When in for window tint on my civic hatchback - their work and service was excellent!! I would for sure recommend this place to others if you all are in the market for tint. Without a doubt the guy who worked on my vehicle, nailed it!!!

Im very disappointed with the customer service! I made an appointment over the phone when my husband got there they said the appointment was at a different time, gave up my appointment to someone else & gave him a different price than I was quoted.

Had always received great service and support from the Long Beach Audio Shop. Had come back to this shop for the last 3 years. I own a Jeep wrangler, first I added an amp. and subwoofer, then I added an alarm and electric locks for the doors and back gate, then I tinted my windows. The service is great, Efren is very friendly and knowledgeable, he has taken care of a few small issues that had come out and has been very helpful. Will keep coming any time.

Iv been coming here for years. To get all my tinting, retinting, sound and other odd jobs done. These guys are very polite, friendly and clean.They do amazing work in a timely fashion and the prices are the best around.Retint, just coz I wanted it? Picked Up My Cousins Car From There Today And They Were Very Helpful Jump-starting The Car Since it Had A Dead Battery.

So I called PCH CUSTOM AUDIO and the guy never let me finish explaining on the phone, and cut me off while I was speaking which I find quite rude, because I wanted to know if he would be able to check my amp to see why it was going in and out (I noticed the plug wasn’t intact), but I was extremely turned off by his service over the phone so I then decided to stop by Long Beach Audio Shop instead and CHUY WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE. He did NOT interrupt me at all whatsoever, and he even helped me out WITHOUT WANTING TO CHARGE ME because all he had to do was put the cord back in place! He could’ve easily tried to charge me $5-$10 for his time but he didn’t!!! This was my First time coming here and I was amazed by his customer service!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE REFERRING PEOPLE THERE!!! Thank you CHUY!

I went to install some speakers but when I got home to inspect their job. A door panel clip was missingThey took my kicker covers that go over the speaker (metallic mesh) its supposed to go over it. Didnt tell me anything :( I was hoping this shop would be a go to place for my alarms and speakers

Went to get a bluetooth system put in because the original system was in and they replaced the original and gave me a great deal! They did a great job! I recommend their services!

I used their services for the interlock device. In the beginning their customer service was very good. But the first week the device was in my car. My daughter and myself went to the movies parked the car and it wouldn’t come back on. I had to leave my car in the parking lot all night because they were closing soon and didn’t want to come out. Next day they towed it back to their shop. Find out they didn’t wire things correctly that’s why the car didn’t come back on. Ever since then they treated me as if I got on their nerves and did something wrong. Then after some time goes by my car keeps cutting off saying “ESP” I’ve never had this issue until they touched my car. Got it fixed then a few months after they removed the device out of my car it started cutting off saying “ESP” again. Don’t come here these people make you wait so long, have horrible attitudes, and put things in any kind of way.

My Experience at Al & Eds Auto sound was amazing. Mr Effrin took care of me and installed my sound system in the time he projected. It was clean and professional and my music sounds crisp and clear in my vehicle. Excellent customer service all the way around!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Now I see why they have been around for over 2 decades!!!

Simply wonderful. They are a small shop but can get a lot done. I got a custom speaker box for my truck and was surprised on how great it came out. This guys go above your normal stereo stop.

Thought I needed to replace a speaker. The checked it out, adjusted works perfect! No charge. Friendly and efficient.

Fully replaced stock stereo in my Benz and very happy overall. Had a small delay but it was worth the wait and the owner took very good care of me. Ill be back with my Camaro soon.

I went for a alarm and tint got a price quote from efren for a viper alarm with ignition start for 450 and 300 for tint with 3mm. I go in and efren wasn’t there and the guy gives me a price and at the time having a special so I get the bass package with it. I come back another day and leave my car from when they opened till they closed at 6pm. I get my car back the alarm is a basic viper alarm installed the tint isn’t finished and my door handles were broken. I talk to efren told him what happened apologized and told me to bring it back and they will finish everything I come back and leave it for another full day and the car still isn’t finished I did not go back again I contacted the Al&Eds customer service and nothing I even emailed and nothing would not recommend or come back. Something simple I would think be able to get done and right.

I feel so guilty for not leaving a review for these guys years ago. Everytime I get a new car, I go directly to them. Theyre very informative, polite, they always show initiative, which I love and theres been times where theyve done labor for me without even charging but dont expect that... LOL. I dont know any better place to go for music, window tint, alarm, auxiliary or fuse work ect. I love these guys

I rarely leave reviews for businesses unless they were absolutely outstanding.These guys were straight up awesome, they took me in the same day with no appointment, werent pushy or persistent about anything, and they set me up with a sweet sound system in my mustang at a SMOKING price!!Very clean install, sound quality is superb, and they offer a warranty on the products as well as installation!Efren, I hope I spelled your name right - you are the real MVP. He took my car in at 4:30 PM and worked on it all the way until 10 PM at night in order to work with my tight schedule. How often do you see a business staying open 4 hours after closing in order to finish a costumers car? Not very.Efren hooked me up with 4 new speakers, an amp, and a subwoofer, all integrated within my stock deck. VERY satisfied costumer, would recommend, 5 stars!Thank you again for putting in that extra work after hours, that is what sets apart businesses from one another!
