never had an issue there.
