Once again screwed by a home depot not having the store set up like every other Home Depot! Lumber on the right in this one. Fencing IS not where fencing usually is in the back of lumber. Its outside in lawn and garden! I drive over there because Im not walking from one end to the other! Only to find out they dont have any in stock at this store but every other has a fence post pounder in stock!

Usually pretty good. Idk if it was just me, but they were wiped out in lawnmowers.

Any Home Depot store is a criminal organization. I do not recommend buying ANYTHING from them. Lowes is by far the better of the 2

This home depot has a great selection of power tools on display. It is also right off the highway so its easy to get too. I went around 8PM and they were still pretty busy considering it was so late. Theres also a Walmart and a few other locations close by for dinner or lunch.

Went to Home Depot in Londonderry, NH today January 28, 2021 at 2:15 P.M. because I wanted to get some paint mixed in one of those little color sample containers. There was young woman and an older woman at the paint counter. I asked the older one if she could mix a color similar to the photo I had on my phone. She went on the computer looked for a minute and then said she couldnt find the color and wouldnt be able to scan my phone because it wouldnt come out right. So, she proceeded to point over at the paint color cards and said you are welcome to look for the color over there. She did not offer to help me look and then proceeded to talk to the younger girl. As I was walking away I heard her say youre welcome which I thought was very rude. I thought why would I thank her she did not help me a bit. Mind you there was nobody else in line and they were not mixing any paint for anyone. They were more interested in the conversation they were having with each other than helping me. I also witnessed the girl hand shaking my paint which I have never seen done to mix paint. I asked her if she was going to put the paint in the mixer and she said no. The paint was very watery and I cant help but think that it was because she did not put the paint in the mixer. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Home Depot.

I went to rent a truck and I didnt have insurance. The customer service was very rude and told me they cant rent me and started looking at the next person. No manners at all Oct 22, 2020, almost 10 am

Inventory seems to be a problem!!!! Every time something isnt on the shelf an associate scans the price sticker and it says 1- 5 in stock only to be a mistake. And that process (finding an associate and looking for the items) takes a GOOD 45 minutes.

Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Self-checkout is fast and easy. Not always easy to find what one is looking for, though, and doesnt seem as well stocked as some other Home Depot stores.

I know the Home Depot gets a bad wrap for never having someone around when you need help. However, the Londonderry location usually has someone you can find and they are amazingly helpful and usually budget-saving when you let them know what you are trying to do. Even being a handy person, they have helped me feel comfortable enough to tackle some jobs I normally wouldnt and saved me even more money. Today I got all the supplies I needed to complete my next project!! And Ill be back again in 2 weeks for the next one.

This is a great HD with competent staff...hard to find in the big box world.

The store website showed 9 in stock for a 16 section of reed fence. Called to confirm. Drove there from Hooksett. They could not find the product. They put little effort and showed little concern. One of the Home Depot employees says that their website sucks! Not at all professional. Wonder why the Brick and Mortar stores are fading away.. Ill just order it from Amazon and wait the two days.

Helpful and friendly staff, wasnt hard to track down a staff member and ask questions. The store was well organized and decently clean.

I was there to pick up an online order. It was quick and painless. Took 15 minutes total.

Quick trip in and out. Got my tomato cages and grass seed and was out in 15 minutes. Great service at checkout. Woman was friendly and informative. Always love going to this Home Depot because of the customer service!

I use to shop Home Depot all the time but its lost its shine, I went in looking for cabinet door hinges and they didnt have anything close to what I needed, which surprised me. Then when I asked where something was I got,,,, Down by tools or We dont have it, maybe try to google it my favorite was, I dont see it on shelf, the inventory says its in the building but I dont know where needless to say, I dont go there anymore

Is is a place good for a quick home improvement shopping stop.

My purchase was brought to my car and placed in my trunk within 5 minutes of my notifying them I was in the parking lot. Everything I ordered was there nothing missing or broken. The associate brought the purchase to my car was friendly and helpful.

Unable to reproduce paint color after i provided a swatch and their own color formula. Paint department instilled very little confidence in me that it would be done right and they definitely met my expectations.

Curb side pickup was extremely helpful. They unboxed our tool box so it would fit into the back of our car.

Always a delight. Find what I need and exit fast. Thank you

Generally pretty good. Abit nicer that other Home Depots but doesnt have a tool rental. It is annoying to go to Manchester for rentals but oh well.

Always very helpful employees here! Sometimes TOO helpful! Prices are great, probably 8 out of 10 times they have what I need, which is excellent in my eyes! Nobody can have everything, but they are close to it!

Went to home Depot looking for take root but they didnt have it. Thats ok though because I ended up buying succulent plant food.

Nick c was one of the rudest employees at the horrid place. He made me feel like an idiot for not knowing where the drill I needed was and he swore at me 3 times! I left the store right after Will not be back.

By far the nicest Home Depot that I have ever been to. Employees are courteous and friendly, some are even over-the-top accommodating. The store looks in a good shape, clean and organized.

I love, love this store because of all the wonderful employees . I go in a few times a day while doing a renovation in my home and I always find someone to help. Unlike the home depot in Salem, NH which is always so short in staff for the amount of customers. Love all home depot stores but this one in londonderry has plenty of awesome staff!

Drove 25 miles to this store because they told me they had 3 of an item I wanted in stock. Got to the store they didnt have any of the item and said oops, sometimes the computer is wrong.

No problems. An associated was able to help us very quickly even though it was not his department. We will be back

It is hard to find employees when you need help finding things, almost like they know you need help and they scatter. If you do find one they there is a fifty percent chance theyll send you the wrong way and/or they will give a look like you have three heads. They do however they do have many items to select from.

I had an item ring up at the register for the wrong price. When I pointed it out to the cashier, I was told I would have to go back to the aisle, take a picture and bring it to her. No thanks, that’s your job to correct an overcharge.

Could be 5 stars if they had EV car charging.

I love going there. Can always find something I didnt know I wanted.

Another Home Depot, buyer beware! Not the best quality stock, not the most knowledgeable staff, or the most motivated. Good luck if your looking for answers or help.

Finding a person to help you is always easy, cause there are always several associates walking around the main aisles.If you know what youre looking for, its usually pretty easy to find because of well marked aisles. All the supplies Ive purchased here are of decent quality as well.
