I came to this pharmacy for a COVID test on Saturday September 18th 2021. They let me know that would take up to 2-7 days for me to receive my results, which is understandable! What I’m VERY angry about, is that my husband went to get his COVID test on Monday September 20th & also told him when he would receive his results & for SOME ODD REASON, he got his results before me and I’m STILL waiting!? He got his results in 2 days & it’s been 5 days since I’ve gotten mine done and still nothing!? Something seems fishy about this. Seriously what is going on???

Went here this morning and was greeted by one of your employees Sandy she had a sunshine costume on she was friendly and courteous and smiling and she double bagged my groceries. Sandy is the reason i came back to shop a second time because she makes a big difference in customer service. Thank you Sandy and May God 🙏 Bless You !!!

Best staff ever always so friendly, they acknowledge you when you first walk in, ask where something is and they bring you right to the item.

In addition to being a convenient stop for light shopping, the Londonderry Rite Aid has Sandy. Sandy is a friendly cashier who dresses in themes and will always leave you with a smile. Its nice to go to a chain store and get some local flavor!

My grandsons medicine is always wrong. When we order his specific medicine hes had for 4 years theres a certain pharmacist that always gets it wrong and gives him an old script somehow . Evem when when we specifically say through the nebulizer they give it through an inhaler form. Very dissapointed
