How can you not give ice cream anything less then 5 stars?

Banana Split with vanilla, chocolate, cookie & cream ice cream top with caramel 😋

Not only is this ice cream expensive and sub par other brands of similar price but now playing the game of politics. You lost my business once and for all and my entire family as customers.

I hate their new flavor, anti-semitism.

This was my first time in Ben&Jerrys store. I love Ben&Jerrys ice cream. My daughters and I ordered milk shakes and I must say I was very disappointed. The milk shakes were like chocolate milk. It was not firm like a normal milk shakes is was just like drinking regular chocolate milk with whipped cream. I will never order a milk shakes here. Ill settle for the ice cream. Overall the store was clean and the staff was friendly. But please ease up on the milk on the milk shakes.

Venice beach location charged me $17.00 for 2 waffle cones one plain vanilla the other just with a hard shell and a sprinkling of nuts! Totally not worth the price plus the flavor wasnt there!!! Was told each topping is $3.00 totally not worth the price!!!

I love this place. My favorite ice cream in so many flavors to choose from. You can have it on a brownie,or in various cups or cones, yum! I tried bourbon butter, it was packed with chocolate chunks and did not disappoint.If I could eat here often without gaining a lot of weight, I would be here daily. But alas, this is a great place to visit on a not so regular basis.

Maybe the best ice cream. I know that there are different tastes to different people, but I didnt meet someone who likes ice cream but does not like Ben and Jerrys. The only down side is pricing. Little pricey for ice cream.

Parking is great! So many spots and free The store is very nice and clean. Minimalist style and definitely a place you would want to take pictures at.For starters, we got the sweet potato patronizing! It was OK. I mean the taste is not too sweet but not too bland. It was something your spoon can keep going at while talking among st your peers. It comes with more syrup for more sweetness and 1 walnut. We also got the sweet potato ice cream. It was better than the patbingsoo. It was aiteee but for me I have a sweet tooth and I like regular ice cream.. this is more like a soft serve? Its really pretty when it comes out and has a little flower decoration on it. I would maybe go again and try the tiramisu? But for me its a place that I was glad to try but would probably not come back.

Family enjoyed the ice cream. Politics could be removed.

A bit pricey but tasty

I got a small scoop of ice cream with a dipped cone that had nuts on it and it was the most expensive ice cream I have ever had. One small scoop and a fancy cone cost over 6 bucks I dont think the Ben & Jerrys Outlet is for me I could have gone to the 7-Eleven and purchase the whole pint of the damn stuff for the price that little cone cost me.

I came in and my sister asked for two large smoothies. The cashier when she presented the smoothies had one filled to the top and the other missing a large portion. I asked her if she could please top it off. She replied no. Then I asked her if she could pour it into a small smoothie cup because that is the size it was. She then gave me attitude and was very aggressive in her movements. I am never coming back and I hope she learns from this experience. I also hope the owner realizes that their employees are the face of the company and all I saw was a terribly run business.

I decided to act cool and avoid the crowds by coming in around 20 minutes before opening. Unbeknownst to me, Free Cone Day actually started 1 hour later at noon. Always looking to make the most out of everything, I used the time wisely by people watching, leaving comments on my checkins & repeating mantras in my thoughts. It was actually quite nice. I was in the shade on a beautiful sunny SoCal day. Made a new friend, Jasmine.Lots of flavors available to choose from. I went with Ben & Jerrys newest creation, Hazed & Confused - Chocolate ice cream & Hazelnut ice cream w/ fudge chips & a hazelnut fudge core. Yes, maam! Can I have another?!? So delicious, so creamy & so wonderful on this hot 90+ degree day. This latest flavor will definitely be a keeper, and not the latest ice cream to be sent to the ice cream graveyard. Last year, customers had the choice of a waffle or sugar cone, but this year only the waffle was offered. Its okay, since I just have a couple bites.Ben & Jerrys, I salute you! Well done, gentlemen. Your Free Cone Days are always welcome by me & keep on pushing the envelope with your inventive flavors.Excelsior!
