2 days in a row, Went to get a small item laminated(4x7 inches) and was told it would be ready the next night . I was like really, Store MANAGER said 5 orders in front of you> @ people working in section and laminate machine was not in use and other person was on their cell phone texting or playing. I Drove down to Salem and had it done in less than 5 minutes... 2nd item! making copies the day before and machine does not print my copies and now has a message assistance needed, So the worker comes and looks at it and says try the other machine, this one is restarting. I state that it already says i paid. He states I will check, I then get copies from other machine and Employee says no chargers were on other machine. I check credit card that evening and both charges were there. I dispute charge with CC company and they say no problem it is only $3 and we will take it off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, go to a different Staples. I use Staples often but will NOT use the Londonderry one again.

Staff is always super pleasant and helpful. On my last visit I was trying to find ink for my printer that I had been unsuccessful at finding at 3 other stores. The sales associate that caught me in my way out was able to inform me the particular color I was looking for had been recalled and so far they hadnt heard from the company and didnt know of any substitute. She suggested I contact HP to find out if they could suggest a solution. I appreciated her help and the fact that she was so knowledgeable. I cant say Ive ever had anything but a GREAT experience, especially at this particular Staples!

I got a printer . The guy who sold me, young guy whose name I have forgotten. Very good experience. He suggested me some additional purchases for future coupons . I am so thankful as I purchased an office chair which I got a good good price . I can’t thank the boy enough. God bless him .

Went in today to buy and upgrade our Computer Monitors for my business. No one asked if they could help. Went to the counter and manager told me that there was only one person that could help me and they would help me when they finished. Stuff way too expensive get the same thing at Amazon for 2/3rds the price. Employees dont care.

Rachael and the staff at the Londonderry, NH Staples went above and beyond to help my family resolve an issue with a warranty on a computer monitor we had purchased. We had been getting the run around from the warranty company for a few months and were getting frustrated. Rachael helped us take multiple steps to resolve the issue. Finally after months, we have a new monitor. We were incredibly impressed with the care and level attention she gave to the issue. She called back exactly when she said she would - and that is not something you experience often these days. Well done.

I went in with a computer software issue, and the tech (Daniel) looked at my laptop, and addressed the issue for me in a very timely and professional manner while I waited. Ive worked with the tech dept at this store before and was satisfied, but Daniel gave me an even higher opinion of them. Ill buy my next computer there knowing theres a very good support system locally.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Tech support employees are knowledgeable in all of the products that I inquired about; even including comparable items not carried in store. Jacob D is the tech I look for when I need assistance. Hes the best!

Everyone is very helpful here. I had an issue with something after 3 days and they made sure to help me get it resolved. Would recommend going here over online as they will help you if something is not right.

3:30 in the afternoon to purchase a new printer. There was NO one qualified to speak to about the products. Also in Manchester store I was led to believe that they were offering $50 off with a trade. Clearly the quality and knowledge of the floor staff was lacking. I would suggest u shop elsewhere.

Had a broken computer (manufacturer) and brought it in. The IT guy confirmed and I came in to get a replacement. Easy as pie, picked another computer (slightly more expensive). System was up and running, all software installed, no problems and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will always be a Staples customer whether its just paper or a whole new computer.

The most convenient UPS/USPS drop off spot. Great customer service. The prices on electronic accessories are laughable.

The print center is ridiculous. All 3 self service machines are out of order. They did my order behind the counter. It took 10 minutes to get 40 simple B&W copies. I was overcharged, and THEN charged extra to have THEM expedite the order.

I will never go to this Staples again. Their employees are awful. I went in and needed help with shipping, and one of the employees Barbara was so beyond unhelpful to the point she was yelling at me. I have never seen such awful customer service, she couldnt be bothered to do her own job.

Dont try price match with Staples. I had a $430 item price matched to MicroCenter at $230. I was told I would only be charged $230. I made the purchase. 3 hours later I get an email saying my price match was rejected, and my CC shows a $430 charge. After speaking with a supervisor, Im told I cant get my money back. Absolute sleezy way to run a business

Dont ever get your phone screen replaced here. They destroyed some of the functionality of my phone when they took it apart and in addition the touch screen fails to respond about 60% of the time.

Went to the store to look at laptops seen in online sales af. Poor laptop display and no sales person available for assistance.

Yeah............ For all that its a big store, that dont keep much in the store. Most of its online, and the print center doesnt know what contact paper is? Really? The staff can be pushy about sales and not all that helpful. But its in town, so there is that.
