I brought an item to get a plaque and to get engraved for $35.After over a week I was told it was ready.I send someone to go pick it up.And there was no plaque and no engraving. Just a cheap sticker they wanted to sell to me for $27. (I have my own sticker machine at home that would have taken less than 30 mins to do)Since they couldnt fix it before Christmas they ripped the sticker off and gave us back the item.It was a huge waste of time for me and them.Ill take my business to Things Remembered next time.
