Love this place. They are honest and reliable. I have brought my Mercedes Benz and my Infiniti here during emergency flats and they have been able to help me without any problems. They are always honest and never try to up sell you. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you.Today I had a hit some debris on the freeway and managed to get to the shop. The tired was fully destroyed and they didnt have the exact same tire size. They managed to install a similar tire while the replacement tire arrives. Awesome place with excellent customer service.

Despite the negative reviews that can be viewed on yelp, I had an excellent experience with Ochoa Tire today. My tire was flat, and I had never been to this tire shop. I went to them and without hesitation they were willing and able to help me with my problem. All the employees, as well as the manager we very courteous and kind. To top it off, they charged me very little for their quick services.I have to add in regards to those who put negative comments up. Those who bought used tires, and then complaining about them going flat. If you buy a used tire, you are accepting the possibility that would occur. If you wanted to chance of that to happen, you could have paid a small amount more to have that peace of mind. The fact that you bought used tires in the first place shows me you are willing to cheap out on a very crucial safety aspect of your vehicle, and by saving yourself maybe 100 dollars, you put everyone else on the road in danger. Instead of giving this family owned, small tire operation a negative review, maybe you should review your priorities in life.

Was very grateful for this place I got a flat and live in orange county my spare wouldnt have made it home they got me a really good spare and new lug nuts to make sure I got home. Great service will be returning for my other cars

Came to get an alignment, left the shop and almost had an accident within 5 mins after I left. My 2 year old son was with me. I called them that same day and they said to come back in. I came back in and the mechanic who did my alignment told me it was some bushings. I told him it had never happened before until after the alignment was done. They refused to help me and blamed that it was a suspension problem and not their problem.

I got my tires here and the service was good I also got my tires at a lower price since the ones i wanted were not im stock.... They inspected my brakes and even replaced a clip that was missing for free.... The location is not in the best city but they will take care of you

Went in for a alignment and they only did the rear because they sayd my outer tie rod on front wad maxed out and they told me to go to a mechanic get it fixed and go back and they would do front for free so i went to a mechanic got my tie rods swapd went back to shop told them i was there for the alignment of the front he sayd ok so i waited for about 1 hour and a half then when it was my turn he asked me what i was there for i told him then he got all rude and was like let me see your receipt its probably past the 30 days this and that so he looked at receipt they put the car up had it there for about 3 minutes next thing you know he says its done and the truth i never seen him do anything but look at the car and act like he did something and even when i left shop car still felt like it needed alignment so instead of dealing with them again i took it to a different shop which actually did do the alignment and now car drives way better.

This place has changed for the worst over the past few years. I visited the shop on Wednesday, Oct. 30th for an all around brake job and the owner himself tried to charge me $811 for parts and service. I couldnt believe it, so I went to another shop (J J Auto Repair) and they did my brakes for only $300 out the door with a 90 day guarantee. They turned my rotors and drums and put on brand new pads and cylinders. I still cant believe Mr. Ochoa tried to screw me like that. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars here and trusted Ochoas advice, quotes and services for over 12 years. Even when we felt their quotes were a bit high, we still trusted them. Needless to say; My family will never go to Ochoas Tire Service again.

They sell me a tires and 2 days later go flat I call them and they don’t want to fix it so I don’t recommend this place
