I dropped my sons Samsung tablet off June 17. I was able to pick up the tablet today July 20. The tablet is still broken.I left half the cost to fix it at the time I dropped it off. The point of this is so you possibly don’t waste your time of money here. I’ve added our text tread for you to see how unprofessional and uncommunicative he is.On top of the calls and text I have showed up to the store 4 times and it has been closed. I choose this place due to the good reviews here, but now I believe they are FAKE reviews because the service I received was far from what the reviews say. I never submit reviews but I feel this needs to be known about this place.

On Wednesday afternoon, I called to ask if I could bring my computer by for a heat sink replacement. I was told to come in the same day. Carlos told me that he was busy, but he would get me a quote by Thursday afternoon. I didnt hear anything back by the weekend, so I called and left a text message. He told me hed call me back by 2 pm. He never returned my call. On Tuesday of the following week, I decided to come by and pick up my machine since I got no diagnosis, no quote, and couldnt get a hold of the shop.When I came in to pick up my machine, Carlos told me that he had already ordered my parts, despite never giving me a quote or asking me if I accept his cost or time frame. Since the parts were already at his shop, I was willing to consider continuing the repair. He told me that the repair would be completed the next day, but I wanted to make sure that he would be good on his word before going forward, since he made no effort to call me, for almost a week, despite promising to do so, twice.I told Carlos that I was very upset by the lack of communication, and asked him how he could show me that I could trust that he would complete this task when he said he would. Thats when he started getting nasty with me, and gave me a laundry list of excuses as to why he didnt call me when he said he would. I told him I didnt care about why it wasnt done, I just need him to follow his word, and keep me informed in case anything changes. He lost my buisness when he chose to escalate the conflict instead of accepting accountability. I tried to end the argument by taking my computer back, but I had to raise my voice at him to get him to return my computer since he wanted to fight. I was absolutely livid and had to step outside to calm down because he continued fighting with me while packing up my things.Afrer I left the shop, he suddenly had the time to text me right away. He apologized and told me that he is still willing to repair my computer. There is absolutely no way Im going back after he was so utterly disrespectful. Computer repairs take time, but there is absolutely no reason to not return customer calls, no reason to begin work without a quote or invoice, and it is thoroughly unacceptable to have a shouting match with a customer who holds you accountable for doing the things he promised he would do, on a schedule that he came up with.You can see his interest in arguing with people based on his comments to negative reviews. I wish I would have read those responses and saved myself the time and trouble.

Do not approach this business. Worse service ever and unprofessional. He refused to give me my charger so he pretty much kept it... just because I asked for my MacBook back since he had not done any type of work to it before the deadline he agreed to. He said it was to get even with the money that he spent for shipping the materials. He was very rude and all I wanted was my computer back after he spent almost a week without updating me on it. Waste of time.
