My Sons phone broke last week. I was dealing with AppleCare and they were no help at all. They wanted me to go into the city to have it looked at during this pandemic. Nice to have an independent phone shop. They can focus on what you really need instead of what large corporate promotion is going on. These folks are professional and knowledgeable. They can get you into the right product. I had an issue with the way my phone was set up amd they solved it for me providing an explanation along the way. Good stuff.

I went in to get me and my girlfriend a new phone. I wanted to save money and upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 and he had an Apple refurbished iPhone 7 and their own refurbished iPhone 7. I was a bit skeptical at first about my cell phone being good quality but I went for it anyway. Both phones ended up costing 1,020 I think to pay in cash. (After taxes). We have been using our phones and both are amazing. My phone looks and actually feels brand new. I’ve seen other stores resell phones but this is something else. He explained to me they are refurbished in a factory at another location. I didn’t believe it at first but now I am just so happy with my new phone. SO much better than my last phone. I did not make a bad decision. Seems like a legit honest business.8 am writing this review on my phone now actually. Also I have a certificate in IT and fr whatever knowledge I know there really seems to be zero problem with this phone. Battery life a+, screen a+, speed a+, cosmetic a+, camera front and back a+, everything is on point. This phone could had passed as new if it was wrapped in an iPhone box. Not even a scratch.

I brought my phone to get the screen repaired on my iPhone 7+. This review is on the quality of the repair. The screen is clearly less quality. Everyone I show notices the quality of colors is way less than the original. Now the biggest problem for me was that The screen is lifted off the phone more than it was and is not smooth to the touch on the edges . Because of this 3D Touch barely works anymore. The screen is not aligned straight. All in all the screen is fixed but I now have more problems with my phone then I did.

THIEVES!!!!I bought a new phone for one price and it wouldnt take pictures; I returned to the store to find out why and they told me that in order for the camera to work, I had to purchase an additional card for $15.99.I said forget it - refund my money and turn my old phone back on.They would not - keep in mind the owner Nick was on the phone with the sales rep the whole time. Lying thieves!!See my BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT below.Delivery Issues - The non-delivery of servicesProblem:About two weeks ago I entered Cell City in Long Beach, NY. My purpose was to purchase a new phone while DUPLICATING and / or INCREASING services from one phone to the next. I am not a technical person and told the salesperson that I want my new phone to do exactly what the old phone did and possibly retrieve email also is not too costly. The salesperson suggested I come back after he has had a chance to reprogram the phone because his system was down and he didnt want me to sit around waiting. I thanked him and left. I returned three different times to retrieve my phone however the store was packed and understaffed; I have very little free time in that my life has been destroyed by the hurricane. I finally found downtime in the store and retrieved the phone. I tried to take pictures and I could not. I returned to the store to find out why, assuming a setting needed to be adjusted or something. Not! It seems that in order for me to take pictures with my new phone, I need to also purchase an additional something card for $15.99 otherwise the camera does not work. I told him that no one explained this to me when I purchased the phone and that I had already spent more than I had wanted to on the phone. In raised tone, the salesperson continued to educate me technically on why I need this other card for $15.99 more. I reiterated that I dont want the card and that I cannot spend any more money; my first remedy was for them to GIVE me the card since they sold me the phone deceitfully. They (the salesperson in conjunction with Nick, the owner who was on the phone) balked at the free card. I offered another solution: take back the new phone and turn on my old phone and we all part as friends. They balked at that also siting the fact that I can only return a newly purchased phone within 7 days and that time had already lapsed. I asked whose policy that was and I was told thats just the way it is. They offered a discount on the card. I balked. I wanted to be made whole as far as services for the initial agreed upon price. They insisted they could not do that. I asked the sales person for his final word on the issue as well as Nicks (the owner), begging them to make me whole and not have to spend the time writing a letter to the BBB. The initial transaction was made in a deceitful manner, conveniently omitting MATERIAL, DECISION ALTERING information in order to facilitate an upcharge later on. Im disgusted, I left. I currently still have the phone without working camera.

I have an iphone6s and my charging port got damage because I was not using the right charger so I left my phone in cell city for a few hours and I went to pick it up my phone was working perfect and taking charg. Because I fix my phone there they give me a discount on the original charger to charge my phone and not have this problem again. They were really nice to me

Got my Macbook pro screen replaced. They said it would be finished after a week until they told me, after 6 days, that the screws sent to them were not brandnew. So they told me they ordered a new one and had shipped overnight. I called the next day to check if theyve finished the repair.. they told me that the screws would arrive in a week!!!! so i told them id just pick it up and get it repaired by another store. but when i arrived at their store, they said the repair man left already and they dont know where he put my laptop. but since i didnt have another day to pickup the laptop, i just told them id just wait another week for the repair.After 5 days, they told me the laptop was ready for pickup. I arrived at store, paid the remaining balance, and took my laptop.When i arrived at home, i opened my laptop and noticed that the screen had some discoloration at the sides and a white spot was visible at the right side of the screen (as if the screen wasnt brandnew) I also noticed some scratches at the bottom part and a small part was chipped off...Since i bought my laptop from b&h, ive already put on a case.

Fixed my phone there and havent had any problems since then, good service n great prices.
