Your curbside service does not give you the right to allow your customers to park their vehicle at the intersection infront of your store. You have customers parking in a location that is not safe, prevents others from driving safely, and has them parking in a fire lane. Tell your customers to park their vehicle in a parking spot and walk the less than 100 feet so you can help them at the door.If I seem angry, its because there was someone parked at your curb and had me waiting a few minutes as the line of traffic backed up. It became a one way lane for traffic infront of your store and prevented anyone from going forward until all of the side traffic cleared.

Theyre distrusting of customers by watching you over your shoulder the entire time. They advertise & claim to have a great return policy but the 1 time Ive ever had return something, I was put under a complete investigation like they were suspicious of my intentions (faulty hair clippers).

For some reason and I,ve been here before numerous times, I was disappointed in the service I got from the manager! I told her that I wanted to get my hair highlighted. I didnt do well with it in the past. For some reason she missed that part. I got the bleach but she seemed too busy to get other things done. I didnt like the outcome and I had to go back from out of that area 20 + miles away to get the rest of the stuff needed. I have to say that I got better service from Monica, went on to say say what to do with, during and after on how to take care of my hair.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable in hair coloring, which is extremely helpful to those who didnt attend beauty college.

They’re always late opening on the weekends and they follow you around the store from the moment you walk in the managers eyes are glued to you.
