This location is always friendly, punctual and never longer than a 30 minute wait when I get my car serviced here. The other location I used to go to in Santa Maria, and that location is horrible and really declined in their service for customers. I def recommend all Toyota customers to come here, they appreciate your business!!

They worked hard to get my sister in law into a vehicle, even after she kept declining their offer in getting her into a certified used vehicle and said she will wait! They still were trying to get her approved! And so they did ! They got my sister in law approved and now she has a stable great vehicle for her and her family! Thank you Lompoc Toyota ! Overall it was positive. This was the only dealership we actually found the car we wanted with inventory so low. The car was clean with no evidence of damage. The paper work was quick and painless. Salesman, Gibran, offered us appropriate rebates we were not aware of which was great and saved us almost $2k off the vehicle. I would have liked to spend a lot more time going over the operational aspects of the vehicle (since the manufacturers pack the cars with SO MANY unnecessary features), but we would have been there all day. So, I have a lot of homework with the owners manuals before I can feel comfortable driving this new Prius.

Took my Yaris in for its first years maintenace and because I had received some recall information. Was able to get a same day appointement. Everything was fully explained and everyone was very pleasant. Found Anthony to be especially knowledgable and pleasant. This will certainly be my place for maintainence, repairs and buying in the future.

I dont think Ive ever been treated so poorly as a customer from any service before. The customer facing team here was unprepared, unknowledgeable, and in the end they were vindictive. They may fix your problem, but they leave you feeling worse off.I brought my car in to get a heat shield repaired, but when I spoke to the technician over the phone he requested specifics. I told him I didnt know which heat shield (since the other shops only listed the 1 kind) but that a previous auto shop showed me on the car that it was closer to the back, and he went ahead and ordered the corresponding part.When I brought the car in, they found that it was the wrong part and ordered the correct one, and I accept my fault in this since I didnt know. They told me they would call me when it was ready, but they never called back and I had to call them myself multiple times to figure out when the part would arrive.I brought my car in again on Saturday for what I was told was a 1.5 hour fix, and as they were trying to remove the heat shield they had to break off the bolts holding it in since they were rusted. They did not tell me that this would be the case but told me AFTER they broke them off that they would need to keep the car until Tuesday to get extra parts.I asked if they had a loaner, they said no.I asked if there were rentals, they said no.Then, the sales associate WALKED AWAY from me without trying to help any further!I tried getting an Uber or Lyft, but nothing was available. I just moved to Buellton from out of state, so I was essentially stranded. I had to call the few friends I made in order for someone to come all the way to Lompoc to pick me up.When I went back today (which I had to call again since they said they would call Tuesday and they did NOT) to get my car, I asked if there would be a little discount for keeping my car and for all the inconveniences and for their unpreparedness (what kind of car shop doesnt have extra bolts for parts on hand..?). The original technician began to YELL at me for making them order the wrong part, essentially boiling down the reason to why they kept my car to REVENGE.They did not ask me about removing the bolts before they did so, they did not try to make sure I was able to get home, and they were just incredibly unhelpful. The part is fixed, sure, but for the pain and headache they caused, its not worth the cost.Regardless of how well they fix things here, its really not worth the pain of dealing with them. Dont let yourself get trapped like I was. Go to Santa Maria or Santa Barbara.

The shop I got tires put on by did not properly balance my front tires. Toyota of Lompoc RoadForce balanced them perfectly and were polite! The steering wheel shook before at 70+ miles an hour, but the car is now perfectly stable at 150+ miles an hour.

We were in Lompoc to handle my moms estate, and the day before we needed to travel for her funeral, our Prius wouldnt start. I called the service dept and spoke to Anthony, who advise if sounded like a battery and if we could get it there O Saturday, hed try to look at it same day, but no later than first thing Monday, so I could still make the funeral, since it was too late to rent a car.Auto Club jumped the car and we drove straight to the dealership. Anthony remembered our call and made our situation a priority. He confirmed the dead battery and found they had one battery in stock for our model. He and his crew worked past their 4pm closing time by about 20 mins, so we could get on the road and I could handle the final arrangements for my moms service.Im just so thankful for the service dept and for Anthony, and dont know what we would have done if I hadnt have called the dealer for their opinion. I wish I had someone like this to take of our cars back home.

We bought a used vehicle and everything was super fantastic until we had to deal with the contract. Finance guy jacked up the fees so high we questioned it. Found $1,100 in bogus fees. They called it an error. Then they raised the sales price over $400 without me noticing as I was focused on fees. Too late, we already signed and drove off. My goodness, these guys are something else. Then we found the e-brake didnt work. Being 4 hours away we took it to our local Toyota dealer. They fixed the e-brake and also a broken wheel stud. It was on the original report that these items were already fixed. Wow, so the repair department doesnt follow through either. Lompoc Toyota claimed they wanted to rectify the issue but they never did. I sent them receipts as requested but then they wanted positiver proof pictures of before and after repairs. I didnt ask the dealer to take pics so its my fault now.Honestly and Integrity are not profitable at this Toyota Lompoc dealership. Remember that as they smile and welcome you in.

A big THANK YOU to Anthony in the service department. I had a blow out while driving, and needed an immediate service. I asked to replace all my tires. Right after being dropped off by the tow truck, he started work on it and even stayed late himself to make sure it got done. That is amazing service. I thank him and will definitely come back.

My family and I have been customers here for over two decades. The team goes above and beyond every time. I have my vehicles serviced with Abel Ortega, he is always straight forward, honest and willing to help with anything. Dave Ernberg in parts is the man, he always gets me the best prices. He got me a TRD supercharger before anyone else! I most recently purchased a vehicle with David ODwyer Jr. I was pretty shocked throughout the process that, unlike most dealerships, there were no hidden agendas or illusions or any feelings other than him working WITH me not FOR me. Everything financial was presented up front, with no hidden fees. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the deal and never was pushy about anything. Even after the sale, David and GM Daniel went out of their way multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely consider TOL for my next purchase

Ive owned trucks & had work trucks my whole life. (62)Dropped some serious coin on what SHOULD be my last truck I need. 2020 TRD Sport 4x4 (lame Decals removed b4 I left the lot)So far (1st extended warranty service just now scheduled) I have had Nothing but Polite Service and all my questions answered w/out me feeling like I was a PITA...Mostly Tech stuff ?s as Im no Tech Genius. So Far So good and I dont share 5 ⭐s very often.

New ownership has a VERY long way to go before it reaches the excellent service we recieved when the old owners still owned Toyota of Lompoc.I was originally quoted $420 to fix a sensor that was keeping my engine light on and it wouldnt pass the smog so I agreed to have the sensor replaced,but they were unable to remove it from the manifold and now wanted $850 to replace both sensor and manifold.. End price to me the following day without an estimate before hand was $1132 on top of the $175 diagnostic charge...altogether over $1300. Will I return? NEVER.Fake customers will leave 5 star reports in the near future.BEWARE!!

They were great to work with and got me out of my vehicle when other dealerships in Santa Maria told me I wouldn’t be able to. I drive a 2018 Camry and take my car to their service department because I trust them to take care of me. I was even contacted by their service when Apple car play was available as an upgrade on my car and they installed it at no extra charge! I love the positive vibes and quick service I receive. I will be returning when my lease is due! :)

I wish I could give them a lower rating they don’t even deserve a one star. I went to get my oil changed and they recommended me to get my breaks fixed so scheduled the appointment. When I went to go pick up my car it started to jump and shake. They told me there was a problem with the suspension and to bring it in tomorrow. And when I brought it they told me something completely different. Then they accused me of stealing my own cars parts and they refused to fix the damage. I don’t recommend anyone to bring their car here your basically asking for your car to get damaged.

One of the worst experiences of my life. $18,000 car died in about 2 trips to work, driven a total of about 30 miles. Read below of details.I purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Lompoc for $18,146.76. I drove the vehicle for a few days, about 2 trips to and from work, for a total of about 30 miles before the car died. A messaged popped up on the screen that said EV system failure, turn off your engine. When I turned the engine off and back on the check engine light was on.After finding out the local Hyundai dealership didnt have any service availability, I called Toyota of Lompoc to ask what to do. I brought it in and they read the error code and cleared it. At this point they told me this was all they could do, that they couldnt really diagnose or work on hybrid vehicles from other manufacturers. They DID NOT bother to tell me that by clearing the error code they were essentially preventing Hyundai from being able to diagnose it.I had the vehicle towed over 50 miles away to the nearest Hyundai dealership that had availability. It was there that I found out they couldnt read error codes that Toyota of Lompoc had cleared. I picked it back up after they had failed to diagnose it (in large part due to Toyota of Lompoc clearing the error code) and drove it home. It made it that 55 mile trip.The very next day when I was driving home from work, I received the exact same error message and check engine light. This time I was able to get the car in to the local Hyundai dealership after just a couple of days. Their response was that the water/coolant pump for the EV system was no good. The pump at maximum wasnt running up to spec and worse sometimes when they tried turn it on it would completely fail to turn on. The total cost for this fix? Over $1,800 dollars.When I told Toyota of Lompoc about this, their response was...and I am not joking here...Well we can save you some money if you can bring it into us. They quoted me a cost of $1,400 and offered to pay half, effectively billing me $700.Toyota of Lompoc sold me a broken car and claimed they couldnt even diagnose it much less fix it. They wasted 3 weeks of my life having the car towed all over central California only to then turn around and tell me they actually can work on it.If they are willing to lie or at the very least warp the truth about their ability to work on a vehicle they sold me, why would they not also be willing to bend the truth on the condition of the vehicle when it is sold? What is more likely, that a major component failed with 30 miles of purchase and had never had an error before...or that the component was intermittently failing prior to the sale of the vehicle and the dealership simply cleared the code prior to selling the car (the exact same thing they did when it broke down)?

My only complaint is the service tech left greasy fingerprints on my dashboard, airbag area & door jams. I had to return because one of the pieces removed for the airbag recall is now, not fitting tight. The service was fast & friendly & I had to go due to the recalls on my car. It is,nice to see the place getting cleaned up!

Now that this business is under new ownership, the difference in quality and customer service is night and day. I was immediately greeted by an employeeThey welcomed me to Toyota of lompoc and asked me if I was looking for anybody. I told them I was just here for service and the employee directed me to the service department (I already knew where it was but the thought counts.)They offered me coffee and snacks inside, which is completely remodeled, while I waited. My son was with me and they showed him a giant touch screen computer that he could play on while we were waiting so he was stoked.All in all a great experience. I will probably be in the market soon so this will be my first stop!

My parents purchased their 2016 Tacoma from Toyota of Santa Barbara. The TRAC, check engine and airbag light came on. The Tacoma was still under warranty with less than 2000 miles. They took it to Toyota of Lompoc hoping to get it diagnosed. They refused to diagnose the vehicle and suggested that they take it back to Toyota of Santa Barbara where they made the purchase. I made a second attempt to reach out to Toyota of Lompoc to ask why they refused to diagnose the car. I spoke to their receptionist and explained the situation. I asked why they are not honoring Toyotas warranty on this car? She put me on hold for a few minutes. The next person I spoke with was male and he didnt want to talk with me. He took down my phone number and did not return my call. I waited two days and ended up taking the car back to Toyota of Santa Barbara to diagnosed the issues. My family and I purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past. Weve serviced our cars here many times before and the service was always good. Not sure whats going on.

Shysters... everyone at this dealership is not to be trusted. I recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from Lompoc Toyota. I am picky about my vehicles and I know considering the Tacomas popularity ordering a vehicle would be the only way to get what I wanted. I 4x4 access cab with the I4 and a 5speed transmission.So on to the first problem in the process of buying my truck, David the salesman was slightly discouraged by my non willingness to even consider one of the Tacomas on the lot but I insisted I wanted what I wanted and nothing less would be acceptable. He rattled off the list of options and 1 by 1 I said no to everything then he said well you have to order the access cab with the convince package if you want seat in the back. This sounded strange to me and should have thrown up a red flag, but David was nice and patient so I believed him, this was a complete bold face lie as I learned later on from Toyota of Santa Maria.So a month passes as I eagerly await my trucks arrival, I contact David to see if he has any word on whether or not my truck would be in that month, he told me he would find out in 2 weeks if the truck would come in the first shipment of 2016s or if Id have to wait another month for the second shipment. I told him no rush just keep me in the loop so I can put my 92 up for sale once we have and arrival date. 2 weeks pass and I drive by the dealership on my way to a job and see a 2016 Tacoma on the lot so I decide on my way home later that day to drop in and see if they knew when my truck would be in. David was not there but the sales manager Ted told me David was supposed to call me earlier that day, which he had not (or if he had he hadnt left me a message) and let me know my truck didnt come in but they had arranged to trade a vehicle with another local dealership who had gotten the model truck I ordered so my truck would in fact be there in about 2 weeks.Fast forward a week and a half. I finished up work just in time to get to the dealership 20 minutes before closing,Ted commented that I looked exhausted as we walked into the office. I explained it had been a long week getting ready to go on vacation. After running my credit, he then handed me the contract to review. I asked him why the payment amount was nearly $50 a month more than I had been quoted when I ordered the vehicle even though they had secured me an APR .6% lower than he estimated at the time of order. Turns out they had added a $2100 extended warranty to the contract without so much as asking if I was interested in it.So a week later I arrive home and, while sitting at AAA with my insurance agent I read over the window sticker for the first time (it had been folded up and put in the glove box of the truck by the sales man with my owners manuals) and Im shocked to see that there are $889 worth of options installed on the truck I had refused at the time I ordered it. and a standard equipment option listed on the window sticker that was not installed on the truck. I finished and went home and wrote an email to Larry the dealerships customer service service manager to ask him why I was not informed that the truck they had acquired for me had almost $1000 dollars worth of added features I had declined when ordering and why no one took the time to say the truck we got you isnt exactly what you ordered. Larry never bothered to answer my email, so next I tried David the salesman, again no response. Not only did I fall for a bait and switch by these swindlers now they wont contact me. Finally I email the sales manager Ted. Hes response came fast as if he was waiting to hear from me. He simply said it was not there job to tell me the truck wasnt the exactly what I had ordered and I should have looked at the window sticker closer before signing the contract. It took a number of emails for him to finally address the missing option and he stated the inaccurate window sticker was not their responsibility, and I had to take it up with the Toyota USA, and he would do nothing else to help me.

Sales staff is very nice and forthcoming. The finance person/sales manager is unprofessional and rude. Our first meeting did not end well as we were fed misinformation and could not agree on a price. He was rude then, but not a big deal. 2 months later we were called by the nice young salesman and was told the car is now being offered at $500 below our requested purchase price. When we went back down to negotiate the same boss was there and he was BEYOND unprofessional and extremely rude. We were told - after he eye rolled and was snarky AND BEFORE WE EVEN SPOKE ABOUT PRICING - that the bottom line price for that car was $17,000 plus fees. He said this in a very aggressive manner, hollering from his office! We were told on the phone the price was $16500 AND THE STICKER ON THE CAR SAID $16500! When I told him that, he began a tirade about WHO PUT THAT ON THE CAR?!!! Not an Im sorry or oh, I was wrong. At that point it did not matter as we were already beyond offended and decided we will NEVER buy a car from Lompoc Toyota. Which is a shame since we are all about supporting our local community. FOLLOW UP: A man I have never met made a comment in order to save face regarding pricing. We did not look up their online pricing at ANY point. We offered $17,000 for the vehicle initially, based on what we felt was fair and what we saw online AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS. The financial man that came out for the negotiation process was snarky, and unwilling to accept our offer. YOUR NICE SALESPERSON CALLED US BECAUSE HE SAW THE SALES TAG READ $16,500 and he negotiated on the phone for us to come back and try again. As I stated, we did not even make it 5 minutes before it all went to hell. It was very late and we had already gone through this process. The same rude finance man was wasting time going through the internet printing out comparisons and when I told him he did not need to do that since we already knew what we were going to pay, he eye rolled and said OH, ARE WE GOING TO DO THIIIIIIS AGAIN?!!! Then he stood up from his desk and hollered out I am telling you right now, that the bottom line price for that car is $17,000 plus fees!!! Plain and simple - he is a jerk, and unprofessional. How about a response that includes factual information and an apology.

I only dont give 5 stars because they dont wash your vehicle even after a major service, which may seem pouty but every other Toyota dealer Ive done business with has provided complimentarily. They will drive you wherever you need to be if you drop your vehicle off, the staff are pretty friendly and communicate well. Shane has been my service advisor and hes always done right by me. Prices are higher than Ive experienced at other locations as well, but they are a small dealership with a lot of clients.
