This location might as well close their doors for good. Wasted so many drives up there only to be closed or the drive thru line is 20 cars deep.
I jinxed myself and ever since I wrote a good review all my drinks have been messed up. So I came back to edit, everyday my coffee has been made wrong and I don’t have time to sit there for 20 minutes and go back. Probably going to start making my own at home
I’ve been wasting my time coming here just for them to be closed, happened multiple times. their website says they’re open at 6:30am but 7:30am no one taking orders, sitting in the drive-thru for over 20 mins no sign to warn anyone whatsoever! they make good drinks tho when they are open
This is the slowest Starbucks drive through I’ve ever been to. All Starbucks drive throughs are on the slower side, but this one consistently takes the cake. I was the 3rd car in line and it took 13 minutes to get my drink.
They randomly close at 3:30, even when the Starbucks app says they are open till 6:30. I was in the drive thru queue at 3:30 waiting to place my order. When no one answered, I drove up to the delivery window to see a note stuck saying they are closed. There were at least 10 cars behind me.
Ordered through app. Coffee was hot and ready when I arrived. No complaints
First I want to share that I am not speaking of this shop specifically. My rating and comment are about Starbucks in general. Every single time I have ever purchased a drink from any Starbucks, I have been disappointed. Whatever drink I end up trying never satisfies me, not even a little. The reason I did give 3 stars however is their cake pops are AMAZING! That alone is the reason I do go.
They dont open their doors until 8am. that makes the drive thru super congested. you open at 530.. just open the doors..
Three minutes in the drive through with -zero- acknowledgment through the speakers… I assumed it was broken and drove up ahead only to hear them taking the order of the person behind me and refusing to acknowledge me at the window.
Don’t bother ordering on mobile. Walkin and drive through are priority, lots of excuses but no explanation on why.After 30min waiting in the shop I walked away from my order.

Waited 25 minutes for one coffee. The staff was laughing and going slower than a dunks. Then get in my car with my screaming kids since we waited so long and its the wrong coffee was told to call cooperate to get a refund and cooperate says sorry you need to go in store for a refund drive back. As Im already 30 minutes away ...will be filling a dispute with the bank
This might sound dumb, but this is my favorite Starbucks. Ive traveled a bunch, we just moved to the area. They have a bunch of people working so the wait wasnt bad. They were genuinely kind and inviting. Its just a good one! Thanks guys
By far the fastest Starbucks that Ive been to. All of the employees are really friendly and seem to enjoy what they are doing. A little expensive but thats the price you pay for liquid art.
This is the second time I’ve waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes (once you’re in you can’t get out due to the parking lot structure) only to find out the hours on the website are wrong and that it’s closed. The kicker this time is that I got there half an hour before there closing time (what I ended up seeing at the order window, not the drive through menu) and even though there were two incredibly long lines, when it got to be 4 O’clock they decided to shut everything down, not tell anyone in the line nor put a sign on the order menu, and just left. So I ended up sitting at the order menu for 5 minutes waiting for nothing, until I drive up to the window to see a sign that says they close at 4. I ended up letting a person in line know that it was closed, but the HIRED CLEANING STAFF, NOT STARBUCKS STAFF, went in the line and told people it was closed. Absolutely awful behavior from the store - I’ve worked multiple fast-food and restaurant jobs and WE DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL EVERYONE IN THE STORE AND/OR IN THE LINE HAS BEEN SERVED, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME. At least have the common decency to go out and tell the lines that it’s closed, instead of having us all waste precious gas and time only to wait around. Honestly disgusted that this is the SECOND time this has happened. Shame.
Love the teas and banana bread. I gave one suggestion. Drive into the Plaza and enter Starbucks this way. Dont enter from 102 next to the gas station. This entrance causes a lot of whose next in line. People just drive up through this entrance and dont take notice of the 10 to 12 cars already in line. They just cut you off. So please dont use this entrance, drive around itll make everyone happy.
Longest Starbucks I’ve been to for mobile order. One of the workers with a spider tattoo on their neck was very rude when picking up order.
The customer service is constantly quick, lovely mood, helpful staff members. I will return here again when I arrive in town.
Not sure how this Starbucks has so many great reviews. They have gotten our order wrong 3/4 visits now. This week we ordered a tall hot peppermint mocha, no whip and received a grande iced peppermint mocha with whip.. Then our plain hot chocolate had peppermint in it. We brought up the fact that our order was wrong so they gave us a grande peppermint mocha with no peppermint. I am pretty sure its the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to.
Literally the worst Starbucks ever. I ordered two drinks ahead by 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later (when the drinks were supposed to be ready) and waited another 25 minutes, still no drinks. The girl managing the mobile orders was beyond disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the manager because now its taken over 45 minutes to make two coffees and I was getting attitude from the mobile girl, the manager was condescending and rude as well. I ended up leaving and never got my drinks.Visit this location only if you want to waste your time, if you dont want to receive drinks that you paid for, and if you want to deal with rude and incompetent staff and management.
Im definitely a Starbucks girl! I love the iced matcha tea latte with coconut milk. I wish they brought back the spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich! It was the best!!!
This morning we have waited 25 minutes for an order ahead coffee. That wait time is reprehensible for any coffee shop but for a national chain with web based ordering to then have to wait 25 -30 minutes is unconscionable. Seriously the worst Starbucks service ever and inexcusable delays.

I love this Starbucks. Everyone who works here is very kind and hard-working. Sometimes there a very long lines however they pass through quicker than many Starbucks I have been to. The way they make their drinks are very good and are quite delicious.
#1, its a Starbucks free-standing location. Coffee and food all good. Sadly, they have plenty of room for restricted, socially distanced seating inside, but none is allowed.

On my way to work this morning figured Id stop and grab a Frappuccino because I have a gift card. Looked up closest starbucks and this one popped up. Said it was open, had a drive thru. Perfect. Got there and there was a decent line. About 10 cars. Waited over 10 minutes to have someone drive up to me and say they were closed. Google said open. Waze said they were open. And they have a HUGE banner saying WERE OPEN. Waste of my time. Was late for work AND didnt even get my coffee. Update your hours for online searches.
Its Starbucks so you know what to expect, same drinks etc.as any other location and its always busy especially since theres no longer indoor seating. I will say, the staff in Londonderry at the drive-thru is generally very customer-centric and accommodating, friendly and polite, even when lines and wait times are long. Their pleasant, professional demeanor is appreciated.
I swear everytime I come to this Starbucks it’s always jammed pack in the drive through. They added another entrance so it messes up the flow of the drive through. I went in when the drive through was long, and the lady told me 20 minutes for a coffee because of mobile orders. Please tell me how it takes 20 minutes because of mobile orders? Dunkin’ Donuts is way more busier but can handle walk ins, mobile orders, and the drive through orders and not make their customers wait 20 minutes for a coffee LOL such a joke.
This location has always been really great. Its a go-to spot for me to get my homework done or have a coffee date too. After about a month theyve started to speed up and get the hang of new protocols during Covid-19. Lines are moving faster and theyre making good efforts to be sanitary and safe. All the employees are extremely nice helpful.

This is my favorite Starbucks of All, and all of the employees are working REALLY HARD to serve as many customers DURING A PANDEMIC as they possibly can before they close. My coffee is always AMAZING. Have never had it not be.Also, to call an establishment staying open during a pandemic to serve you dysfunctional or to talk down at it or it’s employees at all is super ignorant and shows how unintelligent some waiting in line for their precious coffee truly are! Stay home and be safe instead of being upset about someone else’s time and how they’re spending it on the other side of the window masked and working to get you a refreshment utilizing the trusty old WAITING IN LINE FOR YOUR TURN system where in a place like Starbucks filled with sophisticated lattes, cappuccinos, coffees, and refreshers etc the system could take a few precious minutes more than usual!
UPDATE: Coffee wait times have gotten much better recently (July 2021). When the app says 7-10 minutes, it is almost always done within that time or even faster. Not sure who is responsible for the drastic improvement, but it is much appreciated...Great quality coffee, also one of the few coffee places around that offers sugar free/keto friendly flavoring options. Location always looks very clean and staff is friendly and polite.I knocked off a star because the wait times for coffee are ridiculous. The drive through line is always long, longer since COVID started, and you will easily sit there for 30+ minutes. I usually order (1 coffee) online through the app 10 minutes before I arrive and usually end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes after I walk in. No biggie, but something to be aware of when ordering. I appreciate all the staff who are willing to work during the pandemic, and do so with a great attitude. Thank you!

Have had nothing but issues there lately. Wait time is 30 minutes and they always mess up my drink. Even ordering with ore order it will say wait time 17 minutes I’ve had walked in and had to wait another 20 minutes on top of that. This last time I ordered a green tea lemonade and they forgot the lemonade. Literally most of what I pay for.
Ordered via the app, waited an additional 20 minutes after my pickup time.
Good coffee and drinks. My only recommendation is ask for no ice. The price is reasonable if you get no ice because otherwise you are just getting a sip with ice. The staff is nice and very accommodating.

I was waiting in line for 30 min, then they put up a sign we have temporally closed. This was very frustrating for me and all of the other people in line!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this Starbucks. The high ceilings and exposed beams give the feeling of a warm home. The staff greeted me as I walked in and were quite friendly.
Ordered ahead and this location has pick up at the door! No waiting at long line they the drive thru. However most Starbucks DO NOT offer thos even though app says most do and sp does their website. Oh well, I have waited over an hour in the drive thru so this option was great. Wish more did.
This was the first Starbucks I started to regularly visit... And I didnt know how spoiled I was until I tried other locations!Seriously though, when I order a cloud macchiato anywhere else, the foamy part just deflates and liquidizes within minutes. Must be the technique or something because this particular stores cloud lasts at least 20 minutes, because its still foamy when I get to work.The nitro here is way better, too! The nitro at Rockingham Mall (in Salem, NH) separated (didnt know it does that??) and when I asked, they told me that was normal. Well, the one in Londonderry doesnt do that! Chalking it up to better technique/ training/ management.
So slow. Faster to go buy coffee, order a coffee maker on Amazon, wait 2 days from prime to ship, brew it, than it is to wait in their drive through line.

I really want to love this location because theres really some great things about it. Unfortunately they need to get control of their ordering. I can only eat one thing they sell, and I can almost never get it. Theyre nearly always sold out. Its really disappointing to go to Starbucks to do work, drink tea, and eat lunch, only to find out youre going to be starving the rest of the afternoon. Ive taken to calling ahead just to see if they have my sandwich. I think if I owned a business, and customers had to resort to calling each time they visit to see if we managed to keep something in stock, Id start ordering more. On the plus side, most all the regular afternoon staff is seriously awesome. Like, seriously awesome. You get a few bad eggs every now and then, but thats anywhere. I would rate this place 5 stars if they worked out an inventory control strategy.

I got a venti caramel latte, and because I asked for whipped cream.. I got only half a cup of liquid.. the rest whipped cream.. umm for a $6 cup of coffee.. please for the love of life just fill my cup! I hate this location! I will post pic too
Love the staff there.. they are great and very kind... they always make sure your happy and satisfied with what you order...I must add to this review because I am so grateful that their staff is pretty great. Most have gone to other stores and etc. but there are some who are still there. Some know my situation and medical conditions and am not always able to get in the car and get my coffee so now my boyfriend does it for me. What I really love is that someone takes the time to actually write a good morning or miss you and hello. To me that makes my day because I spend it a lot in my room sick, tired and with no energy. Something so little and so smile brings a smile to my face. I thank you for that.

Love having a location right in town now. They had some issues to work out the first few months they were open but things are smooth now. This location is super nice inside with plenty of seating inside and out.

Im a Starbucks lifee, so Ill skip the food/drink discussion, you know why youre here and what youre getting. But I rated highly because its always clean and well maintained inside, and the staff has always been friendly and polite. The parking lot is a little tough sometimes, but not terrible. Ive mostly stopped in for quick runs, but the inside is well set up for longer stays as well.

Good Starbucks stop. I was a little disappointed on this stop because it was approaching closing time and the food choices were severely limited as well as mobile ordering being turned off. They said the ovens were turned off, but I think they use microwaves?
The coffee is hot and tastes very good, the service was friendly and with a smile on their face. Now people always bash Starbucks for their pricing... But considering my everyday coffee shop is a small local business, Starbucks pricing seems fair in my opinion. My only major concern was the price to portion ratio of their sandwiches, nearly four dollars, their egg sandwich was more of a slider than a normal sized sandwich. Considering that their main competitor; Dunkin Donuts offers larger sandwiches for a similar price and in my opinion similar overall taste... A price drop or a portion increase of their sandwiches is required.My only other concern that is more minor, is that every Starbucks I have been to are located very inconveniently. I would never go to Starbucks for my regular coffee, because driving to it is always out of the way from my work, home, school, and even place of worship. I realize where a building is located is not the most fair way to judge a restaurant, so thats why I omitted this concern from my rating... But still I believe Starbucks should consider this in the future when building more stores.

Starting coming here and this was my third time. Cold Brew was out of stock on the app which is odd for a wednesday at 10am. Call and they say it was made late yesterday and will be available at 10:40. Drive all the way there meanwhile its 20 degrees and shocker they have no coldbrew today. Thats pretty annoying.

This is a great Starbucks. The layout is great, the staff are friendly, and I enjoy visiting here. Sometimes parking is tight, but thats the only negative.
Been going to this store ever since it opened and the time it takes to get a cup of coffee is getting ridiculous. On top of that they are always getting my order mixed up and of course having to wait even longer. At least on the west coast if they mess up your order the will offer you the coffee that they made wrong so one can drink something while waiting for the right one or they will say give it to someone at work instead of dumping it down the drain. What a waste. Asked and they said it was their policy. Anyway having to wait 20 minutes for a $6 coffee that is wrong, 3/4 full or so many mocha pumps i feel like im eating a dozen chocolate bars - wheres my coffee people. Sorry folks but I think my 20+ years of Starbucks are over at this rate of service. No more pleasure experiences for me. Ill wait for someone else to come along and get it all right again. The holiday flavors are slowly disappearing and they are bringing in some new ones. One such is the Cinnamon Shortbread Latte. I did ask what it was like and must honestly say the baristas evaluation was hesitant. I should have been warned right then. Ill warn you now, I simply cant recommend the flavor as it has nothing to recommend it. I didnt taste any cinnamon or shortbread. It wasnt even particularly sweet.
You never get a napkin but they always offer you the tip jar 🤣

I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the quaint interior architecture as I strolled in, and as I glanced throughout the store, I noticed that some people come with their laptops to quietly study while sipping a coffee or hot chocolate! The baristas were very helpful as well as friendly.
