A great place to hang out with friends to end the night after celebrating my birthday. After eating at a all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse nearby, we stopped by this Krispy Kreme for some donuts and coffee. They have a big parking lot so finding parking wouldnt be a problem. When we walked in, we were the only one there. So I got 1 chocolate gaze donut and a hot chocolate. My friends got their coffee and a donut as well. They only had 1 lady working the counter so she made all our drinks. People started coming in and it took the lady a while to make all our drinks but due to the whole situation, you have to be understanding with places being short staff. The service we got was great and we sat outside in their seating area until they turned off the light since they were closing.

Hoping the owners see this and make a change... your Google hours State that your drive through is open at 5:30. it is not. because Ive been sitting here for a half hour, boxed in and cant leave. staff is here because I called inside and talked to them. they are very polite but insist that they dont open until 6... even the drive through. I needed to be at work at 6 and now Im late!

9:30 am on a Saturday - 1st time visiting this location. It was underwhelming for a Krispy Kreme. Small display case & production line. Sign said hot & ready but orders backed up for drive thru & in-store. I guess when all I had to compare it with was the Burbank location - it was disappointing. Donuts were ok.

Great sugar explosion. I purchased the Easter 🐣 Minis. Theyre super cute for the occasion. This wouldnt be a regular purchase because they are very sweet on top of the normal sweetness. Its fine for me. Also shout out to the awesome staff. I actually showed up on the wrong day to pick up my order. I didnt realize that until I made it home. Im sure he saw I was there on the wrong day but he didnt shame me for it. He probably gave me a break because I wasnt being all huffy about not seeing my order in the waiting area. I appreciate that. I went for my vaccination doughnut. Got it for free and it was absolutely delicious. The employee picked out a doughnut off the line- sent me to heaven!

Came in to get some donuts and they gave us a dozen donuts COMPLETELY COLD. it seemed like they served us donuts that presumably were sitting there all day. so disappointing and i know the Block location would never do this.

Krispy Kreme got always the freshest donuts in my opinion. I love the original glazed donuts with its crispy layer of icing and the softness of the donut inside. The donuts are perfect in size, shape, and overall taste. Awesome alongside a coffee. Staff is friendly and quick. I like this location because it is centrally located with a lot of shopping facilities around.

What a ripoff, 2.29 for 1 little dinky doughnut. The average price was 1.99 And a not very good one either. I can get far better from Duncan, Winchells, YumYum or any independant doughnut house for far less money and a larger and better made doughnuts. This place is well Overated and Expensive !! Never coming back to Krispy Kreme EVER AGAIN !

Great donuts although they seem smaller then when I remember them as a kid. The glazed donuts here are always rolling off the conveyer belt. Great staff here, plenty of seating and parking available.

I’m hard-pressed to ever give a Krispy Kreme a bad review and this is no exception. The team is very friendly they don’t try to upsell me even though they are required to do so I’m a very frequent flyer here at this Krispy Kreme store. Although the sales team is very young, they are extremely professional and polite.As for the donuts they are awesome. My go to is a maple bar followed by a custard filled chocolate donut.

I was pleased with this visit to Krispy Kreme. They were having a promotion for two dozen glazed donuts for 12.00 but when I arrived, they were all out of them and did not have the supplies to make more. I arrived around 2 and they said they should have more ready by 5 or 5:30. It was New Years Eve and I wasnt about to wait for donuts. They did offer me the option of having an assortment for the same price of the promo so I jumped on it! What was really nice about this location was the customer service. From the cashiers to the managers, the service and explanations were exactly what one would expect in this situation. I was very pleased with them and appreciate them during this very tumultuous time in our world.

The line wasnt too bad but once I went to the window they had to take my order again like if they never got it the first time. Felt like the employees were rushing on purpose and not caring. I had ordered 3 iced caramel coffees and they gave me 3 vanilla ones, and 1 with no ice.

Great customer service, clean store... but gosh the prices for their donuts sure went up... I used to be able to get two donuts and a cup of coffee for like a couple of bucks, but now each donut is like a couple of bucks. Slow business is not an excuse... because they were busy when I went there... and I know dough prices didnt go up by that much.

I just went through the drive through, during their begging of the year, 2-dozen for $12 sale.(which sold out). A situation well managed by the amazing team working there. Still honoring the sale, they gave us 2 dozen for $12, but allowed us to customize our first dozen.

This one is a good location. It’s not as busy as the one in Gardena or Rowland heights by the mall. The seasonal donuts were available here unlike the other two places which sold out. You still need keys for the restroom. Friendly service. It’s near the circle road so traffic can be a bit busy. It does feel festive during the Xmas season. They have the Christmas sprinkle donuts, snowman and Santa donuts as well as the mini donuts.

They have an amazing rewards program! If you sign up you get a free donut of your choice! On top of that if you have a student K-12th grade and their report cards shows As, they get a free donut per A.My daughter just got 4 free donuts!

Got the holiday dozen. The cashier told us that one of the donuts would be a cinnamon roll kind of donut, but we didnt get any of those. The donuts we got instead were pretty plain and boring. It only had frosting on top, no glaze and no filling (green). The red one is the same, but it has a chocolate creme filling(tasted like buttercream personally). The ring donuts are glazed, and then have the chocolate/vanilla frosting on top. Overall it was okay, but I probably wouldnt get this box again.

A false marketing from Krispy Kreme! Such a bait and switch! They blasted emails (multiple emails are so annoying) about one -day only $5 original dozen specials when you wear team merchandise with limit of 4. However, when i arrived there 5min after the store open at 6am, they had posted a sign, limit one per customer due to high demands!!!! They JUST opened and already limited the qty! If they knew the promo would become so popular, they shouldnt have even advertised it!!! So misleading and upsetting the customers!!! Bad management and marketing tactic - they totally messed up and the marketing dept should take their marketing 101 course AGAIN!!!!!

I dont come here often but when I do the staff are very friendly and caring. The donuts are always great with a big variety. KK is the only place I know that has donuts with white cream inside. Most of the other shops call cream-filled for their custard yellow filled donuts

Just went this morning to pick up an order as well as the promo for every A you get, you receive free donuts. I was bummed because you can’t choose which donuts you want as they automatically give glaze donuts, however the glaze donuts are always an OG for me! Before I turned up by the window, I pulled out my report card and was ready to show them the proof. Howeeeever the lady in the front of the window was suuuuuper nice and didn’t need to see it. It was such a sweet gesture and she gave me a smile afterwards! Needless to say it made my day! This is my second time here at Krispy Kreme and I could just say it’s great to be back!

We went to Krispy kreme the hot and ready sign was on but our doughnuts were not hot and ready. They are old and cold.

Had a good experience l, and the staff was friendly.Truffle butter and bread was amazing! They also served us complimentary fries. They were ok. Steak was ok too. Mac and cheese ok. Lol there is nothing to complain about but nothing to boast too much about.
