Staff is friendly, Anna was very Nice and Helpful! She was very informative and knowledgeable on Japan where she lived for a while, and where Im planning a trip and so I purchased a handbook on Japan. Thank you Anna, hope to see you again in the future and let you know how my trip went lol.

I am happy that this place did not shut due to Covid. Reading is such a powerful tool. This place had all sorts of amazing books for all different ages. Very well organized and clean. The children section was a plus. The extra decorations of Winnie the Pooh theme and the cat in the hat is inspiring for young kids to feel like a kid. They even carried one the classic books I read loved reading as a child which was The Berenstain Bears features Mama and Papa Bear as they raise their two cubs. The staff was also helpful and friendly. There were plenty of parking and was next door to Starbucks which was a plus. I highly recommend stopping by and pick up a good book. I was also happy to see they have an entertainment section selling DVDs, vinyls, and CDs.

Honestly, it has been years since Ive been to a Barnes & Nobles. An employee said Hello I a cheerful voice when we walked in.I remember they used to have a new age section with all kinds of interesting books, but now it is called the self transformation and the books in that section are so basic and boring. Like the new new age section has been censored or dumbed down compared to what I used to find 10 years ago.What was really cool though, is that they carry complete learn-a-new-language programs that are now only about fifty bucks! That was surprising.This Barnes & Nobles is an okay place if you happen to be in the neighborhood and just want to browse around... but if you are looking for that rare book, you may not want to waste your time coming to this store.

Great spot for the repository of human knowledge, yes its not Google, but we will be thanking Barnes and Noble when the Zombie apocalypse comes and we dont have cell phones anymore. They have everything you need from Travel to plants, wilderness info, Chinese history, cake design, Culture, architecture, travel, military history, plants, mermaids, and more!!

Went into the store to look for a large print book for my 91 year old mom. Found an employee passing by and asked where the large print section was, and he replied, Oh we dont have a large print section, theyre mixed in all over. He did not offer to help me. So I spent about 20 minutes scouring the store and didnt find a single large print book. Awful experience, Im never shopping at this store again. I believe that its somewhat ageist, possibly discriminatory, not to have a large print book section.

What I thought was going to be a normal visit to a new Barnes & Noble turned into twice the surprise as it had two large floors full of gifts and books and music and more. All of the staff were very friendly. Will be back again.

I found all the books I was seeking. I became a member. Nothing like reading a good book!

As a former employee 20yrs ago. Love coming in when I can. Its been my go to getaway during Covid to purchase from their excellent selections of Books, Films, and Music. Would work there again in a heartbeat.

Free wi-fi, open late, connected to Starbucks, good location and huge parking lot. Besides that, there are lots of clearance sales and events. Could do with some more music selection though. It was better last year. I actually picked up an Animal Collective record here!

So I usually would start this review out by saying how nice and polite the employees are... Today I went to pick up an order that I had placed online upon entering store there was an older white gentleman and I was trying to ask him where do I go to pick up and he ignored me and I kept asking and kept ignoring me so finally he says Im trying to help my next customer I said sir I am just trying to ask you a question I just need to know do I need to stand in the line or do you have a pickup side... this Spanish guy came over and he told me and I went to the line I just dont think its right for that employee that older white men to talk to me like the way he did yes Im african-american and it shouldnt make a difference...I did not deserve that because I was not trying to cut the line I was merely asking a basic question😷👎🏾👎🏾

Great customer service as usual and a wide selection of books and magazines. I always love going there. Went in to get one thing. An hour and a half later, came out with several things. I got a great birthday present for my friend and the perfect journal for me. Got the card, bag etc all at the same time. Amazing experience. Will definitely go there again.

Always so organized and they rotate their highlight tables pretty often. I love how huge of a selection they always have and even books in spanish 🙌 their music and board game selection is pretty good too and of course theres always tons of notebooks and accessories 👏

A pretty nice and well kept location. Things were very organized and visually intuitive to go through. Ask an employee for help in searching for a specific book, she knew where it was and showed me. The cashier was quite energetic and informative as well. Definitely a nice place to find books and gifts.

Took my 2yr old there for the first time. Guy downstairs (Dawn I think?) was super helpful. He informed us they do story time there, and have a card for kids to earn discounts. He gave her a pete the cat paper hat, which she LOVED. Great overall experience, all staff we came into contact with were super friendly. The only difficult thing about our visit was which book to buy

The staff here has always been very helpful. The store is two stories and has an escalator to get up and down. Plenty of selection here, so if youre looking for something, then its probably here. I would recommend this place to anyone. There isnt a Starbucks in this location, but there is one next door.

All I can say is WOW. I am so impressed by the way I was treated. I waited till they opened and was met by a smiling lady putting out huge stands with info on them about sales in store. She held the door open for me do I did the same for her putting out the stands. I then asked where certain authors books could be found. She said right downstairs from where you are standing as I entered. As I headed down the escalator I was asked three times if I needed any help. Once downstairs I was again greeted by a very friendly smiling face. She offered suggestions on a few other authors and shared her reading experiences. She was so helpful and caring and informative. I didnt want to leave. I cant wait to get back in there. I actually felt welcome by everyone.

I am a huge lover of B&N, pretty much always walk out with a book, and this one is no exception. The only specifics I can mention about this location is that I was asked if I needed any help by a very friendly associate, and the person who assisted me in checking out was equally kind.As far as location...its a wonderful place to burn an afternoon, and the mall its in is fun to wander around in! I wish the prices were a bit lower at times, but there is just something fulfilling in getting to hold a book and look at it before you buy it that makes the added cost worth it!

This a wonderful store for gifts and books. I still like the hardbound and paperback books. They have a nice selection. The staff is nice and helpful.

Two levels, very nice. Very convenient in a big shopping center with a Starbucks right next door. Lots of other shops to go to and a movie theater just a few shops down.Big kids and teen section, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

A bookstore of any kind always amazes me this one is always clean and bright it doesnt really have the Vintage feel like some of the older bookstores but they have an extensive amount of books and a couple that were even harder to find and one book that they special ordered for me and on top of that there is a Starbucks attached to it so I was able to get my drink and browse through the bookstore I got two games that were on sale and six books and one calendar all at about 75% off

I love Barnes & Noble, they have almost everything and if they dont have a book you want they can usually order it and have it delivered or call you to pick up your preference. Also all the magazines on everything you could think of and more.Oh, its also nice to have a Starbucks there so you can enjoy your visit even more.

If you like books, magazines, character toys and everything books them this place is where you want to be! This place has it all because it is two stories of great writing fun! You can spend a good hour in this place especially with a group of book loving friends (I should know!) Good parking lot and great staff!

I love B&N. The service was helpful at the help desk. They honor my paid insurance that they offer when you purchase a Samsung Nook device from any of their store. If they dont have the replacement, theyll find what store of theirs have it. Then call the store and ask them to put it on hold for you, so you can drive over there to receive it. That what happened for me.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and concise. Calm atmosphere. All sorts of subjects to turn into, and unlike other bookstores, Ive never been pressured to buy a book I was reading or put it back.

Very good shop membership fees is 25 $ for a year where you can get discounts on several items

Always enjoy reading a book here. Just that on this day it was a little bit crowded. Couldnt really relax. Yet, I do recommend everyone to always read a book. Not just on the internet.

It was alright except the cashier had attitude. I both some books and toys and she handed me the stuff once I finished paying. I asked if they had a bag and she was like Yeah, but its ten cent. Like what?! Do I look broke to you? Damn! She could have offered to sell it to me as I was scanning since I had a lot of stuff. I dont carry cash so she brought up another transaction for a ten cent charge. She could have given it to me for free for not telling me bags were extra. She seemed mad though from the beginning since no one was in line and she was just chilling when I brought my stuff to checkout.

Its a book store. One of the last big brick and mortar stores. This one has a nice size kid section and the staff are very friendly & helpful.

Very cozy place. Starbucks walk through to store. Not as large as many B&N but makes up for it with unique architecture. Unfortunately, it seems the padded chairs have become a hangout for the homeless. I wouldnt risk sitting in those chairs and catching some disease. That is the downside of having an attached Starbucks.

One of the last remaining big bookstore chains, and this one is a great location and nice settings and right next to a Starbucks as well!
