You get a fair amount for u Gold but is the same price for pawn or sale.. So I rather pawn my belongings and get it back in less then 3 months .. The staff are helpful and always answer any question .Im giving it 3 star cause the advertising outside the business said. 24 Hrs Open 7 days and is my 2 time coming on Saturday around 7:30 pm and is closed ..I think will be nice to change the ad and have the schedule visible by the door or window .

They like to waste your time. Called to find out if they take snowboards the man on phone said yes bring them down. Got inside for them to say no we don’t as one guy shoved a sandwich down his face. Super rude as well. Should not be on the list of best pawn shops in LB.

I purchased a MacBook Pro from Boris after seeing his ad on Facebook Market. The MacBook is amazing, it came with tons of software programs and Boris was helpful and answered all our questions. He is very respectful and knowledgeable about the computer software. I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for a laptop.

This Pawn shop is actually extremely good and have great customer service. I was in a time of need and found myself having to pawn my MacBook to make a bill. They could have degraded me or capitalized on the misfortune at hand but instead they lent me what I needed, which was more than they usually should lend. I came back and got my MacBook and it was in perfect condition just as I had left it. Albert runs a great place and has great customer service to go along with it. Terrible Service I tried to get my bag back out of state they told me to mail my money order then mailed it back so I could sell my bag, they don’t tell you but supposedly they keep items for two weeks then let them go but they basically out here scamming people

I asked for some kind of compensation since they broke my necklace in pieces and nothing and on top of that they wanted to lowball me do not come to this place unless you want to be swindled out of your money

Came in for an iPhone after I dropped mine. They had several to show me and were up front on the ones that had issues. Got the phone for cheaper than Ebay price so very happy. I looked at the tools and they were pretty cheap too. Seems like a good honest shop. Not sure how they are on loans.

Dont waste your time going to this place. On a Sunday morning I called to ensure that the shop was accepting hand tools. I was told by shop personnel that they would definitely look at my MAC hand tool set that I wanted to use as collateral. I wasted my gas to go to the shop on Long Beach Blvd, and when I get there they wont even look at it; the rocket scientist behind the counter says we dont need tools. Thanks %$#^&%$$ I wasted my gas coming to your loser store.

They are LIARS AND CROOKS. They sold me a broken bass on ebay. Nice size chunk broken off the head... It costs $150 to repair. Boris says Oh, dont worry, we will take care of you, so I have the item repaired. They pay me only $100. I am out of $50 dollars. Do yourself a favor - stay as far away as you can from those thieves and liars. Do not believe a single word they tell you. Expect to be swindled, lied to and set up.

I just went in to sell my brand new lap top and he offered me 45$ 😂 the busted models they had on display were priced at 175+! He said your laptop doesn’t have a disc drive, (I didn’t mention I had an attachment for discs at home because at this point I didn’t even want to do business with him)90% of models these days don’t have disc drives ! Then he tried to use the manufacturer date as a reason. Knowing I just bought this Lenovo laptop less than 6 months ago at Best Buy for over 200$ after tax (sale price), I was not about to accept 45$. Anyway I have gotten offers on the letgo app for at least 100 or more. Don’t waste your time here. This place is for desperate people obviously.
