Very good experience. My phone was not charging the charging port had been fried ; bad charger evidently. Was concerned as I really didnt want to spend money on a new phone. Its an Android which I prefer cant justify a $1000+ phone. either. Brought it to these gentlemen and they said they felt that they could fix and THEY DID. It works fine, charges like it should. These guys were nice to a point. Had to wait nearly ten minutes before someone came to the door. Could not fix the problem. Said it was a software problem. Im thinking this is a store thats supposed to find and fix the problem of all electronics they say they can fix, including if its a software problem. Then the guy said he did not know where he could refer me. The other guy the next day refered me to another guy in LA and that guy refered me to another guy in LA. Started to feel like the Mad Hatter getting a run around. The customer service here is horrendous but at least they were nice about it, right? Right?

OMG! I absolutely love their customer service. I was in a bit of a bind since I was going out of town but they were able to fix my iPhone super quick and get me back on the road. They answered all the questions I had ( Im a picky person) and even taught me a few things. I was in and out of the shop in about 45 minutes, they gave me a free tempered glass, some fun conversation and gave my phone a new lease on life. Ill always let people know this place is here...

I actually found this place on Yelp when I was looking for someone to fix my phone because my camera wasn’t working anymore. I have an iPhone x that I hardly used for more than 3 months and my camera started getting blurry and shaking randomly so I thought that was pretty weird. I called these guys and explained everything instead of trying to get me into the shop and sell me on a repair, they asked me how old my phone was and if it was damaged and since my phone is in pretty much new condition they told me I should just do a warranty claim with Apple. So I went to Apple and they replaced my phone for free! I guess stuff like this only works if your phone isn’t broken or water damaged, but moral of the story is that the guys here are HONEST and I’ll be coming here anytime I need anything

This place is great, Im always doing yard work in construction and my phone tends to get pretty messy. So I was having problems hearing people and other people hearing me on calls and it was starting to get more and more difficult to charge my phone so I figured I take it to these guys and see what they can do for me. I expected paying anywhere from fifty to a hundred bucks to replace parts, honestly I dont know much about these things. But to my surprise the tech there told me that its pretty common for stuff like this to go on overtime especially if your phone is dirty, and it turned out to only be a simple cleaning for the phone and it only cost me 15 bucks. Happy I found this place they saved me a lot of money.

Have you ever broken on iPhone X screen? Well I have. And it wasn’t fun. I couldn’t see anything on my screen and just some weird green lights so I was pretty lost. Luckily Siri still worked so I asked what’s the best phone repair place around me was and it told me about esm cellphone repair. So I called and they were extremely helpful and friendly and that was enough to win me over. After they fixed my phone it came with a free screen protector and it looks and works just like new. After searching countless places, I finally found a place that can fix the touch problem for my iPhone 6 Plus. After taking it to one place that couldnt figure out the problem I searched around and found esm. Out of all the places I talked to they knew exactly what was going on with my phone, explain to me how they were going to fix it, and gave me confidence they could do it. Long story short it took about two days fix the touch issue on my 6 Plus and I was good to go, its been about 5 months and I havent had any issues.

Not good. Its called bait and switch. Told one thing over the phone so you waste your time and go there, then youre told the correct price. 5 or 10 bucks difference, maybe. 40 dollars, not so much. They lie. Period. Dont go. Find an honest shop, not here.

Highly recommend this place. Brought in a cracked screen and sticky processing. Dont know exactly what they did to get my i6plus working so well but now with a new screen I dont have to upgrade until the i8 comes out. Very reasonably priced. Quick Service. Knowledgeable.

This is a great spot to go to! Was there recently to fix the headphone jack for a Samsung Galaxy S3. Very quick, polite, and affordable. I have also brought other phones to fix and he has done so without fail in the past. I would highly recommend this place for any repairs!

I really satisfied with ESM, the way they responded on my issue and fixed my Samsung S5 screen replacement. They took just 35 minutes to replace it and handover and the price is also very competitive price. Before I approach ESM, I took the quotations from 6 other cellphone repairs. UPDATE:Thank you for the the response! You are right, I did severely misunderstood, because I was severely misled (I checked Yelp and other google reviews, I am not the only one). Also, I never said I purposely drop my phone, what I did not tell you was, that I am have a disability that causes my hands to shake, thus I purchase items to protect fragile items.Furthermore, my bad day started when I was told, I would need to pay $50 to repair my phone, when I was misled on product information. You have the advantage, I do not know anything about cell phone repair and I trusted your word. I would be happy to come to a resolution. What do you suggest?-------DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL PROMISE ANYTHING FOR YOU MONEY!!!. Last week on Monday, I took my phone in to get repaired and the gentlemen that helped me was super nice and professional. He asked if I wanted to pay extra for the shattered proof screen cover. I replied: Yes, I always drop my phone, I for sure need that product. I only had to wait an hour to pick up my phone, it looked great! The salesman told me I have a 30 day warranty for any issues, cracks, etc. The next day Tuesday, my phone features and touch screen were difficult to use. The only available time I had to go back was on Friday. I ended up dropping my phone on Wednesday and the phone completely cracked. I brought my phone in on Friday to get fixed and they wanted to charge me more money, even though they promised me a 30 day warranty, with the shattered proof screen. If they were upfront and honest about they warranty, I would understand, but they made promises that they did not keep. I would not have paid extra for a product that did not work.

If you are willing to give that up I would go here. iPhone 7 screen broke. $150 for OEM quality, as you can tell from the picture, that is not what I received. Manager tried to convince me that everything looked normal. I still believe I was ripped off and paid for a OEM screen and received a junk knockoff.

No no no. Went here some months ago to get my iphone button repaired, and thought everything was fine. This week my phone died, and after taking it to a legitimate technician somewhere else, I found out that ESM took parts out of my phone and replaced them with cheap parts that failed.
