In my opinion, these are some of the best bagels around! I really think their bialy is my favorite bagel in Long Beach. Plus their cream cheese is delicious and they’re really generous with it. It can get a bit busy if you stop in on your way to work but the staff is so nice. Really great, family-owned spot I like to frequent.

Stopped in quick for breakfast, saw a group of what I would assume to be regulars out front, always a good sign. Despite the line out the door, and the frustrated woman in front of me, I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Everyone behind the counter was gracious and kind, the way a morning should start. The everything bagel with their garlic herb cream cheese knocked it out of the park for me. I definitely recommend this bagel shop, and you should definitely give it a try yourself!

Orderd a bagel and fresh squeezed orange juice. Theres no way this juice is fresh, tastes like concentrate. I asked to exchange it for an ice tea. The cashier refused. Definitely not fresh.... avoid these folks. They also said my bagel would be made next, it wasnt, 3 other people were waiting ahead of me. Why would the cashier say that? Weied place.. No customer service. Bagel was good but still, one star for these guys.

The Everything bagel was odd. But the flavor was great. Maybe they grabbed the wrong bagel. Small amount of lox. I will give it another try.

Try the spinach parmesan bagel! The avocado extreme melt is worth the price!! So is the tuna extreme melt. Ive been coming here for years. Come early as the do sell out of their popular bagels.

Waking up this morning I found myself with a yearning for really good bagel but I was just visiting the area and wasnt sure where to go. using Google maps I located East coast bakery, on the West coast! and what a jewel it is the staff is super friendly and accommodating a great selection of coffees and of course a great selection of bagels. I definitely suggest the Western bagel its a bagel sandwich with eggs cheese, your choice of cheddar or swiss onions green peppers and Ham. then I got creative with the coffee mixing mocha with Hawaiian hazelnut and my breakfast was completed with a yummy cinnamon roll just to capture that sweet tooth that I starting.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Never disappointed, always fresh, and the customer service is always above and beyond my expectations. My husband always orders the turkey melt, they have fresh orange juice and coffee. A little out of our way but we dont mind the drive!

Can be a bit busy during peak hours but they’re hardworking and it’s definitely worth the few minute wait when the line is out the door (That’s how you know it’s good).Personally, I can’t recommend enough the pizza bagel with sun-dried tomato cream cheese. Staff is always friendly even when they’re slammed busy.

Great quality food! I ordered chorizo on a jalapeño cheese bagel and it was simply delicious 😋 chorizo can be a hit or miss at places . Everything was fresh, coffee was great and the staff were very kind and welcoming you can tell they put a lot of love into their food I even noticed fresh OJ and cream cheese I would like to try next

Okay place, make sure you bring your own butter I purchased a 4$ spinich and parmesan bagel, 1st and last time here. I was not impressed

This was my first experience at East Coast Bagel and it was awesome! I could believe the bagel selection it was huge. The service was great and the whipped cream cheese was delicious.

I drive 30 minutes each way just to eat Turkey Avacado Melt Bagel, I add Tapatio hot sauce with my hot coffee, Naked juice, and a side pickle is delicious.

Great bagels, hot coffee, wide selection of soft drinks. I really like their Spicy Deluxe breakfast sandwich. The lady behind the counter greets regulars by name. Its very popular in the morning, but the line moves quick. Stop in for breakfast or lunch if youre nearby!

If you like salmon bagels this is the place to go!! The bagel has alot of salmon and is full of flavor. It might be the best salmon bagel I have ever ordered at a bagel shop. I will be coming back here again next time I need a salmon bagel thats for sure.

Bagel was fresh and just melted in ymy mouth. I had a garlic scored bagel with creme cheese and scrambled eggs. The best bagel I have had to date.

Great bagel spot. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, and have lived on the east coast for most of my life. These bagels remind me of back east. Upon walking into the place, you immediately smell the toasty bagel atmosphere, it is extremely inviting. The staff is very friendly and was patient with me as I was getting ecstatic over finding a good bagel place. Ive been looking for a spot to fill that void for the past 2 years and I may have just found it. I picked up a half dozen to try out some of the variety. They look and smell fresh, I was drooling just smelling the bag. I also got a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I think I am finally done looking for my breakfast spot. Will be back frequently.

Family-owned small business with a large variety of delicious bagels and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I go quite often and find the staff is always very friendly and hard working, and the food is always great.

A bit pricey ..but a lot of menu items and made fresh along with a variety of cream cheeses... unfortunately twice now I have gone and they have gotten my order made incorrectly and also did not advise me of a higher price for certain bagels, so a sandwich bagel advertised foit 5.19 then becomes 6.99 depending on what bagel you request with your sandwich... they really need post some type of information regarding that letting customers know which bagels come at a premium price...

Service: very friendly & cheerful. Bagels: bland, round, small loaves of bread. Not really a bagel. Just got back from New York a couple of weeks ago. Stopped at Zuckers in Lower Manhattan. _Thats_ a bagel. If youre going to call your restaurant East Coast Bagel, it should be at least that good.

Called by telephone, asked if it is kosher. After repeating myself several times, the person on the other end made it obvious that they dont even know the word kosher. They were polite, but obviously this place is NOT kosher - I would avoid it. BH.

This place was almost completely out of bagels when I arrived on a Sunday morning. I was told to wait 15 minutes for more to be baked, so I paid for a dozen bagels and I waited. When my order was finally ready (it seemed they forgot about my order), they were out of some of the bagels I had paid for and I was told they had been promised to other customers who had called in orders after I ordered. The bagels I did get were very good though, but I probably wouldn’t recommend going to this particular bagel shop. The location is too small and too busy to have a good experience. I imagine on a weekday I would have had a more positive experience, but I definitely would not recommend this place on the weekends.
