Terrible customer service. Said she would call back but wouldn’t. Blamed the customer rather than offering reasonable service.

Went there to price a Lazy Boy chair and ended up buying one! They have a nice variety of styles,colors,and prices. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all no high pressure sales. Just a little pricier than other stores but we saved 50 dollars by transporting the chair ourselves.

The owners and staff are friendly. The selection and price is good too.👌 We purchased our dining room set, bedroom set and armchair/side table/lamp with them. Upon arrival the delivery guys were careful with the furniture. I am very pleased with the service at Coast Home Furnishings.

Worst place to buy furniture I bn waiting for almost 3 months for 1 couch, and no phone calls or anything, I try calling and they wont answer, I wouldnt recommend this place to buy furniture at all ..

Absolutely great store! Purchased a beautiful leather couch set from here. The family that owns the place are so friendly, and offer discounts for vets and active military. Came back a few weeks later for some of their unbelievable bed pillows!

They have a great selection of furniture to choose from. We recently bought a couch and ottoman from them for a competitive price. They are super friendly and helpful people. I would definitely recommend buying here!

We purchased a sofa & recliner in March. We were told it would take 4 weeks for the sofa & 6 weeks for the recliner. They will only make 1 free delivery, & the other would be $70. They could hold the sofa for 2 weeks until the recliner arrived. That sounded reasonable. The sofa arrived in 6 1/2 weeks, & they called to schedule delivery. When asked about the recliner, we were told those take 8-10 weeks. We arranged to donate our sectional & take delivery of the sofa. Five weeks later we called about the recliner. We were told it would arrive the following Monday. No word by that Wednesday so I went to the store. Since we did not have detailed invoices, I asked for those, & asked where the recliner was. They said they would call my husband that afternoon with the information, & also stated that we would be charged $50 for delivery. I stated we would not be paying the delivery fee since it was now 6 weeks later than we were told. They never called my husband, & we have not received our detailed invoices. That following Saturday our recliner was finally delivered. We were planning to purchase a complete bedroom set from them, but now we do not plan to make any more purchases there. Since there is not a detailed invoice, I’m not sure they actually gave the veteran discount they claim to offer.

Dont judge a book by its cover. This place will surprise with its selection. Good quality products. Nice staff. Might be a little pricey, but Im not a furniture appraiser.

I had a great shopping experience here. The staff was vet friendly and answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured at all to make purchase. It may be a little pricey but I feel the quality is worth the price.

Super great experience, I dont buy furniture often because I like to buy good quality pieces that last. Coast Home Furnishings is the only store in the Lompoc - Santa Maria area that offers quality furniture at reasonable prices. My selection had to be special ordered and it arrived on time and they delivered it the very next day! I totally would recommend Coast Home Furnishings

My second time buying from this store. They dont follow you around to push a sale, Items get deliver to your door the same day. Best experience ever, great customer service.

We bought a recliner for around $1100 on Memorial Day. Last week, my husband reclined in it and it broke. He fell backwards out of the chair. I called to ask them what they can do and they told me that they would have someone call me back tomorrow. It has now been a week and no response. I will let you know what happens.
