I would recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body work done right in a timely matter. I was told my car would be ready in a week an a half when dropping it off and it was ready in a week and a day. They did an excellent job! Body work and paint job looks great. They even got rid of the scratch from someone keying my car! They kept me updated with a text everyday. To top it if they washed and cleaned the inside of my car. I was not expecting that.

I gave this company my car to fix but instead of fixing it he hid it from the insurance appraiser and told me to let him say it was totaled but I did not agree so he kept my car for about a month and when I asked for my car he charged me $900.00 to get it back with no repairs when I went to his office his receptionist said he was not there but he was there hiding in the office for about 45 minutes but I waited so he can out and collected the $900.00 before he gave me the car which was not

It takes them some time to deal with your insurance company.

Jose and the Number 1 Auto staff were absolutely amazing. My truck was damaged in several areas due to a minor fender bender. Jose and the friendly staff at Number One Auto were fast, efficient. They are a preferred body shop for Infinity Insurance. The adjuster went to the body shop directly and took care of the estimate without going back and forth. The work started right away. The truck was ready 1 week prior to the quoted time. Which made it so much easier for myself and my family to get around. Anais called me twice a week to give me updates and made sure I knew that the car was being worked on. The truck turned out to need a lot more work than expected and Number One handled everything. From beginning to end the process was seamless and fast. I 100% would recommend Number One Auto to my friends and family. Its your one stop shop for body work on your vehicle. Service is very slow here, they blame it on the fact they dont have enough people, took my car here to get painted on one side and it didnt match the rest of the vehicle.

I came to this place and they had my car ready sooner than the estimated time. They were helpful and always returned or answers my call in a timely fashion. I came in for some body work and had my car done in he 5 out of the 6 days. Cosmo is the person who handled my car and he did such a great job. Costumer service is amazing and the over all quality is great. My car looked brand new. Way better than what I would have expected! I highly recommend.

I sent over my Chevy Cruse for repair work for the front panel which was struck by a minivan. I have to say, they did a number on my vehicle! When I got my car back, not only the work done was flawless, the car was beaming! I appreciate the detailing and the cleaning they did. Was very happy with the service! Good job staff!

Do not take your car here!!!!I had my BMW repaired here a few years ago after an accident and the quality of their work is horrible!!!I regret that I did not take my car to a better place. Their tow truck showed up first, so thats why I ended up here. They replaced the front bumper with a different style, the paint job had flaws, the alignment of the front bumper was off, the alignment and tracking were never the same and the alignment of the hood was wrong. They completed repairs quickly, but it was too quick in my opinion. When they called me the first time to pick up my car I showed up and the hood was completely lined up wrong and so was the bumper, so I did not take delivery. I had them fix it, but they never got it 100% right. Also, a few days after I got the car back I had to take it back because the steering pump that they replaced began to leak fluid. They replaced the hoses and blamed it on the fact the new unit was to strong for the old hoses. A few days after that the steering wheel began to make a clicking noise while turning. I brought the car back and it wound up being the spring for the airbag that they had replaced. Needless to say I was not pleased. I no longer have this car, but was prompted to write this review because I just had a much better experience at a much higher quality repair shop. To put it in perspective it only took 4 weeks for Number One Auto to complete a $12,000 repair on my BMW and the most recent shop that I had to take my new BMW to took more than three weeks for a $4,000 repair. If you like your car do not take it to Number One Auto.

I am relatively new to Southern California and got my car towed here by AAA after it wouldnt start for a couple weeks. The car ended up being just fine after towing, no issues starting it up at all. They called me the same day and informed me that I could pick it up at no charge. I had some things I wanted looked at anyway like the brakes so I asked them to keep it for a regular checkup and oil change. They finished within a day and my car was washed and detailed when I picked it up. Basically I ended up with a better car than before it broke.

Very happy with the staff, their very friendly, they kept me posted with the repairs, their body work/repairs/and paint is great. I been there twice and it’s been the experience, thank for your services, I wish everywhere I go it was like this, highly recommended.

I would give them no stars. I went to get a estimate and I waited about 10mins one of the girls comes out and says the guy cant give me an estimate until Friday cause hes busy. I told her I dont need it repaired now I just want a estimate and she said we cant help you till Friday so I just left.

Went for an estimate because someone hit my car. They gave me an estimate and said they would fix it if I paid them $500.00 upfront first. My brother said the insurance should cover the cost of repairs. When the same thing happened to him, twice, he said he didnt have to put out an out of pocket cash. I found this strange and I ended up never going back. My car still has a big dent on the fender. What is the point of having insurance if I have to pay for the the repairs?

Let me share my experience with this auto shop, I dont usually do review for auto shop and this will be the first. I got rear ended and the third party insurance referred me to this shop as their authorized shop he said it is good so I send my car here for repair. It took 3 weeks to fixed my car and I was told theres a lot of work which I dont think it is but anyway... initial estimate from Infinity Insurance is about $ 1717 and after they re-estimate my repair went to 5K and not a big deal because it is not my insurance will pay for it. It is expensive repair as I have said the third party insurance will pay for it which is Infinity and by the way stay way from that insurance as well.The Repair:I am disappointed on the outcome they fixed the bumper and replaced my lift gate door for my Mazda CX 7 and did a pretty good job on paint however it is unprofessional work because I am missing screws on my trims and missing rubber cover for some screws on the lift gate and some retainers for the mud guards are not there. The door was not the original it was from older model because I can tell I know my car well. I have to come back and forth and still havent put the missing parts yet the lady Rena the estimator told me that she ordered the parts and still waiting for it and hopefully soon I will get it soon. They failed to restore my car the way it used to be so I am not happy.Customer Service:I must admit they have friendly staff, very hospitable and have great customer service. They called me often to update on whats being repaired or status of the process. This is why I am leaving 2 stars for the customer service experience and took 3 stars for the repair and the repair cost.If anyone decided to go to this shop make sure to take pictures of the damaged part of your car so you know when you get your car back you know if there are missing parts or screws, retainers etc. I learned my lesson on this and the good thing is I know my car and also when you pick it up make sure to check everything that theyd did or repaired so you dont have to come back and forth like I did.My Verdict:They won for customer service however for repair I am somewhat disappointed because they failed and did not met expectations. Who ever worked on my car is unprofessional he failed to put things back that are obvious and what more the ones that are inside which I cannot see and hopefully the parts would not fell apart. Anyhow they do offer lifetime warranty on their repairs and let see about that and hope fully I will not return my car back to this shop.Definitely would not come back to this shop if my car needs repair and would not entrust my car to them because of my experience.I am attention to detail Number 1 sorry.Hope this review helps!

This place is terrible after my car was here for about 1 month YES 1 month they did a mess! Is a 2016 brand new car and end up with lost of dents and scratches NOT from my collision .. when back and toll them and they accept and agree to repair and the repair looks like they pain it with a marker !! ! Recommend to look for any other place to repair your collision ..

This place is garbage. They prey on unwitting people. I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and my car was towed here because the tow truck driver convinced me that this place does the best work and he told me that my local collision center (which has a higher rating and includes a lifetime warranty) was crap and BSd me for 15 minutes until I agreed to send it to Number One Auto.IF A TOW TRUCK DRIVER IS TELLING YOU TO SEND IT HERE AFTER AN ACCIDENT, DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. They probably have some under the table agreement with them.If your car ends up here, dont let them work on your car. It will be stuck there for a while. There are multiple collision centers on the same block. Pick any of them. They are better than Number One Auto.

Significant lack of communication between their staff, the receptionist has no idea whats going on. After 10 days of waiting for them to tow my car from the city lot over to their shop I decided to go with someone else.

This place is shady and a liars (cosmo in particular). DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVEN IF YOUR INSURANCE MAKES YOU!
