If you want a company that does not follow through or respond you are at the right place. Waited almost six months for them to install a gate. Once it was installed I had a problem with the craftsmanship and it took over a week for them to respond to date it still does not work. Can you imagine not being able to close or lock your entrance or garage for that amount of time. Safe your time and effort go elsewhere.

I moved into my new home and needed a garage opener so I called to have a technician come out. Not once but twice this company scheduled me an appointment and cancelled on me THE SAME DAY they were suppose to come out. This company has very bad customer service. I explained the first time they cancelled on me that I had to miss work just for them to do it to me again the second time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the run around that no one was there and all they can do was reschedule me again. Its very disappointing to use my vacation time sitting at home waiting for nothing. And I say bad customer service because the representative was not even apologetic about the whole situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could.
