Battery Systems is good; they have sold me batteries before, and they have always done a great job and done it quickly. But I usually go there because of the other tenant in the building, the Long Beach Auto Clinic. The guys there do a super job of maintaining my car, and theyve done so since 1990. Larry, his son John, and all the boys over there are professional, knowledgeable, and honest; my 1970 Monte Carlo likes them as much as I do. If you dont already have a dependable auto mechanic, Long Beach Auto Clinic may be who youre looking for.

4th time there the service guy hadnt even check the battery and was saying that it was my car with the issue and its not its the battery thats no good its defective only lasted 4 months also only open for 2 hours on Friday 9 to 11 that is the time he said I had to be there so much for great service

Well these guys are ok, I was there the other day. I got there around 1 pm, saw four employees there and there was one guy ahead of me. So about 2 hours later I got tired of waiting, (I had let my car run for about twenty minutes idling, but I turned it off since it was just wasting gas). I guess the person I talked to was too busy, not sure what, I just see them walking around back and forth, seems like a strange system, if there is a system at all. Anyway yeah, the prices are cheap, but its a good deal if you make like $3 an hour, since you might have to wait a few minutes, or in my case few hours, to get some service. They seemed nice enough, but just inept. I thought about telling them if its ok if I leave my car (with the dead battery) there, and go get something to eat, I was hungry. Well, there was just one big dude ahead of me, and they were about to service him, and he insisted they come to me, since I was there first. Well, that was real nice, at least 7-8 other customers had come and gone and I was thinking I was invisible or a nuisance, so they were leaving me in peace. I had hoped their batteries would be good, but this time, I had suspected it might not be the best battery, after my car stalled for the 4th time this week, leaving me stranded and missing work. Well its not their fault, really, I guess, it just happens. I had asked about it before, and they had re-assured me that it was the right battery and had enough power. Sure. Theyre should know what theyre talking about, theyre pros. Well, I managed to finally go there, and the dead battery they had sold me still had their stamp on it. It was 2-3 weeks, old. Glad they believe their own stamp. It took another 20 minutes to get a new battery. They warned me I have to start my car somehow and drive off their lot to put in the replacement. I was deep in thought, and decided not to ask them for a jump start, even though I wouldnt have been there if the battery I had bought from them was any good.
