Really appreciate the sellers honesty! She told me before taking it in that the screens she had for my phone had been buggy in the past and wouldnt charge me the for labor if she couldnt fix it. We gave it a try and luckily it worked just fine! Got my phone back in less than 24, hrs!

I gave them my iPad and paid for it to be repaired. I was told it would be done in two days. Fast forward to over 2 weeks later...No one is there during store hours regardless of day or time I drop by, they are not answering their phones. I’ve left 5 voicemails, all unanswered. I’ve tried contacting them by direct email, Yelp and through the text receipt I received. NOTHING.At this point I’m assuming they’ve decided to keep my money and iPad. My next step will be a police report for stolen property.

Ive been anxiously awaiting them to open up since my charging port on my pixel 3 phone wasnt working. Walked in and 10 minutes later walked out with a working phone. She immediately knew what the issue was and took care of it. A+ experience. I honestly would not recommend they have been keeping my phone for 3 to 4 days and they don’t pick up their phones when you call.

I love this place. They are extremely helpful and fast! I have brought in several phones over the years to be fixed and have always left satisfied. Also, if the issue is a quick fix or just something simple (like today; I had dropped my phone and the screen had become disconnected), they didnt charge me for fixing it, they just re-connected it and sent me on my way. They have accessories (good cables, cases, etc.) at reasonable prices and their costs for fixing phones are also low. I couldnt recommend this place more highly!

Both of the girls that work here are very nice and fun. They were very helpful helping me get my pictures off my phone! If you need help and dont want to get ripped off, i highly recommend.

The people who work there are so nice and work quickly and efficiently to get whatever you need fixed, fixed. My phone was cracked and in 40 minutes or less it was good as new again, working so nicely. Thank you star tek! 😁 also, the prices are VERY VERY REASONABLE. My SE got fixed for 60. Compare that to any other place, Star tek is the least expensive with the best possible quality.

The owner is going to over charge you for a job they cannot even properly complete. My screen was cracked and after dealing with about 20 minutes of their unprofessional sales attempts to have me purchase more, they finally went back to fix my phone. I had to wait an hour for them to finish and now, not even a week later, my phone is constantly glitching... Ive had to completely reset my phone twice because the screen stops working completely. This is more than frustrating and I highly recommend that you repair your phone elsewhere.

Went in for new battery...finger print Touch ID wasnt working. She said Im probably still under warranty and before I change the battery I should check. Turned out she was right as got a new phone. I appreciated the honesty and the help!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I took my iPhone 6 to get checked for water damage. They kept it for over a day, when they finally called me, the day after, they said that my phone could not be fixed. I paid my $15, which I thought I was getting a deal, only top find out that they basically stole my screen. I tried replacing the phone at the apple store but they told me they couldnt accept my phone because the phone had an altered screen. The bar code on my phone did not match the serial number. I cant believe that they did this. Unfortunately, its their word against mine. I will definitely never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place will ask for you phone password and go through you phone. They went through my phone and they tried to go into my Apple ID and got it disable since they failed to get the correct password. And now I have to call apple to unlock my account.

Hafiz Provided exemplary service. I brought my daughters Nintendo DS lite in for repair. They had it for almost 2 weeks and we were assured that it was going to work properly. However, shortly thereafter we started having the same glitchy screen again. But rather than blame the customer StarTech just said: You know what were gonna take care of this for you because we believe in taking care of our customers. One of their technicians, who no longer works there, should never have taken my money in the 1st place because the 7 yr old unit cost more to repair than it is worth (per the mgr). My daughter wanted to keep it for sentimental value and thats why we tried to get it repaired. So the manager took care of me and refunded my money and was DEEPLY APOLOGETIC. I dont have any hard feelings because they could have just tried to hold on to my unit and continue to fix it and fix it and then it still woukd never work right. I respect them for returning my money and suggesting that I buy another unit somewhere else. I would encourage all of you who need any electronic/cell phone repairs, or cell phone accessories to come to StarTek. I know Ill be coming back because theyre honest!
