Took my son here for his 1st ever trip to a comic book store and he loved it. He walked around and picked out a comic for him to have. The store layout is cool and the way they display everything kept him excited during the entire time he was in the store. It was a great experience

Honestly love going to the comic book shop. #1 shop around. I visit a lot of shops. This has to be #1. There Funko Pops are a bit over priced. But for comics and Figures best around. They have a wide selection. If you need comic supplies they got it at very reasonable prices.

Great place to find your collectables. The staff is really nice and happy to help you with gift ideas even if you are not a collector.

They have great back stock comics, big selection of graphic novels, storage supplies, new comics, and vintage toys. I was able to pick up some needed gaps in my collection and a signed/numbered hardcover I had been trying to get for a while. Worth the stop if you are in the area!

I love this little place! I discovered it through a random Google search when I was looking for the Stranger Things comic series by dark horse. Staff is great & knowledge. Its like walking into Cheers, but for comics. They seem to know all the regulars (or at least make it seem that way!) Overall, great place. Would def recommend & I always go back.

Ordinarily I am pleased with my purchases here, but this time I was sold a Funko Pop contained within a protective cover $15 said to be vaulted that turns out to have major damages to figures. I made the purchase at 6:51pm. When I went to return it at 6:58pm the store had already locked up for the evening.

Great place for OMBIBUSes. $150 retail and they sold it for $75! Mrs V is awesome too!

This place is not for local customers. Every Wednesday, new releases are cleared out by other local comic book store owners for their shelves. If there was an issue you could not get a hold of, I bet you can find that exact same issue at “Pulp Fiction”, marked up because they bought the supply for the week from Amazing Comics. The rest of the collection that is left, is damaged goods being sold at full-price. For instance, some Local Comic Book Store Day foil variants are damaged at the spine and color breakage right on the cover selling, at above cover price.If you are lucky to find what you’re looking for, it is not guaranteed to be a copy in acceptable condition. You might get lucky if the store decides to cover up the damage with a price tag.To make matters worse, eventually if you explore the store long enough, you’ll discover an ‘unmarked’ section beneath the back-issues, that is ‘reserved’ for store employees only. Don’t touch those! Apparently, they’re highly sought after issues that staff sets aside for their own speculation purpose. Forgive me for not understanding fully, but how is that a professional business practice? If you don’t want visitors to look through those boxes, they should not be there or there should be a clearly marked sign.So, if the new issues are ‘Reserved’ for other comic book store owners and employees every week, and the rest of the collector issues are ‘Reserved’ for staff at Amazing Comics, then what is ‘Reserved’ for the local customers and visitors? Trash. It’s embarrassing to see this in the community. In fact, miss me with that shiz. I’ll skip out Wednesdays now, I don’t want to see “Red Hat Guy” getting verbally abused by “Pulp Fiction Girl” again for not pulling her specific issues. Now available at THIS local comic book store.

Hey its the Real John Carter from Mars! Ha I really enjoy this comic shop. The staff is so great all of them. They have a ton of variety for comics and toys especially the Pops, They have a ton. Anyways its my store where I have my great pull list which they give you % off the more titles on your pull list. Like me over 20 and I get 20% which is great! So if you are looking for great knowledgeable staff with great comics and tons of Graphic novels as well to help you get started or limited addition stuff. I could keep going just a great shop and definitely a 5 out 5 stars..

This is an amazing store. The staff is phenomenal. Hands down some of the best service Ive had anywhere. The store is full of interesting items. Comics, graphic novels, books, posters, collectable figures, pop! figures, apparel, and various other goodies. They sell MTG cards (reason for my visit) and just have an overall great open environment with so much to check out! Pictures wont do this place justice, you have to experience it for yourself.

This comic book shop is fantastic! This store offers a wide selection of comics, manga, toys, figurines, merch, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful; theyll definitely help you find what you are looking for. I bought a few comics there when I visited recently. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Every time Ive exciteably walked in eager to buy a new title or run, theyre OUT of what SHOULD be there or just released that day, and/or excuses why they dont! Call or look around! There are a select few REAL shops that have it all on any given day, plus store clerks arent as slumbering or mundane as this quote amazing place dishes out on the norm! Owner is ok,but lacking comm. skills needed to sell his Overpriced collectables and actually make a solid sale.I used to live 4 blks away from this place,so it was good to have a close connection to get my comic fix. Done with the garbage man, and back to my old L.A. hook up, or this newer shop in Artesia that is WORTH the extra drive coming from L.B.! Make no mistake, U shouldnt have to settle for zero when U can get alot more elsewhere....

Great comic shop thats been around for years. Friendly service, cool collectables, and enough comics to make any comic fan nerd out.

Store has changed with the times. Started out small then doubled in size now back to a single store. There are back issues on the bottom shelf under toys. When flipping through them I was able to go all the way back to Avengers #1 from Heroes Return. The relaunch series from Busiek and Perez.The seem to order less copies of a title now than they did before but thats smart. Wont get stuck with a ton of backstock. The downside to this is if a comic is hot and youre not there on release day youll have to pay a premium other than that I like this store. It doesnt smell like feet or cheese like some comic stores do.

Not the friendliest cashier. I wont go back if the employees have attitudes towatds my kids asking about certain comics. He was almost bothered to have my youngest ask about a certain comic. Sorry I cant support local shops if the employee has an attitude.

I go here to buy boxes and packs of garbage pail kids when they have them. They are known for there funco toys, comics, and gaming cards though. They have just about everything you need as a collector.
