I wish they had more cashiers. I dont like that theyve taken them all away and put in all those self check registers. It hasnt made things better or easier. Its made everything more congested up front. So now I only go there when its absolutely necessary and nowhere near like I used to when I was in there all the time, it seemed.

Too big, too crowded. Their curbside pickup option is nice but not as well organized as Targets. Longer wait, harder to communicate where you are parked. I told the app what color car I had and the delivery person still tried to give my order to several other cars that were not the same color.

I placed an order for same day pick up. It was so easy to do & when u was ready & on my way I just followed the step by step directions from an email I received from walmart. It was so easy & fast.. Ill be doing more same day pickups soon at Walmart.. love this new way to shop..

Ive had several good experiences but the bad experience I had is overwhelming. My girlfriend is black and for some reason they decided to have employees follow her around the store but not me. And when I was asked if I needed help and I was talking to to employee, seems very nice. But as soon as my girlfriend walked up who is black. Stopped all communication with me and wouldnt even come back, never finished helping me. I should give this one star but not all the employees are like that

I have always hated going to Walmart, especially on the weekends. It is too crowded for me. My last trip was terrible enough to note. My first impression when I arrived was does any body work here? I know I would not want to be employed in retail right now, so I empathize with anyone having to work retail right now. We just tolerated a remodel, I use to be able to get in and out in record time. Now my time in the store is multiplied because I can not find anything and during the remodel it was so frustrating I would just leave. The shelves are always empty. There is stuff everywhere, torn apart and in the wrong homes. Any popular items are consistently out of stock. Whomever decided this new checkout system was a good idea, needs to take the expertise to another career field. There were hundreds of people trying to check out and more than half of your machines were shutdown or out of cash. This is a common thing. After we waited to use the 1 machine that had cash, the answer to my question where all your employees were, standing right behind me starting me down, making me extremely uncomfortable. Next time I will turn around and stare them right in the face. I would say that you are lucky that this is a small town and our options are limited. I will avoid this Walmart like it is infested with the plague.

I went to Walmart the other day me and my 7 year old daughter went to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser had very little soap mostly water!, And during COVID-19 and delta variant, this is disgusting! Not sanitary! In Lompoc California.

Its a Walmart! But a kinda small one from others that Ive visited but, I would say that almost every single person comes to Walmart for something.

Under remodeling so difficult to find anything or rate until it is finished. I CAN state though it is almost impossible to receive assistance. Under staffed and the staff that is on the floor are either extremely busy or ignore you completely. I asked one employee where an item was relocated, she just said I dont know and walked away. Hopefully the reset will be done soon or they hire employees who will assist you!

You can always find what you need plus a few extras! It was very busy but understandable due to the holiday weekend (when i visited). The self check out lines are the way to go!

It was one the nicest walmarts I have been to. Only went for a couple things we were just passing through.

Was working on the updating of the store. Staff was very friendly. I would say the nicest staff I have seen at a Walmart. They were probably upset with me and my crew for going in and out of the door that had to be kept closed. But they didnt show it and would open it with a smile every time. Thank you.

Bad management. They should change the manager or supervisor. This walmart has its own rules. Higher prices on some items than other walmarts.

They upgraded and expanded the self-checkout line. Very nice! Just be aware though the west entrance is under construction so be prepared to park further out.

I love this store. I have decided that its mostly where I shop for everything. I love in santa maria more but shop in lompoc. S. Maria has 3 and they dont have these options and I still have yet to get answers as to why. Im disabled and have no car so this is big for me

Limited staff made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Staff who know me werent there that day, and the few I encountered didnt know where certain items were and were not willing to look up the item I requested. Too exhausted to report it to CSM which I would normally do. Stores policy is to provide ADA accommodation to customers who need it. Normally would have had a better experience. If you need help be SURE to ask for it and mention. ADA. Not all employees get that but the CSMs DO!!!!

Didnt shop had to use parking lot to rest my eyes dozed off then had to use their ladies room nice and clean didnt think of taking pictures

Terrible customer service. Sold out of the basics. Long lines every single time I go there. No matter day or night. Ill avoid this store as much as I possibly can! Id advise the same. The picture is of the line waiting to get into the Cosmetics? 3 people at a time. That doesnt make sense because that dead end on the right with haircare? As many people as you want....

As with most Walmart, the store is organized and clean and easy to navigate. This store had plenty of associates to assist and guide me to the items I was shopping for.Overall a good shopping experience

Selection for mens clothing is sparce and repetitive. Clothes are mismarked. Shoes are equally disappointing. The shopping experience couldnt have been worse. I will NOT RETURN to shop there again. The place is a total joke!!

Very low on stock, does not have things most Walmart’s would, and everyone being asked to produce receipts as we walk out with bags full of shopping (and receipt at bottom) - never had that in any Walmart anywhere in the country before... bad finish to the shop.

They took out all but two of the cashier stands to install self check out because half of the cashier stands were never open.... but now half the self check outs are off.... other than that its a nice place to shop

I went early. Around 3pm so it wasnt too bad. Kind of busy but nothing compared to what Walmart could be like at times. I used self check out. Bought kind of a lot of groceries (around $250) so the cashier was kind of hovering. Other than that, it was an ok experience. I did see the GM and he usually says hi but he didnt this time. Its all good though. Im sure Ill be back lol

It was not a great visit because they were redoing the store in many departments. We could not find cloths they were spread all the place. I hope things clear up soon. This Walmart is better stocked than the Walmart in Santa Maria. Santa Maria Walmart never has anything and its too crowded.

Great Store but employees, not all of them but a great deal of them have either not been trained properly or just dont take pride in their workplace. 9 out of 10 employees you ask about a product or location of a product either pass the bucks or have no clue as to where or if they even carry items or who to call upon that may know. A lot of employees clustering and gossiping about personal matters or customers is usually what people I know who shop there regularly and myself experience every single time we shop there. Employees definitely need to educate themselves at least in the department they are assigned to or know who their Superior is that would be able to assist customers with whatever they may need.

OMG... Its like the apitamy of CHAOS... Anyone who lives with any type of anxiety/panic disorders, agoraphobia, or social disorders be forewarned...DO NOT ENTER! LOL. SUBTLE is non-existent. Lots of relocating departments, last few times I went it was like everyone was looking for Waldo. Way too much going on. It took me 20 minutes to find one thing. That with employee assistance.

This used to be my go to store for groceries and personal items. However, over the last several weeks whenever I go in, Walmart is always empty on so many items. It never used to be this way. They are especially poorly stocked in their fresh produce and meat.I love their quick, self checkouts, yet their large amount of out of stock items is concerning.I now go to FoodsCo and Grocery Outlet for my groceries. These stores are much better stocked, so Im not sure what is going on with Walmarts supply chain. I know that these are difficult times. Im hopeful things will improve for Walmart

There is a big hefty sized gentleman that was in the electronic section tonight at 10:00pm he approached us in a very disrespectful manner to see what we were doing as if we couldn’t afford what we were buying witch was only 30 something dollars after we ask him to unlock he insist he bring it to the front and says are you done shopping in a very rude manner pretty much just pressured us into being done definitely hope this guys gets a talk on how to approach customers never had someone walk you to the front over a 30$ item I wipe my butt with that type of money

Plenty of parking, friendly staff, but some of the common products in the food aisles are surprisingly limited (I guess a visit to Vons is in my future). I was able to get unusual food items on my list though and there were even varieties. A lot of staff working the floor so anyone needing help would be able to find it quickly.

Im starting to choose not to shop there. Im tired if them restocking during busiest times of the day. Makes it hard to get down the lane I need. Doeant matter what day or times. Restocking should be at night or early before customers come in.

Im grateful to have it. Where else in Lompoc can you find 95% of what they sell? When it comes to a family with children its a blessing. But, its only my husband and I. It used to be a weekly trip but is now only every 2 or 3 months.

Havent been back to this Store for more than a decade now. Its getting a lot better than it used to in the early 2000s; and we used to stop by here almost every weekend to get stuffs that we need. Its just a short drive to town from the Base.

Well organized and when I ask for help someone will always stop and answer my question on where to find an item and most of the ti.e takes me to it rather than just tell me what isle its on.
