Very nice friendly people. Purchased a new bed yesterday. Got a really good deal. Franks a really cool educated sales reps. You wont walk out this store without the best deal in town. Always do your homework and shop around and then you will see that youre getting the a really good deal..

Excellent service! My buddy and I went in looking for a boxspring (which most mattress stores do not sell on the floor any longer). The gentleman went out of his way to find one for him.. and make a special price! Orange County Mattress knows what they are doing.. and my wife and I will be buying a new king from them in the future!

Purchasing a mattress with Jose and Orange County Mattress yesterday was the best decision me and my wife have made. From the very start as soon we walked through the doors Jose was very kind with such great personality. Before we began searching for our mattress he offered us refreshments and goodies! We explained to him what we wanted from our new mattress and with no hesitation he knew where to take us. There was never any pressure from his end to do the sell. He was so helpful that I decided to purchase that mattress and not go to Sit N Sleep or Ortho Mattrees eventhough I knew they had very aggressive prices. I rather pay extra and get that excellent customer service he provided us with. The guys delivering the mattress were very professional and on time. Anyone can sell you a mattress these days but the hospitality and genuine care Orange County Mattress is demonstrating and showing to its employees is definitely a game changer. Keep up that good work and I will be telling my best friends and family to go to OC Mattress and see Jose!

This is a very shady operation. The mattresses we tried in the store and eventually bought were so drastically different from what was delivered from a feel and comfort perspective. It felt like a brick. They were absolutely horrible. So I took the tags back to the store and compared it to what we had tried. There is no way it was the same mattress. We started the process to exchange them and picked out the replacements after careful consideration and dialogue with the sales person. I was going to have to pay the difference on the upgrade exchange which I was not happy about but willing to do. I went to pay for the exchange and all of a sudden they were out of stock. My roommate had been there the day before to try out the exchange mattress and was told they had plenty in stock. They told me we would have to wait WEEKS to exchange them. I just couldnt do that, we were totally sleep deprived at that point. I am a nurse i work 12 hour shifts on my feet all day and I hadnt slept well for 10 days since the new bricks had been delivered. I agreed to upgrade even more in order to get some relief. They of course were happy to charge me alot more $$$ yet again for the difference in price because the even exchange was out of stock.On the day the exchange was supposed to take place I stripped the beds down and examined both mattresses, they were in flawless condition. It had only been 10 days. When the crew arrived to do the exchange, I showed them both bedrooms and mattresses, everything was fine. I went out to the garage to get the sheets out of the dryer so I could make the beds after they were done. The crew was alone in one of the bedrooms with one of the mattresses for a few minutes. When I walked back in they told me there was a problem. They said there was a yellow stain on one of the mattresses and they wouldnt be able to exchange them. They had already taken pictures of the so called stain according to them and sent them to customer service. I asked them to show me the stain, I couldnt see anything, but they keep pointing to a spot in between the seems. I again told them I did not see a stain or what they were referring to. They said it didnt matter if I couldnt see it or not because They had already taken pictures of it and reported it to customer service.My cell phone rang shortly there after and customer service told me that if I wanted both replacements that were on the truck at my back door, I would have to pay for 2 new mattresses even though only one of them was in question due to an alleged stain because both mattresses were part of the same transaction. Basically holding both mattresses hostage on the truck. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! There is definitely shady business going on here. I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with them again. My battle with customer service is just beginning but be forewarned this business is not on up and up.
