Purchased a part and received a used one. Contacted them regarding this issue several times and no response. Waited for over a week. Used to be good but seems since they are going out of business they stopped caring about their customers. They dont deserve to be in business if they ignore you. RIP PasswordJDM.

Deal with Adam or Kevin,I was looking for some carbon parts for my type r civic not only did they have most of them in stock but for the one that we’re not they were going to make them with in two weeks. Carbon fiber in Long Beach I tho this place would import it like most other carbon aftermarket company. Hope this is helpful.

Ordered something from here on the 20th, paid extra for 3 day shipping. The order immediately took the money from my account. The order wasnt processed until the 26th. It is now the 29th and the expected delivery date is the 2nd.... I can understand it was the holidays but if you cant guarantee delivery within the expected time frame you shouldnt be ok with receiving payment from customers. I also ordered something else that same day from summit and had the part in two days without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. Tried calling and messaging them on their site asking about the order and how I shouldnt have had to pay extra for 3 day shipping especially considering its been 7 business days not counting Christmas eve or Christmas day. Not trying to bash the company just sharing my experience.

Great customer service from George, even though he said hes the new guy there, he was quick at replying to my emails and was able to get my order shipped out very quickly. Thanks again for the great service!

Placed an order for some wheels that said $0.00, thought sure why not try and order them see what happens. Paid the $128 shipping and got a confirmation of my order. Never heard back after that until I called today. The wheels are still for sale on the site. I mean I understand mistakes happen but this was two months ago, I’ll just order from JHPUSA next time, thanks.

This place sucks,better off getting your hella JDM parts from a swap meet. 2 weeks go by no email to let me know the product I purchased was backordered. No response to emails,got a response after I called and they told me they would do it later

Ordered a bunch of parts over a month ago and still havent received any shipping information

I bought car fiber parts from this company about two years ago and installed them about four months ago. They turned white and looked like fake carbon fiber. I have bought carbon fiber parts before and never had this happened. Tried calling and wrote emails and no response. Buyers beware!!
