Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car! They communicated with me throughout the process and were fairly quick considering the damage to my car. I even got my car back sparkling clean. So happy to put all this past me now.

Work was done beautifully and faster than estimated. They even buffed out the side of my car that had a few scratches no extra charge. They allowed me to take my vehicle as they wait for one of them model stickers that is taking longer to come in due to the pandemic. When it arrives ill be able to stop in and they will slap it on in minutes.

We weren’t sure which shop in town to chose. Nationwide recommended Caliber Collision, after we choose them we also heard from a couple friends they are the Best in town. I was always treated like a priority, from the Customer Service Rep (Shalondra maybe) Marcos a technician rep, small issues happened, and we couldn’t get our car back the exact day as promised but we were informed right away and they were very apologetic. Our car looks and drives great! We are very pleased with them and will definitely go back If we ever need to, which, hopefully we won’t 😬

I cant speak highly enough of Caliber Collision in Lompoc! Not only did they get me in the day of my phone call, they got me in on a holiday! I was an out of town guest to Lompoc and they did me a HUGE favor getting my broken window up and secured for a 3 hour drive home. This included taking the door panel off and back on. I wish Caliber Collision of Lompoc could be my regular shop to go to!

They did a great job on my Corolla!! There was a lot of damage and they made it look better then new

They do a really good job of fixing your car and are very detail oriented. They also make sure too inform you every step of the way. My biggest problem was the delays, some of which could have been avoided by rearranging their work orders.

Austin was great to work with, always gave me an answer and helped work out some extra issues. My charger needed a new bumper, and hood and lots of other things.. this shop did wonders!! The paintwork is as smooth as glass, thumbs up and lots of thanks to all the people that worked on every stage of this repair, it took three weeks to complete and we are all very happy with the outcome. Thank you everyone at Caliber! And the girls at the front desk were nice and easy to work with! It sucks to have your car messed up but the people at Caliber are great and easy to work with. They also picked me up from home to bring me to my shiny new baby! ;)

Excellent customer service

Most horrible experience I could of had. It was a nightmare. I had to take in my truck twice to get it fixed right. The first time wrong parts were placed and when I called them out because the bumper did not fit and it was falling off they blamed on my insurance..... if something does not fit why would you still try to put it on.... Second mistake they damaged my paint. It would of been ok if they would of owned up to mistake but the people “helping me” blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility. Had to go in a second time to get the right parts put on and was told I get a rental due to their mistake. Day before I took in I asked about the rental and they said I wouldn’t get one. Fast forward after being told it take two days, four days pass by I called on a Friday for update to be told they won’t get a part that is needed until Monday and it be ready Monday... ok things happen but again no rental was given to me and I still had no car. I call Monday and car is not ready they tell me once again it will be ready Tuesday. Like I said nightmare, it be different if mistakes were owned up to and I got a rental like they said they take care of me. I will not ever go there for anything again. I wish Schuyler didn’t sell, caliber collision is not the place to go. I agree with one of the reviews written below. BRING SCHUYLER AUTO BODY back!

Someone smashed my rear view power mirror on the passenger side and of course wrote no note. I contacted two local body shops who said I’d pay about $717 for the new mirror and installation. Financial disaster at this time for me.I went to Parts Geek online (that’s another 5-star review) and got a painted, just like new mirror for $25 with $10 shipping, planning on choosing between the two shops.Two girlfriends (yes, we women need truthful advice when we’re on their own) said “Try Collision Repair” (formerly owned by Schuyler’s auto body repair), so I took my car there for an estimate. They gave me two quotes: one price for painted, one for primered... both quotes FAR less...$268 or $68.The next day the mirror arrived and I called Collision Repair to arrange a time. Same day, perfect hours for me. I drove there, handed my painted mirror over, and $68 and 20 minutes later, my car looks new again —- 2016 Corolla.Add it up: part $35 with shipping plus $68 for installation = $103, a savings of $614!!!Installation at the other two shops was $117 but the part would have been over $600, they said.The shop guys were so friendly, understanding and did a great job, and the ladies at the counter and phones were awesome. Finally, something went right in my recently troubled life!! Oh, and they also had movie quality popcorn, a Keurig machine and several other beverage options for free. I’m never going elsewhere! Kudos!!

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Ive been to two other caliber Collison in Ventura county the were very professional. I was treated with respect and were very welcoming. CESAR at CALIBER COLLISON in LOMPOC,CA has no respect, very very unprofessional he like to eavesdrop and I was kicked out of the shop when going to get the vehicle repair. His way of estimating vehicles and people skills is horrible. If you want stuff done right with professionalism DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to CESAR at caliber he will ruin your day with his below average people skills and professionalism. Id rather go to a mom and pops shop that treats people with respect and professionalism. I dont think this should be called a pro shop. BRING SCHUYLER AUTO BODY back.

I called in for a rough estimate to repaint an OEM part, They dont do over phone estimates nor do they feel the need to even repaint the oem parts. Was un-interested in a non insurance repairs.
