What a wonderful shop, and always so respectful and helpful to ladies when shopping for the perfect gift for husbands for birthdays, Fathers Day, Anniversary, etc..The staff is great to point out sales, and even when special sought after smokes are coming available. Your shop was his favorite, and sadly I lost him on Feb. 25 when he passed away from no apparent reason, a healthy 60 year old pilot. So, lift a parting glass and know how much he thought of your wonderful shop!

Great beers and mixed drinks add complexity, while amazing mixologists add a familiar sweetness. Back third has earthy notes in the form of a deck with outdoor seating and heaters. Overall, an amazing smoke.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is my husband #1 choice to go to for cigars and to relax and smoke one. The employee downstairs at night was amazing when I went in on January 3rd. Very knowledgeable about the torch lighters explained each one to me, and I was very impressed by the size and upkeep of the humidor. Twins is amazing! I purchased a torch lighter and he actually took the time to tell me the story of the building that is on the lighter. Very impressed with this establishment.

Absolutely love this place. It is the place where everyone knows my name. From the store down stairs to the bar upstairs. They treat me excellently. The selection of cigars and whisky are phenomenal.

It was a great place, hope to make it back sometime. Im a trucker from Alabama and parked at the sunoco truck stop .3 miles away and there were 2 places closer that i could have parked. I had a toro sobre mesa and a pour of spiced rum, yum!

Ive been here a few time and really enjoy this place. The business model is great. Smoke shop downstairs with a very solid selection, decent pricing and a comfortable bar upstairs. Excellent drink slection here as well. The staff here is friendly and on point with service. I was worried that 2020 would impact a place like this but I am happy to see that its going strong. I guess my only wish is that it had a slightly bigger footprint upstairs, it fills in fast, get there early!

As soon as my wife and I walked through the door we were treated very well. The staff at the store downstairs are very knowledgeable and very happy to help us. We told the staff we were going upstairs for a smoke and a few drinks. He informed us there was a waiting list to go up but for a smaller party it moves fast and it did. The lounge is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It is very comfortable and the air filtration was phenomenal. The bartenders are masters of their trade. Some of the best. From a Manhattan to a Sazarac to draft beer they do it all very well. They will pair whatever your smoking with great drink.TWINS surpassed my expectations. WELL DONE. We will be back.

I absolutely love it here, the atmosphere is very friendly and theres a gigantic selection. Ever since I moved up here from Houston Ive yet to find another cigar lounge with such a selection. As for the lounge itself, its extremely comfortable with upstairs outdoor seating and a full bar so you can enjoy the night air with your favorite smoke. Much thanks to all the staff who are very welcoming, cant wait to visit again!

Was there few days ago with a friend who invited me to check the place out. Although Im not a cigar smoker (he indulges), I was utterly impressed with the layout of the place. Wow! Just wow! Staff was super-friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the decor and kept telling my friend what a unique place it was. I cant wait for the next invite from my friend. Top notch place by any standard. We are new to cigars, but even I could tell you the cigar, whiskey/bourbon/scotch, and beer selections are all exceptional! Walk-in humidor is very nice. The guys working there were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were able to set us up with the perfect cigar to pair with our favorite beer in the lounge. The lounge also has great ventilation so you dont walk out smelling too smoky at all. Bring your own food or order in to the place is allowed. Looking forward to making this place a regular hangout.

I’m very new to the world of Cigars, I stopped in to pick up a couple of cigars based on reviews of friends. I was guided to the cigars that I requested and also given the honest reviews of other cigars that the gentleman liked who was helping me. The staff Is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will say, walking in I was slightly intimidated on asking “dumb” questions to pros but they didn’t make me feel bad and understood I was new! All of my questions have been answered fully and I’ve picked up some great products along the way. I’ve been back a few times so far and will continue! Thank you!

Place was open fairly late. They have a full bar but plenty of sober options available.The upstairs humidor was the only one open when we got there (after 9p) but was stocked with a nice, small cross section of cigars.Other patrons were nice to chat with and you could sit so the big screens were to your back without being cloistered into a remote corner.

If you want a great night out. Go to Twins. Humidor has endless selections but its not overwhelming because they have a great staff that can answer any question you may have. Upstairs in the lounge is the modern equivalent of Cheers the show. Everyone treats everyone like their regulars. Good time atmosphere. Live music in Saturday nights. You need to get away from lifes BS, get to Twins.

Twins has the finest walk-in humidor in all of New England. Its home base for the 7-20-4 cigar brand, which are some the best cigars in the world. Also, they have a great cigar bar with about a dozen taps which change all the time. High end bourbon and whiskey is a specialty. Its a wonderful place to have a drink and a cigar.l. Cheers, Twins !

First visit here. Had a huge selection of cigars and the prices were alright not super cheap. The lounge was great and well ventilated. Wasnt too overwhelming with smoke or heavy cigar smell. Staff was super friendly and they were easy to make conversation with. The staff in the shop were knowledgeable on the types of cigars there and recommended my dad a near perfect cigar. I will definitely visit here again even if it takes me 30 minutes to get there.Keep up the great work Twins!

Best cigar shop around. Both locations carry an extensive array of cigars, pipe tabacco, and roll your own products at extremely reasonable prices, and the service is second to none. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and personable.

The walk in humidor is exceptional, and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, engaging. They will ask what brands/cigars you like, to help determine the best cigar for your palette. I’m a very dedicated and knowledgeable cigar smoker, and the guys have shown me a new smoke for my rotation on multiple occasions, that I probably wouldn’t have chosen. The lounge is always clean snd neat, and the well stocked bar is always staffed with great, attentive people! Stop in, you won’t be disappointed! I purposely purchased a home where I did, to be closer to this shop!

Wonderful place to have a great cigar and a Guinness! Nick in the humidor is a great guy who is extremely helpful and always steers you in the right direction with great suggestions! Kimba, in the lounge is a doll, friendly and always has a smile on her face and is on top of things if you need a drink or anything! My girlfriend and I really enjoy it! The owner Kurt is a really hands-on guy running a tidy place and very friendly!!

I go here every once in a while for a smoke and some downtime. The selection is the best around in my opinion, and prices are fair. Humidor, lounge, outdoor deck... Etc are all well kept and in good condition, clearly the people here take pride in their appearance. Whiskey and beer selection are serviceable not the most extensive list youll see but it does have some quality staples on it. Perfect place to wind down after a long day or just take in some sun with a stogie on the deck. Love it here and will continue to come back.

Unique experience, definitely a place for cigar lovers. The bar has a great lineup of rich beers that pair well with a smoke. Comfortable, uncrowded seating, very relaxing. A huge cigar selection in the downstairs shop. Common sense should tell you there is not a no smoking section here.Updating this review 3 years later. Twins is still great place to get premium cigars and premium drinks. Their bourbon and tequila selections are second to none and they have a huge single barrel selection of high end hand selected barrels.

What a wonderful place. Time slows down when you hang here. I am not a football fan, but I came with my brother in law and a friend (they really wanted to see the game) and had a great time. About four hours chilling out. I am not a cigar aficionado, but I know what I like, and the gentleman in the store downstairs hooked me up with a nice smoke. The cocktails and beer upstairs were perfect. I will be back again.

Definitely the best place around to relax and let loose with the guys or by yourself to network or socialize. Saturday nights have LIVE music and is wonderful for a simple date. Try it once and you will not want to go anywhere else!

An amazing humidor that was neatly organized and had a huge variety of cigars to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The lounge was very nice, if a little cramped. Their whiskey selection was excellent, if a little more expensive then I amused to. Over all, I recommend checking it out.

Great place to sit and enjoy your favorite cigar with a buddy or your date. They have an extensive bar as well so you can enjoy your favorite beverage along with that cigar. The people working there are very knowledgeable and make some excellent suggestions if you ask.

Visiting from out-of-town and family took me on a field trip there yesterday...Outstanding selection, both cigars and drinks (they have a drink to pair with any stick you choose...the stout on tap was incredible)! We got there a little late so had to use the humidor upstairs. Once we had our cigars we waited at the bar for approximately fifteen minutes to get a drink. The place wasnt even busy and it took that long for the bartender to even notice us. Not a bad place otherwise.

A Great spot to buy and enjoy fine cigars! Biggest broadest humidor in the area, with good prices and an outstanding lounge and bar. Just wish it was closer to my town; Id be there more often. Twins owner Kurt Kendall is also owner of 7-2-4 Cigars, a very good line of smokes.
