My refrigerator stopped working so I called Thermador Group and got an appointment the same day, which was great since my food was quickly thawing. Michael came out and was very polite and professional. He was nice and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my refrigerator. He did an excellent job in fixing it and it works better than ever! The final bill came in lower than the original estimate, which I really appreciate. They are reasonably priced, honest, reliable, and show up on time! And he went out of his way to help me put the food back in my freezer. My Bosch dishwasher was having drain problems. Jeremy at Thermador Group was able to squeeze me in the same day I called and fixed the problem right away. He was quick to answer my questions about another appliance as well. Overall, the rate was very reasonable and the service excellent and friendly. Here I am writing a review and I didnt even see him. Other repair places had no suggestions for my no power problem of the washer, the Ist load was fine. 2nd load, I had no response from the machine. Eric at Thermador Group sent a note back asking if I had checked to see if the plug was getting power. I hadnt, but that was the problem. I replugged in a different socket and its working fine! Great Service! I recently had an issue with my dishwasher. It is leaking from the bottom. I already had such an issue before and had it repaired but again the issue came back after a while. I heard about Thermador Group so I decided to give them a call. They came on the same day and resolved the issue. Till now I dont have a problem with my dishwasher. Awesome service! I had asked for Ramirez to come to visit initially due to a problem with my washer. It turns out I needed much more than just my washer, and Ramirez was able to give a good diagnostic on the other problems with my oven and my dryer. He was able to come back within a couple of days to help fix both of those and was VERY easy to work with and very affordable. A super honest guy who gives you a no BS approach to what you need to get done. Even helped me afterward with some tips on how to keep my other appliances in a healthy condition. 10/10 would recommend Thermador Group!

I totally recommend the Thermador Group. I was looking for a solution to my nondraining dishwasher problem. I have a Kenmore which I purchased in July of 2008. After reading about Kenmore dishwashers and the trouble customers had with others (or lack of it), I decided to look elsewhere. Sanchez is AWESOME!!! We called him regarding a broken washer and described our specific issues. Sanchez promptly replied to our message within 15 minutes after doing research on our washer model and was incredibly honest about the cost of repairs vs. purchasing a new washer altogether (repairs presumably being the more costly option to fix our specific issue). We ultimately decided to wait on the repairs and explore some other options first, but it was obvious from our brief interaction with Sanchez that he is a friendly and local customer-service oriented business person that prides on honesty and ethical business practices - A RARE FIND THESE DAYS!!!
