I got my 08 Tahoe in August 2020 it was a pleasant experience. Things didnt take too long and I was happy even with the covid 19 stuff things still were smooth.I filled out the necessary documents and paid the necessary monies and Papa let me drive home that day. Fast forward to almost a year later my car is still going strong.I love my car, I needed it (it fits all my kids and dog comfortably) definitely a good decision. oh nothing mechanical wrong with my car it works smooth I just take it to get the necessary oil changes and whatever else. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a car and youre not balling balling. Theyll work something out

People are rude and they stereotype you by your appearance I just got off work and was looking at I car that I had seen earlier that day. Not only did they not answer my questions correctly they were despondent to me. I finally asked him point blank did he not think I could afford a car on his lot. He told me I didnt look like I could....... he wasnt worth me showing my 740 fico score. Hard pass on this lot.

I bought a car here about 2 months ago and they made the process super simple. They kept us and themselves safe by taking the correct precautions and answered any and all questions and concerns that we might have. I got the car checked out by a dealer about a week after we bought it and they said there was literally nothing wrong with the car and we got it for a steal. Would definitely recommend buying from here.

First off, their overall selection is great. I have been looking for a well-taken-care-of WRX Hatchback for months when I saw M Motorsport had one available. They made it super easy to make an appointment, view, drive, talk about payment options and technical details about the vehicle. I voiced my concern about known issues with this particular model and was able to have an extended warranty added on. WORTH IT. Hopefully I will not need it because they even showed the full history of the vehicle, ensuring that it is a California car (no road salting) as well as maintained properly. Stephanie was open to any and every concern and LaQuan was very responsive when I had any questions the following days while finalizing my personal loan. The professional detailing was very thorough too.

Do NOT buy a car from here. They hide major details “oh yeah the car has everything look” but no navigation (for a 2018!?!?) take the car home. Realize there’s no spare tire, the trunk is completely broken once you put anything in it, no floor mats. Not to mention they tell you it’s one price then as your signing they show the real price. This place is a scam. I wish I never gave them my business because they are negligent and rude. Even AFTER I showed up in person and then followed up with a call about all these concerns “they were for sure going to fix” they didn’t even bother to call me. This place was the worst transaction I’ve ever done and I’ve owned 4 cars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! OR MONEY!

Watch out for those estimate charges, they will call you and tell you to come back and give them more money to register your car. I bought the car in July, didn’t know the tags expired the previous February, and they waited until October to call me and tell me that I have to pay 350 more dollars if I want my registration from them, Smh.

Mark is absolutely amazing at what he does. This is my second time buying a car from him and I am so impressed. I shopped around and researched for months, before deciding to buy a car from Carmax but Mark totally changed my mind. He had a NEWER car for a better deal and took the time to explain everything until I felt very assured.Besides that M Motorsport did have a better car for less, their approach to sales is very personable. You get the family feel without pressure to buy. Carmax was very simple and straight to the point but i felt like just a number.Tip: if they dont have the car you want in their inventory, request it. Check their inventory every couple weeks.

Talk to Mark if you go. He’s a great guy and will do as much as he can to get you into the car you want. They are firm on the price so there is no back and forth. Ended up buying a car somewhere else. The dealership isn’t much but they are extremely nice.

I was told I could bring in a partial down payment to hold the vehicle I was looking at. I came in after work rushing to get to the dealership, waited for almost 1 and a half hours to put my partial deposit down only to be told they could not in fact hold the vehicle for me despite being told I could. I still want the vehicle but I could have just as well stayed home if they were not going to work with me. They said come in and we will see what we can do to help. No effort was made only to tell me I could not do what one of the reps said I could do. I was very dissatisfied as now I see its just another car dealership with reps who will say anything but the truth. I hate to say this because I felt genuineness from them initially but now I have a different opinion. Sure I am qualified but what good if the vehicle is sold. I just wasted a credit pull. Still pondering if Ill come back or not. I was hoping they would help but nothing they did was above the call of their work. I even asked if they had any specisl Veteran assistance or if we could write a contract which would allow me to pay the deposit in increments. Two weeks is all I need. No response just more company policy. I understand this but should have never been told I could bring a portion of the down payment to reserve the vehicle. Straight up lied. If they were upfront and did not mention I could put a partial down payment to reserve the vehicle it would be no issue, but I hate liars and people who try to distort what was said. Integrity violation. We will see. Im looking at other places now. Really disappointing and bummed out.

My experience at M-Motorsport was good. I saw a nice Mercedes Benz and had to walk in and ask questions. They staff was very helpful and attentive.When I did not qualify for the Mercedes, because it was out of my price range, I asked about a different car they had on the lot, a BMW. They were patient and worked with me to get the car. They made it happen. Its been almost a month since I got my car and I am extremely happy.

Alex is great, he doesnt waste your time, moves with great urgency yet doesnt push you to buy AT ALL. Friendly and genuine. He was quick to offer to pick me up at the train station when I return to take possession. He is skilled like a major bank professional but without any arrogance. My experience here was beyond what I expected, mark helped me like no one ever has done. M-Motorsports made this such a wonderful experience for me. This business’s does not know what they are doing, I bought a car from them in July 2017, and never received my registrations and tags. I called and they stated they sent my registration to the wrong person. I followed up with them weekly, they said they would call dmv and straitened out the issue. Called many times to the business and they said the person in charge is not in. They would call back later, never heard from them on multiple occasions. I called back again they said will get it resolved. Now its Jan, 2018 6 month later and still no tags. They said I have to go to dmv and n pay for the tags. Never have I been told to go to dmv,dealership took care of the registration and tags fees. They said they can’t help me and that they are sorry, the guy who completed the paperwork has been fired.. How can it be right that their mistake is my issue.. Just put simply, never going to buy from here again. Be aware if you going to shop here.
