So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place..I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... When their delivery guys delivered it one of the guys was exceptionally rude and one dining chair was missing bc they needed to order it (wasn’t informed of ahead of time). I was livid with the way the delivery went. I called Caravana and spoke to Moises (I’m not sure if he’s the manager or owner)... he was extremely apologetic and said he would speak with the delivery guy...but, I was so upset that I literally vowed never to buy anything there again. 😤.When I picked up the last chair, Moises apologized again in person and gave me a set of very soft and high quality sheets for my new bed to apologize for the inconvenience & said they’d re-trained the deliver person so the issues I experienced don’t come up again. Interestingly, the sheets were exactly what I needed as I hadn’t gotten my stuff out of storage and was using cheapie sheets..That made things better but I wasn’t sure if I’d go back. Fast forward a few months, I was looking for stools and a reclining chair. I went everywhere—Ashley, Pier One, Living Spaces & a couple of boutique furniture stores...no one had what I was looking for, at the price point I wanted. I went back to Caravana. He immediately helped me, spent time with me to understand my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I am now not only a happy customer but a loyal one bc of Moises. I’ve shopped for furniture and many things globally, never have I received the customer service I have received from Moises and never has a company been able to turn a negative experience to such a positive one in such a skillful and humane manner. I *highly* recommend Caravana!! Most of the furniture in my pics is from them. 😃.p.s. the same driver (and a second driver) delivered the furniture. He was extremely polite, well-behaved and it was clear they absolutely re-trained him. Good work.

Setting up an appointment was easy and they were very helpful. We got a really nice bed and bed frame at a little bit lower than our budget. Beautiful store with nice selection. They were even able to offer same-day delivery.

Best furniture store ever! From their customer service to delivery of my brand new furniture I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience. Their showroom is full of beautiful furniture it was hard to choose from because I loved all of it. Delivery was great, they delivered everything the very next day for free. Everything was in mint condition and I just absolutely love it.

You never think much about those furniture places that are off the way thats not as big as some of the other names out there but walking into this place and being helped by the guy who helped me customer service was amazing the furniture is actually very good quality and there are some really good prices there for what you get compared to some of the other bigger box brand furniture stores I would recommend coming here and what you dont see inside the showroom they have catalogs that have a lot of their stuff and you can tell that the furniture is quality from what they do carry in the store so I recommend this place

The delivery people was so nice and very helpful. So easy to talked and very understanding. Specially Moises the manager! The Caravana Furniture is very reliable and beautiful items. We got all our furniture there for like 5years now. And we ordered more last week for our new place. Love them!

I first visited Caravana 2 years ago when I was looking for a new couch. Moises took the time to go over selections and pricing. He was never pushy and actually was very understanding when I said I was going to look at other options at other stores before making a final decision.I decided to go back to Caravana. I have been happy with all my purchases there throughout the last 2 years. My couches, a desk, a stand lamp and a custom made ottoman. Moises and Wendy? in the store and the delivery man Oscar have all been great. I will definitely go back to Caravana.

Helpful, friendly staff. They know their furniture and dont try to rush you into buying. They have a nice selection and if you dont see it on the floor you can always check their catalogs. All and all I had a very good experience and will definitely shop there again. P.S delivery service excellent!!! Gave me a delivery time and they were true to their word. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Albert & Oscar were amazing at there job!!! They went above and beyond in there services!! They were hilarious and explained how to work our new couch bed. They were very good at making sure they didn’t damange anything. The sales rep as soon as we entered was very good at listening to our needs and finding us what we wanted! He knew his stuff! I’d buy and get furniture delivered by these guys!

The furniture they have here is very good. We bought a couch from here. Super comfortable. Wendy was our helper and she was extremely helpful. They have catalogs of stuff so if you don’t see exactly what you are looking for it may be in there. They were so kind to stay open after hours for us to come pick out exactly what we wanted and get it ordered since I was going out of town the next day. Their delivery guys were very good too! Overall a great place.

I ordered the Hughes couch for our living room. The process was super easy. Fabric samples were shipped quickly, and once I ordered the couch I received regular updates on the build. Delivery took less then ten minutes. Easiest furniture buying experience ever, and the couch is lovely!

Beautiful quality furniture

Albert and Oscar were great guys who delivered our sectional with a sleeper. I worried it may be tough to get up our second floor apartment but the guys had no trouble at all. There was a small hiccup with them delivering a left sided chaise when we ordered the right side, however things worked out for the best because the one they brought works even better for our place. Moises was a great salesman and even hooked us up with a deal for the couch. Overall a great buying experience, within great in home set up and delivery done right. These guys were great and would recommend them for all your furniture needs.

Very straightforward price, leasing/rent to own is very helpful and can build credit if done responsibly, the 2 delivery men (Albert & Oscar) are courteous and extremely helpful. I recommend this store especially if youre local since delivery and labor are practically free.

The owners are incredibly friendly and werent super pushy about getting you to buy things right away. They even showed us their website for things not already on their show floor. We told them what we were looking for, a sectional with a sleeper and they showed us their floor model that can also come with a queen memory foam sleeper.After a week or so of looking at different stores for furniture we ended up really liking the style and price of the sectional at Caravana. It definitely feels built to last, which is what we wanted. Time will tell once we get it delivered and have it for a couple months. Ill update on that laterAll on all, good first impressions from a small furniture store.

I dont hate this place... But I did have a series of bad experiences leading to a piece of furniture that I now own that is not right on at ALL - and there is no return policy..... I may have to contact Synchrony bank about this one... I bought a dining room table that turned out very badly done... and we had to send chairs back to be refitted for properly sized legs and it took them a very long time to get back to us. Not happy.... and now I have a dining room table that every time I look at - Im unable to smile at. This is only the second review Ive ever given anything less than a perfect five stars on..... So you know this must have been a negative experience... Hope Corporate calls me on this one also.. I could provide a clear testimony as to why the dining room table i purchased looks as if somebody closed their eyes when they applied the stain to it and didnt do it right..... there are staining blotches all over the table.... and its unfixable.... and the tabletop bows one way, convex, while the leaf, when it is installed, bows concave... so it is very noticeable when the leaf is in. Sad. Were this to be fixed - SOMEHOW - deleting this negative review could definitely happen. I dont ever do stuff like this, to get things for free or anything like that, but I hope somebody takes notice of this and contacts me about it.... the design of the table is beautiful - and we liked the mid-century modern Concept...... thats why we bought it ... but now every time I look at it - Im just very upset that Ive spent well over $1,000 on this - and I actually just cant even look at it. We bought it a month ago and its been sitting in the dining room - and weve only eaten at it once...

We bought a blue couch from Caravana and the quality is really great! The buying process was pretty painless and the value of what you get for the price is much better than places like Ikea.Albert and Oscar delivered our couch and they were awesome. Really fast but careful!Would definitely buy from Caravana again. Happy we decided to go there rather than Ikea or some online store.
