They usually have everything I need . Theyre always so nice and helpful with anything I need or if I have any questions . Definitely one of my go to beauty supply stores .

Good hair dye u can’t find somewhere else. But the customer service here sucks they be gossiping and not even greeting u or asking u if u need help finding an item.

I always go here for the Cuban twist Havana twist type of hair FOR KIDS because they have it . Not one place around my area cater to the kids when it comes to that type of hair. This is a joy to always come here and see them have that item. They are kind and helpful, but they seem to lack a wide variety of things that other beauty supply offer, if they improve that part of inventory this place be in the game, because I dont shop for myself here, the things that are for sell here does not appeal to a hipper demographic.

As always the ladies are super helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and always seem to be happy. I love that they know their merchandise and where it is. Ive been buying my hair and beauty products from Bixby Beauty Supply for many years and I am still as happy with them as I was on my first visit. Oh and if you need a certain product and they dont have it, in most cases they can order it for you.

They are very rude at this store. If u ask where something is they point at it instead of taking u to it. Very lazy...They also said they close at 5:55 and the store hrs say 6pm. I refused to spend my money here I went somewhere else. If u are AA do not spend your money here!

This is one of two stores and it has everything I have needed from haircare to nail supplies when other stores didnt carry the item I needed, and all at good price points. The staff is friendly and willing to help when you need it. Make sure to ask for their discount card

I would have liked to see more selections/brands for bulk hair. They didnt have Freetress which Ive never been to a beauty supply that didnt carry that brand. The girls who worked there were very professional and nice great customer service just didnt have what I needed.
