Dave himself answered my call. He was very competent and patient. Even when I asked dumb questions. He didnt charge for miscellaneous things. And gave me a free consult. Definitely would come back for future fixes

The AV system is very cool, sounds great and easy to use. With a simple phone app I can rock the house. I love that its customized to me. I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted or even what was possible when I first spoke with Rusty. He put together a couple of ideas, showed me some stuff at the shop, and away we went.The guys from DI have been great. Our home renovation has been a multi-stage project. The guys have worked with us through each stage and helped with planning ahead to be ready for future stages. James might have gotten a little crazy with the bass making windows shake at the opposite end of the house from the living room. We might have to take that down a notch :).Im looking forward to our renovation project completion to really take advantage of the full system. If I have any regrets so far, its that I didnt take advantage of more of the available technology. That was my decision before having components installed and getting a chance to play with them. Now that Ive had a chance to play with the system a bit, I love it and wish Id have gone for more. Maybe well have to upgrade a little later.

This business is a well oiled machine. Rusty and his team are on top of all of the latest technology and the work is impeccable. The wired my front living room and Im extremely thrilled with how clean everything looks in addition to the functionality.

We have ceiling speakers throughout the house and speakers outside as well. Everything is controlled by an iPad and the sound is AMAZING! Ruben and his partner did an outstanding job of first troubleshooting the issues with our current media components and then installing a new TV system which works perfectly. Digital Installers were prompt, informative and professional in all respects. I would highly recommend them.

Had a tv installed on my wall. $700. “ Best HDMI” cable money can buy ran through the wall. Terrible patch job but I know that’s not there specialty. Less then one year later, the HDMI cable breaks. Now I am stuck with having to open up the wall again. To add salt to the wound, Rusty wants to deny his work and claim I am at fault for the faulty cable. Customers shouldn’t be treated like that.

These guys did a fantastic job, hanging two new flat screens for us. One was a smaller one (32) on a fixed mount, and the other a large 55 which was mounted on a tilt mount, both of which they rovided Their work was clean, fast, polite, and expertly done, and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional. Arrived on schedule with a 2 person team that obviously knew what they were doing. They installed a big screen over my bedroom fireplace exactly as I wanted it. I had pre-arranged the price, so there were no surprises.Definitely good work.

Wanted to charge $85 to see if my speakers worked. Audio concepts didnt charge anything and I bought my receiver from them. These guys are dumb! Lost business over something simple. Go to Audio Concepts!!!!!! Reviews have to be from employees, they dont match the incompetence I received!!!

I recently purchased a 60 inch Visio TV and I wanted to relocate it to my fireplace. I do not use my fireplace so I figured I can mount it on the bricks and then hide the wires behind the TV.When I first met Rusty at digital installers, I noticed the LED lights that he has behind his TV on the showroom floor. I went ahead and had him install that as well.Now that I had my nice brand-new TV mounted on the fireplace and the cool backlighting I had to figure out something for all of my devices because I couldnt put them on the shelf which is where they lived for many years.I went ahead and got a IR repeater and a universal remote. Now all my devices are tucked out of the way and the IR cords run up to the top of the TV and everything is nice and clean and you cant see any wires.As a bonus I only have to keep track of one remote control instead of four thats gonna save me a lot of time:)

We recently had three Famous Daves BBQ locations upgraded with new five 80 & 60 inch TVs at each location and Rustys guys took great care of our Restaurants. They are not just great at what they do, they care and know that our success is also a success for Digital Installers.

James and Rusty at Digital Installers have exceeded my expectations every time Ive asked them to come to my business or home.The first time I called them, my receiver had stopped working on my home surround sound unit, and I had them come out to diagnose the problem the next week.The tech. that came out was 5 minutes early, he quickly saw that the old receiver had died after many years of use, then proceeded to find many wiring problems that caused the surround sound to be out of balance, and difficult to use.Rusty sent me an estimate to re-wire the system and replace the burned out unit.I agreed to the price, scheduled the work, and had the repairs and upgrades done.The tech also hung out flat screen on the wall without our asking him to, but with our consent after he suggested it, and we have enjoyed excellent audio/visual entertainment sine then, and have called them out for a couple small fixes since then, and they always do a great job!

This company is the best. I have had so many nightmarish AV companies come to my house and do the worst job possible. Ive even asked technicians to leave my house before they did anymore damage. Ive been using DI for about 3 years. Rusty is my main point of contact and I simply shoot him a text and he not only schedules the jobs, but he gives excellent consulting advice. DI has done the following for me:Installed an awesome system in our great room with our big TV so I could use one remote, to control 4 outputs (BlueRay, Cable Box, XBox and Apple TV). As part of this job, they mounted a TV outside on our deck. It gave me the ability to send any of the 4 outputs to any of the 2 TVs. Also, they installed a Sonos device so I could stream music indoors and/or out.In addition, just yesterday, the amazing, talented and professional DI technicians Vanny and Evan, showed up (early! never happens with any other companies that come to my house) to wall mount 2 TVs and a Sonos soundbar. Also, they helped me plan out a future upgrade to my family room TV. The work was impeccable. Im so happy, I would highly recommend DI. Also, did I mention that I called Rusty on Monday and the work was completed by Tuesday? Wow!
